"A mistake?" Serena frowned. "What does that have to do with ?"

"Perhaps give a mont to explain." The Beast God mused. "You’ll understand in ti."

Serena’s frown deepened, but she decided to keep silent. Better to let the god explain everything to her and then question him afterwards.

"Good, you understand." The Beast God smiled. He was quiet for a mont before he said, "As you know, I’m the creator of this world, the one many beastn worship. However, there are three other gods besides . Ones I created to rule beside and oversee certain things in this world.

"Asdea, the goddess of ti and change, Ridos, the god of the land and all its creatures, and finally Talreus, the god of the sea and all its creatures. They were quite good at their duties and many worshiped them along with worshiping , the god of life and death."

Right... rinda had said that many worshiped Asdea until a mistake was made and most turned their backs on the other gods. The goddess was punished for sothing she did. But how was that connected to her?

"Asdea got too involved with the mortals we were ant to rule over." The Beast God continued. "She couldn’t stand them suffering in such a harsh world and tried giving a bit of her power to every beastman and beastwoman in hopes of protecting them in so way.

"She was too kind-hearted, so blinded by it, that she didn’t realize the impact her godlike power would have on mortals. How it ssed with the balance of life and death, even turning so into monsters. So mortals beca too powerful and caused more horrors in this world...

"The worst part of it all was that she managed to convince Talreus and Ridos to help her. They gave her so of their power at the cost of divine punishnt. And it was only when they were sealed as punishnt that they realized their mistake. Their power caused more harm than good."

While it was a sad tale, Serena couldn’t understand what it had to do with her. What was the connection? Did she have to do sothing to correct this mistake?

Was that what the Beast God was talking about when he said she needed to correct a mistake made. This whole thing was way too confusing and she couldn’t wrap her head around it all.

"You need to stop jumping to conclusions so fast. I haven’t even finished my tale yet." The Beast God mused.

"Then please continue." Serena muttered, wondering where this was even going.

The Beast God just sighed before he said, "To stop all this I erased much of Asdea, Talrues and Ridos from existence, allowing only a few to rember them and keep them alive through worship. However, their power was destroyed and thus the chaos they caused.

"Well most of it anyway. Those that beca monsters, stayed monsters. Only those with direct godlike power lost their abilities, if they didn’t die from the power already. I had to bless a few bloodlines to help keep the monsters at bay while the mortals rebuilt from the disaster. And of course with ti that blessing would slowly fade away as things got better."

So of the pieces of the puzzle were beginning to click into place. Those mutated monsters that the beastn fought had to be descended from the original monsters created due to Asdea and the other god’s power.

Was she ant to complete killing all the monsters then? Was that the correction she was ant to make?

"Not quite..." The Beast God answered with a huff. "Getting rid of all those monsters is not possible. At least not yet. And that mistake is partly my own. I had used too much power giving out blessings and went into a slumber, not realizing that that power would not be enough.

"My blessings are beginning to disappear and I do not have enough power to extend all those blessings to keep the monsters at bay. So instead, I used my ability to bring you here, a soul from a greatly advanced society in hopes of propelling my world forward. Enough that they wouldn’t need raw power to survive."

No wonder the system wanted her to build everything from a weak village like the Rabbit Village rather than the Forest City. Because if a weak village could do it, then it ant other weak villages could build themselves up.

And perhaps have a chance against the monsters - the Beast God’s intentions.

There was one problem though. She was just a fighter, a tool used by her empire to further enrich itself and dictate over everything. She wasn’t a scientist or soone knowledgeable enough to help this world move forward.

"While that is true, I didn’t have much of a choice. Your soul and Liz’s soul were a match and died at the mont I needed it." The Beast God answered her unspoken question. "And I needed a vessel to hold your soul in this world and a soul from this world to hold the system built based on your world’s knowledge."

So it was just pure luck then. There was nothing special in her being chosen. It was all just a matter of chance.

"Correct." The Beast God nodded his head. "Now, ti is beginning to run out here, so there are a few more things I want you to be aware of."

"And that will be?" Serena raised an eyebrow, shoving down the emotions bursting through her.

"One, you’ll need to advance the Rabbit Village enough to create a new age in this world." The Beast God stated, holding up a finger. He then held up another and continued, "Two, the other gods will be unsealed soon, but will need new vessels."

"Vessels?" Serena frowned. Did she have to find vessels for the gods or sothing?

"No. You’ll need to make those vessels..." The Beast God responded, suddenly turning his head to the side. "It seems ti has caught up with us. Liz will explain this all then."

And with that, the Beast God snapped his fingers, making everything go black.
