Clearly, the imnse power of these Golems had everyone’s eyes green with envy. By comparison, Fine Gold was simply trivial!
Fine Gold is a critically important strategic reserve. Ever since the Giant race had developed all the advantages of Fine Gold, this tal, not exceedingly rare but extrely difficult to refine, had beco the perfect material. However, even as a strategic reserve, it could never be more important than victory on the battlefield. After all, strategic reserves are prepared for war, so if Fine Gold could be directly exchanged for victory in battle, what would be the point of so-called strategic reserves?
"So, may I ask, where is this place?"
The Dark Saintess asked.
"This is the Eternal Battlefield!"
One of the Commanders shouted loudly.

Another Commander shouted.

This na brought significant shock to all of the Dark Clan, as Golems were born in the Human Realm. Although aware that their creators were Giants, they never knew where the Giants originated from. They were also oblivious to the location of the so-called Giant Star.
Ever since they followed Long Yi, the forr Core Clan, now the Dark Clan, gradually felt a sense of belonging to their race. And now, they had actually landed on the Giant Star!
But strangely, according to various legends, wasn’t the Giant Star already occupied by the Dragon Clan? There didn’t seem to be a single dragon in sight here.

"But I believe he would be very interested."
The Dark Saintess continued.
"Yes! If he knew of this place, he would definitely be very interested," the two Commanders, as intelligent as they were, realized. A Mage capable of summoning such terrifying Golems could change the course of the battle by joining any side!
"But why are you fighting here?" The Dark Saintess couldn’t understand at all. Even if this was the ho of the Giants, fighting a life and death battle here was certainly foolish.
"Because the ultimate victor can earn the opportunity to enter the ’Descending Heavenly Kingdom’."
Both Commanders spoke almost simultaneously.

The Giants were referred to such because all events transpired after the "Descent of the Heavenly Kingdom," yet no one knew exactly what this so-called descent entailed. It wasn’t until an adventurer, who was on the run for his cris, accidentally stumbled upon this place and discovered the hidden Giant Star within this mysterious plane. When he reappeared, his strength had increased to a level unattainable by ordinary powerhouses. This adventurer, who did not know restraint, began to frequently commit cris, and was ultimately slain by a group of experts. Before his death, he fled to this location, yet he could not re-enter the "Descent of the Heavenly Kingdom."
However, of the group of experts who pursued him here, a few had the opportunity to enter.
Then, over the past thousand years, many pieces of Giant technology were uncovered, including cosmic travel technology, spaceship technology, and golem technology. The discovery of these technologies drew everyone to this place like moths to a fla, and according to those who managed to enter, the knowledge they gained was rely the tip of the iceberg, with much more terrifying knowledge hidden deep within the "Descent of the Heavenly Kingdom."
But it was not as simple as one nation or race wanting this knowledge. Soon, many nations and races who received the news flocked here, attempting to enter the "Descent of the Heavenly Kingdom."
Yet not everyone had the opportunity—the "Descent of the Heavenly Kingdom" only opened for a very short duration each year, briefly enough to allow just a dozen or so people to enter. Therefore, in order to vie for this precious knowledge, various nations and races began to send troops to attempt to dominate this area, but how could that be so easily done?
Initially, it was chaotic warfare, but later, like-minded nations allied to form prospecting teams, confronting other nations and races. After thousands of years of great wars, the many warring parties eventually evolved into two sides. The current combatants represent countless nations’ interests, not just those of a single nation. The victorious side could obtain knowledge and share it within their own faction, while the defeated could only watch powerlessly as their opponents took away the knowledge. According to those who had previously entered, hidden deep within was the ultimate power that could allow any nation to reign supre over the regular planes.
As more nations and races joined, it beca difficult to distinguish who was who. Thus, one side began to wear all red armor. To differentiate themselves, the other side wore all blue armor, so as not to mistakenly harm their own on the battlefield.
At this mont, the commanders of both the red and blue sides were contemplating how to win over the golems. With their help, it would almost certainly ensure that future entrants into the "Descent of the Heavenly Kingdom" would be from their own side! These golems must be fought over!
Regarding the Descent of the Heavenly Kingdom, the Dark Saintess had heard Long Yi’s accounts and was also very aware of its importance to the Giants. However, it was apparent that these people did not possess the capabilities of the Giants from the past; although they entered the "Descent of the Heavenly Kingdom," they did not obtain the power to change heaven and earth.
With this in mind, the Dark Saintess decided that she would stay put for the ti being. Given that this was the Giant Star, and according to Long Yi, the Giants had already left, everything in this multiverse now belonged to Long Yi. That ant that this place should be Long Yi’s property—and so should the "Descent of the Heavenly Kingdom." Therefore, as Long Yi’s golems, it naturally fell on them to guard this place.
"Alright, I understand. Your battle can continue," she said.
Speaking thus, the Dark Saintess led all the golems to the side.
The commanders of both sides seed to tacitly agree and left the frontlines, returning to their respective command posts.
A small interlude couldn’t change anything, and the battle began once again.
anwhile, the golems occupied a hilltop, overlooking the battle below from a high vantage point.
Before long, a blue small cargo spaceship arrived and unloaded several boxes of Fine Gold.
"Please fight for us!"
The warrior who brought the Fine Gold shouted excitedly, accompanied by an acting commander.
"These Fine Gold cannot prompt us to move, but we can provide you with a one-ti barrage of thirty units of long-range light cannon fire, and you may freely choose the target," the Dark Saintess asserted boldly.
"Do you even need to ask? It has to be the red commander’s position, of course!" the warrior blurted out imdiately.
"Idiot! It cannot be the commander’s position!" the acting commander yelled.
"Mission accepted, comnce a thirty-unit barrage on the opposing commander’s position!" the Dark Saintess said, not caring who made the request first or whether the person had command authority.
All thirty golems around her extended their left arms, which transford into huge light cannons, aligning thirty red beams toward the opposing commander. (To be continued.
