Chapter 1107: Revised: Chapter 1107 Deserved Punishnt

Seeing Qin Sisi escape, Lin Kun was taken aback and quickly pursued.

He just didn’t expect Qin Sisi to summon a pair of wings, flying so fast that he couldn’t catch up at all.

He had heard of the Wings of Rainbow but had never actually seen them. He didn’t realize suddenly that it was the legendary invincible Divine Artifact.

Just when Lin Kun was getting anxious, another person dressed in black appeared, not only recognizing him as soone from the Forgemaster Guild but also snatching away Qin Sisi.

With his inadequate Magic power, Lin Kun had no choice but to run for his life, fortunately escaping since that man in black did not intend to kill him.

After returning to the Forgemaster Guild, Lin Kun was both shocked and scared. If his use of the concoction to harm and rob other forgemasters was exposed, it would not only ruin his reputation but also lead to him being expelled from his master’s tutelage, ending his path as a forgemaster.

Carrying the elixirs and Magic Crystal Stone he obtained from Qin Sisi, he was anxious for several days without hearing any news, which slightly cald his mind.

He comforted himself, thinking that with the fierce man in black, Qin Sisi would probably not survive. As long as Qin Sisi was dead, no one would pursue the matter further.

Just when Lin Kun thought this matter had passed unnoticed, Jiu Ge suddenly arrived, accusing him of misconduct and using this as a reason to drag the high-standing Forgemaster Guild down to the ground.

In Midair City, the height at which buildings floated indicated their status. The Forgemaster Guild was a landmark in every city, but now it had fallen into the dust.

The heavy downward force severely damaged the buildings within the guild, and restoring it would take an unknown amount of ti and Spirit Stones.

Moreover, without the help of the Changkong family, it would be impossible for the buildings to return to the sky.

Everyone in the Forgemaster Guild suffered backlash because of this, and Master Rong Shuo even spat blood, making Lin Kun realize the gravity of the disaster he caused.

However, Rong Shuo had imnse trust in his apprentice, not believing that well-behaved Lin Kun could have committed the wrongs Jiu Ge accused him of, and only thought Jiu Ge was abusing his power and being unreasonable.

He grasped Lin Kun’s hand, panting heavily as he said, "Don’t be afraid, my apprentice, I will go to et the Clan Leader and ask for Master Shuoyu and the presidents of various forgemaster guilds to diate justice."

"Master..." Lin Kun clutched his master’s hand, unable to speak through his sobs, wanting to tell the truth but not knowing where to begin.

Jiu Ge, seeing the scene, grew agitated and leaped swiftly to Lin Kun, grabbing him by the neck.

Lin Kun’s face turned liver-colored, his arms flailing but unable to touch Jiu Ge in the slightest.

"Release my apprentice!" Rong Shuo, enraged and humiliated, struggled to stand up to strike Jiu Ge.

Jiu Ge ignored him, saying coldly, "If you’re a man, speak the truth yourself, otherwise, I’ll destroy the Forgemaster Guild today."

As the words fell, Jiu Ge released Lin Kun’s neck but then gently flicked his palm, sending a burst of Magic power that completely destroyed a precarious building within the guild.

Lin Kun could no longer hold back, crying out, "I’ll confess, I’ll confess, please spare the Forgemaster Guild, spare my master!"

As he spoke, he knelt before Rong Shuo, tearfully confessing to what he had done to Qin Sisi and handing over the stolen elixirs and Magic Crystal Stone.

Rong Shuo looked at his apprentice in disbelief, struggling to believe even when Lin Kun confessed himself.

He had watched this child grow up, and he was... he was supposed to be a good child!

Jiu Ge sternly said, "Harming colleagues, betraying your master, you’re deserving of death."

He said no more, beginning to gather Magic power in his palm, intending to deal a fatal blow to Lin Kun.

Suddenly, Rong Shuo knelt before Jiu Ge, tears streaming down as he pleaded, "Young Master Jiuge, Lin Kun’s misconduct is my fault as his master for not educating him properly. I am willing to bear his punishnt, I beg you to spare his life."

Saying so, Rong Shuo deeply kowtowed, bowing at Jiu Ge’s feet.

"Master!" Lin Kun cried out in agony, his heart filled with remorse.

Jiu Ge’s face showed signs of hesitation. If it were Lin Kun pleading, he would definitely turn a deaf ear, but Rong Shuo’s plea he could not ignore.

Once a teacher, forever a father.

Clearly, Rong Shuo’s protectiveness over Lin Kun was not just a matter of ntor-student affection; he was like a loving father, doing everything he could to protect his beloved child.

Jiu Ge felt a twinge of sadness, thinking how Lin Kun, though an orphan, had a kind master who loved him like a son, which was indeed quite fortunate.

At least more fortunate than himself, who had never t his father, didn’t even know who he was, nor had anyone ever loved him in such a way.

Jiu Ge slowly lowered his hand and turned towards the sedan chair beneath the four Blood Eagles, deciding to let Qin Sisi determine Lin Kun’s fate since she was the one he hard.

Jiu Ge entered the sedan chair, where Qin Sisi glared at him angrily. Jiu Ge grinned and said, "Do you like the big gift I gave you? You must like it, right? Now you decide whether to kill Lin Kun; blink once to kill, blink twice not to."

Qin Sisi thought for a mont, quickly blinking once, then again.

Jiu Ge laughed heartily, patting Qin Sisi on the head, saying, "I guessed right, you truly are a kind little fairy."

Qin Sisi looked at him speechlessly, and Jiu Ge had already lifted the sedan curtain and flown out.

He stood before Rong Shuo and Lin Kun, saying in a deep voice, "My friend is rciful and spares your life, but escaping death does not spare you from punishnt."

Lin Kun’s heart trembled as Jiu Ge rushed forward like a whirlwind, his Magic power-infused hand striking Lin Kun’s abdon fiercely.

Lin Kun cried out in pain, curling up and falling to the ground, his body shaking uncontrollably.

The Magic Source was destroyed, all Magic power gone, his skills in forging completely dissipated. From now on, he could only be an ordinary person without any Mana.

Lin Kun regretted so much he felt it deep within, but it was too late.

The punishnt Lin Kun received was well-deserved; Jiu Ge had already shown rcy, and Rong Shuo could say no more. Since Lin Kun was no longer a forgemaster, he could not stay at the Forgemaster Guild any longer.

Rong Shuo had no choice but to find a house for him, giving him so money to live well in the future.

Although not explicitly stated, they all knew that this ntor-student relationship was basically over.

Jiu Ge did not hold Rong Shuo accountable for his failure in teaching, only letting him bear the full cost of repairing the Forgemaster Guild. The severe damage ant that Rong Shuo would be busy with this responsibility for a long ti.

Jiu Ge’s significant disturbance at the Forgemaster Guild attracted the attention of many in Midair City, including Ye You and others lurking in the shadows.
