The sky darkened as a thick veil rose over the entire town, blanketing the area beneath it.

The heroes stared up so in confusion and others in terror.

"What’s going on?"

One of the heroes voiced the question on everyone’s mind.

The space around Nicholas and Vixen warped as they vanished from their spots, as though they had arrived at the sa conclusion.

They both appeared directly in front of the veil, a frown crossed Nicholas’s face as he turned to look at Vixen.

"You tried to teleport out too right?"

Vixen glanced at him, reluctant to answer at first but slowly nodded her head.

Just then— the veil twisted as a girl with a cara hanging over her neck ran inside, "That brat left again! He didn’t keep to—!" Julie paused seeing the two figures in front of her, "Oh.... Hey guys" she waved scratching her head awkwardly.

Nicholas and Vixen both turned to her, "Go outside"

"Huh?! I just ca here! People outside want to see what’s going on in here so badly! This will be peak content, no way I’m giving up on that!"

"Just try going out!" Vixen ordered with a sharp voice, not minding Julie’s rant.

Julie gave a dissatisfied expression on her face as she turned back to the veil, trying to leave but she felt the force push her back.

"What the?!"

Nicholas expression turned grim, without saying a word Vixen disappeared leaving the two.

Julie turned to Nicholas, her eyes wide with worry. "Why can’t I leave?!"

"I think this veil was set up by an impure, no one can leave the veil... But it seems others can enter" Nicholas muttered letting out a deep breath as he closed his eyes.

{Void Activated}

Nicholas slowly opened his eyes to the veil, ’Selena did ntion that the beast seed as though they were manifested and weren’t impure themselves. And now there’s a veil that even Void can’t remove. That could only an....’ Nicholas frown deepened.

"Sheesh, first ti I’m seeing your face look so serious" Julie said, seeing Nicholas expression.

"Because this is a bad situation. Whatever impure we’re facing has the ability to manifest their imaginations into reality and I can’t stop it except I find the impure that’s doing it and stop them from using the ability itself" Nicholas explained, this was a ss of a situation and he could tell since void couldn’t work on what was manifested already.

But it could stop them from being manifested in the first place.

’Now how do I find the person?’ he thought staring back at the entire town that lay before him.

Just then, he noticed another orc walking the street, it suddenly stopped and looked in their direction noticing their presence its eyes glowing red with hunger, saliva dripping down its teeth.

With haste it ran in his direction, Nicholas didn’t even raise a finger as the space around the orc twisted and the head went missing in an instant, blood spraying out from the headless neck.

"Ohhhhh! That was aweso! Shit, I didn’t film it" Julie yelled from the side as she quickly turned on her cara.

Nicholas ignored the squealing girl by his side, ’This isn’t the best ti for this. I don’t have many Charm Points left, so I can’t even use the copied abilities much’

His eyes stared at the glowing system screen in front of him.

{Charm points: 30}

Truly it seed as though he had just been tossed into the entire ss unprepared.

’Tsk’ Nicholas cursed inwardly as he glanced ahead seeing more orcs in the distance coming in their direction.

[Atticus: Damn, what’s going on here?]

[Aj_Saunders: Tf?! Are those orcs?]

[Frying_Bird: Damn, so now we’re streaming in a fantasy world? Did the world end and I didn’t know?]

[IamTruck_kun: Hey! I don’t rember transmigrating anyone]

The chat quickly exploded as they saw the sight in front of them.

[Kamzy_1234: DAMN! This channel is definitely becoming my regular]

Nicholas stared at the three orcs charging at him, now he had to be mindful using his copied abilities, at least not until he earned so extra points.

Void was useless against manifested beast and since these were all fantasy beasts, conventional weapons didn’t seem like it’d do much harm.

At the end, he had only one option left.

"Help hold this" Nicholas said as he calmly removed his coat handing it to Julie.

[CMF: Oh shit, we about see so orcs getting cooked]

[AuraNova: Wait! *Grabs popcorn*]

Nicholas moved in a blur, reaching the first orc in an instant even before it could register what was happening.

His fist drove straight into its face...

Or rather, through it.

Its face exploded apart instantly, blood soaking his black gloves as he pulled his hand back.

The two orcs by the side quickly attacked with their clubs, Nicholas twisted barely dodging their attack by a hairs breadth.

The large club smashed into the ground breaking through the tarred road with seamless ease.

’That’s a heavy blow’ Nicholas thought his gaze lingering on the shattered road for a minute.

While his gaze was still there one of the orcs closed in on him, raising its large clubs. Nicholas ducked forward catching the Orc right under its wrist and sent a fist upwards straight for its jaw.

BANG!

The jaw shattering fist sent its neck snapping backward and never coming back down, as he left the wrist the orc slumped to the ground.

[Kol_lol: Yeah! That’s what I’m talking about!]

Nicholas felt a wave of air coming from the side, his instincts flared, but right before he could react, the large club slamd right into him, the sheer force throwing him off his feet as he slamd straight through the wall of a shop in the street.

[Kol_lol: Shit spoke too soon]

Nicholas curled his hands into a fist as he slowly stood from the rubble of broken blocks, spitting out a mouthful of blood, drawing long heavy breaths from exhaustion.

The orc charged at him, but Nicholas didn’t falter as he charged right at it.

It swung its large club in a crazed arc, Nicholas slipped right underneath it throwing a heavy punch to the side.

"Shiiikk!!" The orc roared in anger, as the sharp pain shot through its massive fra.

Before it could recover from the punch, he threw the sand rubbles he’d grabbed from the broken concrete into its eye.

The orc flailed in an attempt to get the debris out of its eye, and when it finally managed to, it saw a fist coming straight down on its face.

BOOM!.

[Bro!!!!]
