"By the way, I rember you saying you could write scripts, right?" Samuel turned to look at Falson.

"Ah, yes." Falson imdiately nodded, looking a bit eager.

Finally, he was getting assigned a task.

If he had nothing to do, he was genuinely worried that one day he'd pack up and leave.

After all, he was soone Samuel had brought in on a whim. If Samuel wanted to kick him out, it would be as easy as a single thought.

During the previous period, because he was bored and no different from an ordinary person, he had nothing to do and couldn't help with anything. He simply stayed at the inn reading novels, making sure he didn't cause trouble, and did nothing unless Grill specifically asked him to do sothing.

As a result, the number of novels he had read in the System had already reached triple digits.

With that kind of accumulation, he believed there was no way he couldn't write a good script.

At worst, he could just directly copy sothing.

Looking at his eager expression, Samuel smiled.

So easy to fool.

All the novels in Falson's head had been put there by Samuel. How could he not know what Falson was capable of writing?

Poor Falson, being toyed with by a villain.

"Do you know the format for writing a script?" Samuel asked as he pulled a few sheets of paper from a drawer and handed them to Falson.

"Uh..." Falson took the paper Samuel handed him, laughing awkwardly.

He really didn't know that.

He hadn't even watched many plays, let alone written a script himself.

"Haha." Samuel chuckled twice. "Then you'll have to learn how to write a script."

As he spoke, he pulled two thin books from the bookshelf beside him and handed them to Falson again.

"This one covers the format for writing scripts, and this one is an existing script." Samuel explained. "You need to study them."

"Okay." Falson took the two books and nodded.

He looked at the covers.

Neither book had any flashy covers; they simply had a few words written on them.

One looked printed and was titled *Scriptwriting Tutorial and Script Format*.

The other looked handwritten, probably a script Samuel or Celt had prepared in advance for him to reference, called *Roo and Kublai Khan*.

"Go ahead." Samuel gestured, then took out his phone from the Travel Guide and held it in his hand.

He looked at the phone in his hand, then glanced at Celt, who was bored out of his mind.

After thinking for a mont, a mouth suddenly opened in the palm of his hand and swallowed the entire phone.

The next mont, his arm began to writhe and undulate.

The phone was chewed up in Samuel's palm, and a few seconds later, it opened again.

One, two, three, four.

Four phones were spit out.

Samuel casually tossed them, throwing two to Celt and storing one back in the book to transmit to Evina.

Celt reached out with both hands and caught one in each.

He looked down at Sereia, who was equally bored, and handed one of them to her.

Sereia looked at the phone held out in front of her, confused, then extended a tentacle to wrap around it. Even though she didn't know what it was, she could guess it was for her.

Celt patted Sereia's umbrella cap and smiled as he communicated with her.

"This is a phone," Celt said.

"Phone..." Sereia's spirituality vibrated the air, producing a sound as she repeated the word.

"Good job." Celt patted her again.

"Co on, I'll teach you how to play with the phone."

"Play with the phone..."

Falson had already closed his spiritual sight, lowered his head, and started reading, not paying attention to the commotion on the sofa.

A few minutes later, Samuel, who was playing with his phone, suddenly looked up at Falson and spoke.

"By the way, how's the absorption of your 'Navigator' Law Mark going?" Samuel asked.

"? Uh, I don't know." Falson looked up blankly and shook his head. "But right after leaving Liant Town, I noticed a huge increase in my power."

"Silly kid, you were suppressed by Liant Town from the very first second you obtained that Law Mark. You've never experienced what a normal Law Seeker is like." The System's voice rang out in Falson's mind.

"Huh? Really? I thought I was a once-in-a-million Law Seeker genius." Falson replied in his mind.

"Well, that's not entirely wrong either." The System responded. "Your talent is indeed rare."

While Falson was communicating with the System, Samuel turned to exchange a glance with Celt, who was teaching Sereia to play with her phone. They imdiately understood each other's thoughts.

Was it reasonable to fully accommodate a Law Mark in one week?

Neither of them knew, because both Celt and Samuel had absolutely no say in this matter.

Celt was essentially a Law Mark that had beco sentient. The mont he beca human, it was equivalent to fully accommodating his own Law Marks. The only reason he hadn't accommodated new Law Marks was that he didn't want to make things too easy—it felt boring.

Samuel, on the other hand, was equally unqualified as a reference.

After all, each of his Law Marks had been accommodated for eighteen years before he obtained a new one.

Moreover, his Law Marks were innate, and he gained a new one every ti he died.

His existence simply couldn't be used as a benchmark.

Soon, both of them turned their gazes to *The Lunatic's World Travel Guide* resting on the coffee table.

Why not ask the magical conch?

Samuel opened his hand, and his own Travel Guide appeared in his palm, slightly opening.

"Go check the Public Security Bureau's archive room for . How long does it usually take for a Law Seeker to accommodate a Law Mark?"

"Do you two really treat the Public Security Bureau's archive room like your own back garden?" The Travel Guide posed a soul-searching question.

"Less talk." Samuel casually slapped it. "Who started this in the first place?"

"Fair enough." The Travel Guide replied, then fell silent, no longer speaking, and began to search for information.

Right, it was him who had started this whole business of accessing information from the Public Security Bureau.

So what was there to say? Might as well give it to them.
