"I want shrimp stead rice noodles and pork ones too. Also, can I have pork buns too? And I want two egg tarts too." Lu Chen began to list the things he wanted. As he did,

"What is your stomach made out of?" Bai Xiaoqing questioned. She knew Lu Chen was a glutton. With how he ate at her grandfather's birthday, Lu Chen ate a lot. But she never expected he could eat this much every single day!

"I need a lot of food to keep growing my muscles." Lu Chen explained. Bai Xiaoqing tilted her head as she stared at Lu Chen's body,

"It looks like you have enough." She stared at Lu Chen's forearm. It was thick and sturdy. From what she saw, there was no need for Lu Chen to add more muscles.

"It's because I have a high tabolism. I need to eat a lot to keep myself from losing my muscles." Lu Chen said calmly. He had to eat a lot more than a regular person to bulk up.

Bai Xiaoqing had nothing to say. Lu Chen asked, "What are you going to get?"

Bai Xiaoqing shrugged, "I don't know what to get."

"Then why did you follow ?" Lu Chen looked at her strangely. Bai Xiaoqing smiled,

"Because I'm curious why you wanted to quit the Jiang family's investnt." Bai Xiaoqing researched it. Lu Xiaotong invested in the Jiang family. But it didn't make sense for them to invest in another thing. Not unless there was sothing wrong with the Jiang investnt.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Lu Chen played the fool. But Bai Xiaoqing retorted, "Don't lie. You were the one who ca to my grandfather to ask him about it." She knew it. Bai Ling wondered why his father agreed with Lu Chen's demand. There was no need to have the Lu family's aid.

"Because I want to." Bai Geming stated. There was no explanation after that.

That ant Lu Chen had turned in the favor.

Lu Chen looked away from her. But Bai Xiaoqing continued to ask, "Is it because there's sothing wrong with the Jiang family?"

Lu Chen continued to be silent. There was no way he was going to reveal anything. But that caused Bai Xiaoqing to pout, "Can you really not tell ?"

"Yep."

"Tch. You're no fun." Bai Xioaqing looked away from him in anger. But Lu Chen replied,

"If you want fun, you should talk with those guys staring at you." Lu Chen added as he pointed at the people around. There were many guys staring at all of them.

It was obvious that they were staring at Bai Xiaoqing.
