The previously amnesiac Chloe Grant overheard her conversation with Ethan Woods and found out that the child is Ethan’s, not Lucas’s.

He seed sowhat dejected, looking at Matthew, "She’s my woman; shouldn’t I unconditionally protect and cherish her? Moreover, she is now carrying my child, shouldn’t I be more grateful to her, and even more attentive?"
He looked confused, "But why, is the whole world telling I’m doing it wrong? That what I’m doing is ridiculous, what I’m doing... disappoints everyone?"
Every ti Lucas closes his eyes, he recalls Chloe’s look of despair and disappointnt toward him.
Did he make a mistake?
Matthew didn’t give an answer.
Their stances were different.
To him, Lily was soone who repeatedly hard Chloe, and if it weren’t for Lucas desperately protecting her, Matthew would’ve taken care of her long ago.
Matthew Morgan, who appeared cold and ruthless, was actually the most sentintal.
He had deep affection for Chloe.
For his brothers, he would take the fall for them.
