Chapter 1225: Chapter 1225: Hair Like Snow

"Huan, do you know who they are?" a beautiful voice asked.

"I don’t know." Huan lowered his head, as if he had done sothing wrong.

"And you still dared to bring them here?" The voice carried a hint of reproach.

"I... I lost a bet." Huan cautiously glanced at his mother.

"A bet? On what?"

"On mother’s na." Huan answered honestly.

"My na?" Huan’s mother seed a bit puzzled, "You an they know my na?"

"That Qin Sisi said it, word for word." Huan found this matter quite strange.

"Is she the woman in the purple dress who plays the zither?"

Qin Sisi had just changed into a purple dress that day. When she first arrived at the Demon Sacred Realm, Jing Jing prepared clothes of various colors for her. Later, her clothes were mostly black and purple, with a few whites, and other colors were rare.

"Yes, that’s her." Huan replied with certainty.

The beautiful voice fell silent. After a long pause, it said softly, "It seems the Demon Sacred Realm is not at peace."

"Mother, these past few days when I’ve been outside, I haven’t encountered anyone at all. It’s really strange." Huan said innocently, not sure what was happening.

Just then, very soft footsteps ca from outside, it was Qin Sisi and Xiao ng who had found their way there.

"Mother, what should we do now? Maybe I should go out and tell them you’re not seeing visitors and that they should go quickly?" Huan knew his mother didn’t like to see people and sensibly suggested this.

A woman in a white robe sat quietly in the corner of the room, her long hair trailing on the floor. Hearing her daughter’s suggestion, she sighed helplessly.

"Mother, I’m sorry. I thought they couldn’t possibly get through the Ghost Illusion Maze." Huan blinked and apologized to her mother.

She admitted she had lost the bet and was willing to fulfill the promise by bringing Qin Sisi and her friends to her mother’s place. But if they couldn’t get through the Ghost Illusion Maze, it had nothing to do with her.

The Ghost Illusion Maze was sothing her mother had spent a long ti and a lot of magic power to set up. Others had accidentally stumbled into it before, but no one had ever been able to break through the maze. Huan really hadn’t expected those two to have such ability.

Huan’s mother looked up and smiled at her, gently waved her hand to signal she was okay, then with a twist of her wrist, several pink rays of light shot from her palm and flew outside the room.

Qin Sisi and Xiao ng followed a winding path and arrived at a seemingly ordinary little house. Just as they were about to inquire about it, several pink rays of light shot out, circled around them, and then scattered in all directions.

Seconds later, all around them appeared several identical small houses, surrounding Qin Sisi and Xiao ng in the center.

Qin Sisi blinked hard again. It was an illusion, likely the magic skill of Shadowy Mirage, transforming one object into many identical ones, making it hard to tell which one was real.

"Who goes there?" A very pleasant voice ca from the small house, but it was impossible to tell which house it ca from. The voice sounded close yet indistinguishable, with the sa sound coming from all directions.

Qin Sisi and Xiao ng exchanged a glance and replied, "My na is Qin Sisi, and this is my friend, Xiao ng."

"Xiao ng? Muyin Xiaong? The third miss of the Muyin family?" The pleasant voice unexpectedly revealed Xiao ng’s background with ease.

"Indeed, have we t?" Xiao ng curiously inquired.

"No, I’ve just heard of you." The pleasant voice replied. When she was very young and unable to learn magic skills, her father had detailed the circumstances of the Nine Major Families of the Demon Sacred Realm to her, including the nas of the main mbers of each family.

"Qin Sisi, I haven’t heard of your na. Who are you?" The pleasant voice asked.

"I am..." Qin Sisi hesitated, unsure how to introduce herself.

Xiao ng looked at her and answered for her, "Sister Sisi is Prince Ye You’s fiancée. Surely you’ve heard of Prince Ye You, right?"

If she had heard of Xiao ng’s na, it made no sense not to know Ye You’s na.

The pleasant voice seed a bit surprised, "Prince Ye You’s fiancée? Heh, so instead of being a proper princess, you co to the Mystical Forest for what purpose?"

Qin Sisi replied solemnly, "We have co specifically to et Phantom Spirit Lian Yue."

"Phantom Spirit Lian Yue, girl?" The pleasant voice repeated the last few words Qin Sisi said, then let out a few mocking laughs.

Qin Sisi, puzzled by the aning, tentatively asked, "Excuse , are you Huan’s mother?"

The pleasant voice answered, "Yes, I am Huan’s mother, but I am no longer a girl."

Qin Sisi didn’t quite understand the implication, so she continued to cautiously ask, "Then may I ask, are you Phantom Spirit Lian Yue?"

"That’s correct, I am Phantom Spirit Lian Yue, but I am no longer a girl."

As the words fell, there was a "creak," and the doors of eight small houses opened simultaneously, and a slender figure dressed in white erged from within.

Eight identical figures in white appeared simultaneously before Qin Sisi, creating an eerie atmosphere.

But when Qin Sisi saw the true appearance of the figure in white, she finally understood why she said she was no longer a girl, and why her tone was that way when addressed as a girl.

Her eyes were youthful and bright, but her cheeks below her eyes were covered with scars, deep and shallow, making her whole face look extrely ugly and terrifying.

Moreover, her hair was very long, almost reaching her calves, but the long hair was a glaring white, pure white with not a hint of black or gray, so white it was startling.

Eight pairs of eyes looked at Qin Sisi at the sa ti, with eight identical figures surrounding them, as if enclosing them in the center.

Qin Sisi did not know which one was real, and since the other did not attack her, she temporarily decided not to dispel the illusion. She took a deep breath and said calmly, "Lady Lian Yue, it’s nice to et you."

Lian Yue smiled slightly, the smile appearing quite terrifying on her scarred face, "I am also pleased to et the princess of the Demon Sacred Realm. Princess, please co in and have a seat."

She made a gesture of invitation and then turned to walk into the room.

All eight Lian Yue figures turned and walked into the room, with eight doors all open, revealing only complete darkness inside. Nothing could be seen, as if they were eight black holes waiting to swallow Qin Sisi.

"Sister Sisi, what do we do?" Xiao ng felt a bit anxious, as it was obvious Lian Yue was testing them.
