Ezequiel knew Eligos and the other two Mind Rulers would unleash a devastating soul invasion spell as soon as he showed up. Although his Lord of Emptiness Bloodline and his True Will granted him spiritual defenses shockingly high, he was not so arrogant as to look down on a Primarch known as a master of soul invasion spells.
That is why Ezequiel first generated a clone composed of 5% of his cells, whose soul aura was indistinguishable from the real one, making it so that the three Rank 9 Mind Rulers would unleash their mighties soul strike against this one.
Ezequiel's plan worked. Now there was no more energy left in that tower, and the lightning storm cut any connection to the outside, so Eligos and the other two would have to face him on their own.
Eligos and the other Rank 9 Mind Rulers seed to know that staying in the tower would be useless, and they erged from it. One of the Eternal Detachnt Stage Mind Rulers resembled a typical Mind Ruler with an octopus-like face and a dark robe covering his body, while the other was a giant brain covered in black plasma.
"Your Master is preparing for war. Why would you eliminate such a powerful weapon like the three of us? We are willing to join your side if you guarantee us a proper place at the table." Eligos spoke imdiately, and his proposal seed to surprise even the two Rank 9 Mind Rulers by his side. Although they were shocked at first, it did not take long for the duo to nod and accept Eligos' words, as it was the only path to survival.
From a logical point of view, it made sense to accept Eligos' offer. Of course, the Mind Ruler Primarch was not sincere, but Zatiel would definitely have a way to ensure this one kept his word.
However, the coldness in Ezequiel's eyes only grew as he heard Eligos' words.
"I butchered your entire race, erasing all of them, yet you still want to side with . If I were to allow sothing like you among our ranks, how could I call myself a True Godking?" Ezequiel's aura exploded, and his power rose trendously. Entropy could not help him, but he did not really care, as he ca here to train himself.
Eligos and the other two Rank 9 Mind Rulers were surprised to hear Ezequiel's words. They knew that if they surrendered, they would be treated like slaves, yet not even that was enough for Invictus.
The Supre Neo-Demon was unwilling to let them live and determined to end the Mind Ruler Race.
Eligos understood that negotiations would be futile, but he was still unwilling to simply enter a battle against the Supre Neo-Demon without so preparations.
"By what I heard and saw, you call yourself the True Godking of Freedom. I understand freedom as choice and opportunity, but our battle has none of that. If we win, you will run away, and Salomon and the others will co to finish the job. Where is the freedom in that?"
Eligos' words were poisonous and cleverly crafted. He wanted to attack the Supre Neo-Demon's ego, forcing this one to compromise in so way.
His sche might have affected a Sun Collapser Neo-Demon, as this one had yet to master their Concepts, but it was futile in a True Godking.
"Hahahaha." Ezequiel laughed and did not bother to hide the mockery in it.
"How naive of you to think you can affect my will with sothing like that. I am the Concept of Freedom. Therefore if I say that severing every path of survival for your putrid race is freedom, then it is."
Eligos' soul burned with fury as he heard that mockery. He was hundreds of millions of years old and stood at the peak of the universe for a long ti, yet soone not even thirty thousand years old laughed at him.
Ezequiel did not mock the trio for long as coldness returned to his face.
"You are right in one thing, Mind Ruler. You will die either by my hand or those that stand by Master's side. However, I will not run away if you defeat . Since you are dood, you might want to use this opportunity to bring down with you."
At first, a sense of hopelessness assaulted the trio as they understood that there was no way to survive, but then a hideous killing intent erged from them.
Since the current Prima Universe did not want them, they would take down the greatest genius of this generation with them.
"Hunun, Sorun, both stay behind . Support my creations while attacking his soul. His spiritual defenses are shocking, so we will not be able to trap him in an illusion, but we can slow down his speed of thought and affect his senses."
The humanoid Mind Ruler, Hunun, and the brain-like Mind Ruler, Sorun, followed Eligos instructions and ford a triangle formation with the Primarch as the spear's point.
Ezequiel did not wait, and once his aura reached its peak and lightning carrying the power of Emptiness coated his entire body, he flashed forward with all his strength.
The Supre Neo-Demon had just moved when a force began to intrude in his mind and soul, hindering his senses. Everything beca blurry, but he was still able to march forward.
Just as Ezequiel was about to clash with Eligos, monstrous figures materialized in his path and fought with him.
One was a mass of tentacles with poisonous thorns, while the other was a snake-like creature with long spider legs.
Ezequiel sent a blow to each of those creatures and was surprised to see they managed to endure them. While the lightning hard them, they stood firm despite the imnse power behind the Supre Neo-Demon's fists.
The monsters imdiately counter-attacked with imnse speed and power, forcing Ezequiel to move back. His eyes narrowed as he understood those creatures were illusions brought to reality by the trio.
Although the offensive power they could unleash was weaker than Eligos' soul invasion spells, the Mind Ruler Primarch understood that was the best path to face the Supre Neo-Demon.
