Chapter 701

As was common in the Anton’s household, during dinner, all types of discussions were happening. Romina kept talking about the brand new Television Cinema that would open soon and the launch of the fashion magazine. Bruce and Sarah, who assigned themselves to assist Romina in helping with the TV cinema, were also very excited.

Luna was extrely excited about her role in the fashion magazine business and could not stop talking about it. Anton saw that Anna was a little envious of Luna, but he knew for a fact that his sister would not leave the magic academy to handle one of the family’s mundane businesses.

Anton knew that Anna was a little envious because it was sothing new and exciting, but after so ti, the allure of magic would still be greater, especially now that she had access to the Sorceress skill tree.

Alfred was also very excited about the TV Series that would be shown on the TV cinema. He had been pestering Romina to lend her the copies of the episodes of the TV Series that Romina had in her possession.

Anders was talking to Anton and his vice-captains about the different combat strategies they could apply inside the high-level dungeon. Anton had to reiterate the difficulties of the dungeon monsters starting from the 60th floor and below and pointedly told his father that floors that deep were still beyond his father’s capabilities.

After dinner, Anton asked his father to et him in his office, so they went there, and Anna followed them.

“Do you need

for anything?” Anders asked once they were inside Anton’s father’s office.

“I created another legendary item,” Anton said, and handed the Harlequinn Crest that he recently transferred from the ga to the real world, together with the note that contained the list of the headgear’s powerful options.

Anders and Anna read the note and were surprised at how powerful the item was.

“Can I wear it as well?” Anna asked, and Anton simply nodded.

One curious thing about Anton’s items that he transferred from the ga into the real world was that anyone could wear them. That ant that if sobody stole them, then the items' powerful options could be used by the thief. That was the reason why Anders and Anna were extrely careful about the items that Anton had given them.

“Do you want it?” Anders asked his daughter.

After a few minutes of thought, Anna declined.

“I will be stuck in the academy for a few more years. It would be best that you use it, Father. It’s more important that you beco more powerful now, since you’re always delving into the dungeon,” Anna said.

“After my birthday, I will be leaving the manor to explore the continent!” Anton excitedly reiterated to his father and sister.

Anna looked at him enviously, and Anders simply nodded. They were not worried about him because they had already talked about it, and the fact was, there was a chance he would be ho many tis a week through the use of the Town Portal Scroll.

After their eting, Anton returned to his room and started binge-watching the current TV series that he was addicted to, which was The Big Bang Theory. The fact that the series was about nerds who were into comic cons, superhero comics, computer and tabletop gas, combined with their towering intellect as scientists, tickles Anton’s funny bones. He even imagined the characters of the TV series suddenly being transported to this world together with him. He imagines it would be a lot of fun.

When he got sleepy, he went to sleep, but rembered to cast the Blizzard Spell turned into Mana Rain first into the whole manor since the sound of the rain was a lullaby that brought comfort to him.

During the next week, Anton only left his room to join his family for dinner. He focused on his Diablo II ladder character and his Diablo Immortal Wizard character. He was finally learning more about Diablo Immortal, but compared to veterans, his Wizard character was weak, especially in PvP. The excuse that he kept giving himself regarding lack of PVP ability was that he could not purchase pay-to-win items from the cash store, although, based on so uploaders, you could still be a competent PVPer even if you were a fully free-to-play player.

The main issue that he had was that he could not fully commit to Diablo Immortal, since the majority of his ti was still spent on Diablo II. He would only be able to concentrate on Diablo Immortal once the ladder season ended.

After a week, his Diablo II ladder Necromancer leveled up to level 70. He would need to stop, though, because his 19th birthday had finally arrived. They celebrated for a whole day, but thankfully, the family followed his request that no outsiders were invited.

Once the day ended, Anders announced that Anton would start traveling the whole continent but would be back in the manor, possibly a few tis each week, through the use of magic. Everyone cheered for Anton and gave several advice on how to behave on the road. After that, Anton returned to his room to rest.

While preparing for his travel, Anton found it curious that he wanted to return to the road. Ever since he transmigrated to this world, the majority of his life was spent on the road running from the undead, and he thought that once their family reached a haven, he would not travel the road again, at least not for a long ti.

He realized that the main difference, which was probably he reason why he was excited, was that he was not running from soone but going on a personal adventure. That ant that he could take his ti. Anton could watch the different sceneries, experience different cultures, and if he felt hosick, he could simply return ho for a few hours through the Town Portal Scroll.

Anton did not even have a concrete plan. He would just start traveling the north road and stop at every new place that he arrived at. His travel plans did not even have to interrupt his leveling-up process because he did it wherever he was.

His initial plan was to travel as a low-level mage. He even morized several standard low-level spells from the magic system of this world. He did have hundreds of different spellbooks in his inventory. He did not even have to prepare anything else, like tents and food, because he had his tiny house inside his inventory and also had several camping items. He also had a ton of food of water in his inventory.

Anton also would only walk and was not planning to ride any animal. He just wanted to wander around.

When he woke up the next day, Anton prepared himself and then changed his clothes to the novice robes. He then went out of his room and said goodbye to everyone.

“It doesn’t feel like you’re leaving. It just felt like you’re just going to the market or sothing,” Anna said.

“Well, there’s a chance he would be back tonight,” Anders said, then laughed.

Anton rolled his eyes and left for the North Gate. His pace was not fast. He was fully committed to just walking around and enjoying the view, and it included the sights one could see in Ormunda.

While walking to the North Gate, he thought that his father might be correct. That he would probably return to the manor tonight using the Town Portal scroll. For a single mont, he felt a little embarrassed, but he discarded the feeling since it was part of his magic.
