"Let’s just assu we both know that Yaoyao isn’t my daughter; then how about taking the test just to comfort an old man? Can we do that?" Qin Nanyu asked in a negotiating tone.
Seeing Ji Weitian silent, he continued.
"My grandfather has heart disease and has just undergone bypass surgery. He’s getting old, and the doctors have instructed us not to stress him. His only obsession now is his great-granddaughter. If possible, I hope you agree to let Yaoyao play along in a pretense, just to make the old man happy, to fulfill his wish."
His words left Ji Weitian conflicted yet unable to refuse.
Reason told her she could not agree to this farce.
Because of the relationship between Yaoyao and Qin Nanyu, this ss could lead to serious trouble!
