Chapter 415: Chapter 415 Athyst Stone

People were busily unloading the truck, and after exchanging glances with Chu Bo, Lu Zixuan felt that their task was completed, so he brought up saying goodbye to Ling Feng.

Ling Feng didn’t care to attend to them much and simply nodded slightly.

After they left, it took the villagers over an hour to unload all of the supplies from the truck, which then departed.

By this ti, there was a small mountain of goods piled up at the open space in front of Ling Feng’s ho, filled with a dazzling array of foods in exquisite packaging that amazed the villagers.

Li Shiyun had already tallied the quantities and instructed everyone on how much each household could take based on an even distribution, setting off an ant-like movent as everyone started to carry things to their hos.

Of course, while transporting the goods, they did not forget to loudly express their gratitude to Ling Feng.

This was gratitude from the heart, as everyone knew that ever since Ling Feng had beco wealthy, they had all benefited from his good fortune.

Once everything was taken away, it was already deep into the night. Joanna had beco quite well-acquainted with everyone by then and, upon seeing Ling Feng return from outside, asked with a smile, "Where will I be staying tonight?"

"You can stay here with Yuhe and Fei’er in the inner room." Ling Feng replied.

Seemingly deliberately, Joanna gave him a glance, "And where will you sleep?"

Ling Feng rolled his eyes, "You don’t need to worry about . There’s plenty of space at the breeding farm behind here!"

"Oh..."

Joanna dragged out the word with a aningful tone but said no more.

Because of her presence, they were unable to teleport to Nine Heavens, so everyone went ho to rest. Li Yun followed Li Shiyun to the village committee office’s duty room, deciding to sleep there for the night.

As Ling Feng walked towards the breeding farm, he could have rested where Li Yui cooked, but he was not intending to sleep. Instead, he was preparing to enter the Third Layer with Xun Qianqian for a thorough search.

After returning to the room and seeing that Li Yui was already asleep and the children had long been in bed, the two of them transported to Nine Heavens without disturbing anyone.

Wang Cai and the other two were having a blast in the Second Layer Heaven, but Ling Feng pulled them out and took them to the Third Layer.

As the breeze caressed them, standing on the desert stretching to the horizon of death, Ling Feng said to Xun Qianqian, "Let’s go and see what we can find tonight!"

"Sure, it feels like we’re back to the old days when we used to go treasure hunting in the mountains together!" Xun Qianqian said excitedly, laughing.

"I actually forgot about that. We should go and check it out so other day; there are still so places we haven’t searched!" Ling Feng nodded in agreent.

Unexpectedly, upon hearing this suggestion, Xun Qianqian pouted, "You can go if you want, but I don’t want to go back to the mountains anymore!"

"Why not?" asked Ling Feng as they walked.

"What’s there to find in the mountains? Here I can improve my strength and still hunt for treasure. Why bother going back to the mountains?" Xun Qianqian reasoned.

"Well, that’s true. But don’t regret it later if I find sothing good and don’t share it with you!" Ling Feng joked with a laugh.

"That’s not going to happen!"

Xun Qianqian stood with hands on hips, "Don’t forget what you promised

before, and if it wasn’t for my Jade Pendant, you wouldn’t have found that saber!"

"Look at you, counting every little thing! I was just teasing you!" Ling Feng scoffed, giving her a glance.

"Hmph!"

The two continued talking and walking, now having gone a good distance into the desert, where the silence was broken only by the occasional gust of wind and no sign of life in sight.

"What’s that over there?"

Xun Qianqian pointed excitedly, raising her voice.

Ling Feng turned to look and saw a patch of rock protruding from the ground not far away. Although the rocks were the sa dark red color, they seed to be glistening with sothing shiny!

As they approached quickly, they could see more clearly that the rocks were embedded with light purple, semi-transparent crystal stones that looked quite beautiful.

It was the reflection from these crystal stones that had caught their eye. Ling Feng crouched down to take a closer look, "What are these?"

Touching one, his mind instantly flashed with the information: "Athyst Stone!"

"Advanced minerals, useful for alchemy?"

Seeing the description, Ling Feng looked astonished.

Even more surprised was Xun Qianqian, who turned her head to ask, "What are you talking about?"

"It’s nothing, this thing is called Athyst Stone, and it’s a very useful treasure!"

Ling Feng saw the prompt in his mind and felt that the Athyst Stone was definitely not a dication, but a material to refine so special elixirs.

Without a second thought, he pulled out the God Slayer Saber and started cutting the rock.

Xun Qianqian hurriedly helped, collecting the crystals he had harvested.

After a while, the two had collected quite a few. Xun Qianqian picked up one and placed it in the palm of her hand, "This stone is really pretty. It would be nice if it could be made into jewelry!"

Ling Feng smiled, "It’s best not to do that, it wouldn’t be good if outsiders saw it!"

"I was just saying it off the top of my head!"

As Xun Qianqian spoke, she packed all the Athyst Stone crystals from the ground into her clothes pocket.

Standing up, Ling Feng looked around as if he understood sothing, and said to her, "This place might seem to have nothing but sand and rocks, but it actually contains alchemical materials. It’s indeed not given for nothing."

"What kind of elixir can this thing refine?" Xun Qianqian asked, puzzled.

"I’m not quite sure yet, we’ll know once we collect more!"

Ling Feng smiled and walked forward.

...

...

The night passed quickly, and thereafter, Ling Feng and Xun Qianqian discovered two more types of mineral substances, both also high-level alchemical materials.

But the formula still hadn’t appeared, obviously, the materials they had collected were still insufficient.

Only when the necessary materials were gathered would the na of the elixir that could be refined naturally appear in Ling Feng’s mind.

After returning, they saw that it was already daylight, the two children were playing by themselves on the bed, and Li Yui was busy making breakfast.

Seeing the two return, she didn’t ask much, just smiled and said, "You’re back just in ti, we’re about to start eating!"

"Why did you make breakfast in the back? Why didn’t you go out front?" Ling Feng asked.

"We have a guest at ho. I went to check earlier, and it seed like they hadn’t woken up yet. I was afraid of waking them up, so I made breakfast in the back!" Li Yui explained.

Ling Feng was moved but said, "What kind of guest is Joanna? You don’t need to be formal with her!"

"How can that be alright!" Li Yui continued without stopping her work, "Just by looking at her, you can tell she’s a lady of a reputable family. Even though we are all farrs from the village, we can’t neglect her!"

"Alright then."

Ling Feng smiled and not wanting to argue further, walked out of the door.

As it happened, he t Chen Yuhe and Joanna coming towards him.

"I think I can sll the fragrance of rice porridge. Ling Feng, did you make it?" Joanna asked.

"No, it was made by Yu i. What’s with you acting like a foodie, knowing only to eat!" Ling Feng laughed.

"Is that any of your business?"

Joanna gave him a look and stepped into the house.

Once everyone gathered, they all had breakfast together. It was then that Ling Feng suddenly asked, "Anna, do you know anything about alchemy?"
