Chapter 237 – Disturbance.

After half an hour, I was still signing books. More people kept arriving for my autograph. Even though I was signing as fast as I could, it felt like it would never end.

I was putting in so much effort that I started sweating.

So people even got too close and hugged , which caused a bit of discomfort between , Hestia, and Mikoto—especially Hestia. She really didn't like seeing other won throwing themselves at .

I winked at her and told her to calm down, that I wouldn't do anything. But that just made her even angrier.

'Damn.'

I kept signing books—one hour passed, then two, and eventually the third hour ca. By the ti I reached the third hour, the ink in my pen finally ran out.

"I'm sorry, the ink's finished," I told everyone.

"Please, just sign mine!"

"Luan, sign mine too!"

"Here! I have a pen you can use!" a man shouted, throwing a pen toward . I pretended not to see it. It landed in the grass and disappeared.

"Sorry, everyone, but that's all I can do for today. I need to have lunch and get back to writing."

"Writing?"

"He said he's going to write!"

"Hey, why don't you write outside? I've always wanted to see a famous author working!"

"That would be aweso!"

People started saying all kinds of absurd things, so I just ignored them and locked the basent door.

Thankfully, the crowd outside began to thin out.

I returned to the living room, where Hestia and Mikoto were sitting on the couch. As soon as they saw , Mikoto stood up with a worried expression and approached.

"Are you okay? They didn't try anything, did they? I was worried you'd be attacked!"

"It's fine, they're fans. They'd never try to hurt ."

"He only let won get close to him," Hestia muttered. "And since those won only wanted to touch him, he didn't care. He's such a pervert."

"Hestia…" I sighed. "Stop being jealous. You know nothing happened, and I'd never do anything with those won."

"You looked like you were enjoying it. You even winked at

like, 'Look how popular I am.'"

"I only winked to tell you to calm down. Didn't you get the ssage?"

"I didn't hear anything!"

Hestia stood up and headed to the dining room. From there, she shouted:

"It's your turn to make lunch today. We're hungry, so get to it!"

Mikoto gave

a bitter smile.

"I'll help you."

"Thanks."

Night fell. People stayed outside the whole ti, and I felt like I was going to lose my mind. So, to block out the noise, I created a kind of earplug to protect my ears.

I made it from a material similar to cotton. It wasn't professional, but it was effective.

With that, I could finally write in peace.

"Even after all this ti, I haven't written even 50 pages."

I had started rewriting the story from the beginning because I decided to change a few things, like the appearance of the main characters and parts of the world. Instead of two enemy nations, I added two more.

The countries are called Victoriana, Aetherlund, Novaruth, and Ebonleigh—four enemy nations that have been at war for over a hundred years.

The story takes place around the 1800s or sothing similar, but with slightly more advanced technology.

There's no magic or anything like that—just weapons, tanks, and airplanes.

However, I designed simpler, less advanced versions of all of those.

There are no high-powered bombs, only bombs strong enough to destroy parts of a city.

If I had included powerful weapons like atomic bombs, the world would have been wiped out quickly, since the wars between these countries are extrely bloody. In a docunt I included at the beginning of the book, I stated that there have already been over a million deaths.

Considering the global population is small, that's a huge loss.

But despite the war being a constant and crucial part of the story, the real focus is the romance between two people from enemy nations—heirs to the ruling families.

Juliet, from Victoriana.

And Roo, from Novaruth.

These two countries are enemies, but they've had fewer direct conflicts than the others.

However, because of their relationship, that will change—and it will trigger a brutal, destructive war.

And for this story, I didn't choose a happy ending.

"This is definitely going to make a lot of people upset." But I don't care anymore.

I kept writing for a few more hours until I couldn't stay awake and fell asleep at my desk.

The next morning, I woke up to soone tapping my shoulder.

"Hey, Luan." I heard a voice and opened my eyes. "You're going to get back pain if you keep sleeping like that."

"Hestia?"

"I brought you breakfast. Here." She smiled. "I ca in earlier and saw you asleep, so I decided to make sothing for you."

Still groggy, I said, "Thanks, Hestia." I smiled at her, took the tray, placed it on the bed, and went to wash my face in the bathroom before coming back.

I sat on the bed to eat, and Hestia sat beside .

"How are you feeling?"

"What do you an?"

"People are still shouting outside. Doesn't that bother you?" I hadn't even noticed the noise until she ntioned it. Then I heard people calling my na.

I laughed. "Haha, no, I'm not mad. What about you? Doesn't it bother you?"

"I'm glad you're so famous and loved, but yes, it bothers . We just moved in, and now we have to deal with this."

Hestia looked clearly annoyed by the situation.

"Do you want to move again?"

"Are you crazy? This house was expensive! And it's perfect! We'll just have to deal with those people and stay here!"

"Haha, you're right. But it's going to be tough. I don't know if I can make them go away. We might just have to wait until they get tired of showing up."

"Do you really think that'll happen?"

"Definitely."
