Capítulo 1104: Chapter 432: Blurred Lines (Part 3)
Yang Ming was stunned for a mont.
She said, “We will protect you.”
Boss Yang’s forehead was full of question marks.
What does this an?
…
“Your performance is quite good, sir.”
Labuduo followed Yang Ming all the way, unable to resist such a sigh.
Labuduo didn’t really understand what these Dominicos Star People were up to, but he could feel the vigilance of these Dominicos people.
After leaving the small underground warehouse, they were stuffed into a hovering truck transporting at, heading towards a larger gathering point of the Dominicos people.
In the next three Galaxy Ti, they switched seven or eight different modes of transportation, sotis traveling through surface mountains and valleys, sotis navigating underground tunnels, and sotis making brief stops in hollowed-out mountain bodies before being cramd into downward-plumting elevators.
However, Labuduo discovered that most of the areas they passed through were actually already recorded in the Empire’s Dominicos Star database.
These were areas the Empire had long known about, not classified locations, which made Labuduo find it very interesting.
He was very curious about what these Dominicos people were up to.
As planned, Labuduo had successfully released the related information and confird that the information had reached the hands of the Dominicos people.
Yang Ming was described as a smuggler operating in gray areas, trafficking in arms and small to dium-sized ships, and a few years ago, he was known as a notorious pirate leader.
However, Labuduo didn’t know that in the Dominicos-led Empire Resistance Organization and interstellar terrorist organization, similar information was circulating, with the Dominicos’ intelligence coming from different channels and being cross-verified.
Finally, Labuduo, who had been playing the role of ‘talkative’ along the way, couldn’t help but ask beside Yang Ming’s ear.
“Captain, where are they taking us?”
“Not sure,” Yang Ming licked his lips, “but I feel that if we are not just going in circles on the surface, we have already crossed one-third of the planet’s surface.”
“They won’t sell off, right?”
“Hmm,” Yang Ming nodded, “given this, they might be planning to pierce your True Son’s Brain directly.”
Labuduo’s synthetic voice box imdiately emitted a squeaky sound.
They were in an ascending elevator, which began to slow down. The four ‘warriors’ standing in front and behind Yang Ming and Labuduo exchanged glances, seemingly conveying so information.
The elevator door opened, and a chilling wind swept in.
Yang Ming instinctively raised his hand to shield his eyes. One of the warriors suddenly lunged forward, grabbed his collar, and dragged him out of the elevator towards a platform of a dozen or so square ters.
This should be a high-altitude lookout, the sky thick with clouds, likely a protective asure effectively shielding against direct reconnaissance from space.
Yang Ming was dragged towards the edge of the lookout platform, and his legs were kicked hard.
He staggered forward, and two warriors pressed down on his back with their knees, the barrel of a laser rifle pressed against Yang Ming’s skull.
“Hey! What are you doing!”
Labuduo shouted, controlling a repair robot to rush forward, only to be pinned to the ground by two other warriors.
“Captain!”
A warrior smashed the stock of his gun into Yang Ming’s back, cursing fiercely, “Speak! Who the hell are you!”
Yang Ming turned his head and glared at the person, cursing, “I’m your father!”
“Bastard!”
The warrior continued to strike Yang Ming with the gun stock.
Yang Ming grimaced and growled, “What the hell are you bastards doing! I gave you so many supplies! This is how Dominicos people repay friends!”
“You Empire spy!”
The warrior panted heavily, the laser rifle pressing against Yang Ming’s nape.
“State your departnt and serial number! What are you trying to do here, you bastard!”
“Screw you!”
Yang Ming shouted, “If you have the guts, shoot dead! Otherwise, I’ll make sure to kill a few of you!”
“Throw him down!”
Two warriors kicked Yang Ming in the backside, sending him sliding towards the platform edge, cursing nonstop, his voice tinged with anxiety.
This was a test.
Boss Yang’s heart was crystal clear.
If he guessed correctly, a reversal was imminent.
Just then, a woman’s shouted command suddenly interrupted, “Stop! Cease!”
In the corner of Yang Ming’s vision, a group of female warriors in white snow gear rushed out from a side corridor, their guns trained on the two warriors about to drop Yang Ming.
“They’re spies!”
“It’s not up to you to decide if they’re spies!” The woman scread, “Don’t force to shoot, send him over! We can interrogate him!”
The two warriors tried to say sothing, but a young woman abruptly fired, the beam accurately disabling the laser guns in their hands.
The group of won rushed in, pulling Yang Ming back from the edge of the platform.
Yang Ming cursed under his breath, but amidst the chaos, soone whispered into his ear.
“We will protect you.”
Yang Ming:…
What? Did the Military Intelligence Bureau really plant people on Dominicos Star?
