Chapter 520: Mia’s end
Mia stilled when a lady police constable marched towards her and handcuffed her hand, before forcefully dragging her out of the house.
As soon as the realization hit her, Mia snapped out of her trance and wriggled.
"Where are you taking ? What have I done" she scread and tried to free herself.
Mia had no clue what was happening to her but when she saw Jennifer standing on the side while she was being forcefully pulled out, she begged.
"Jennifer, please... Please help . Tell them I have done nothing wrong" Jennifer was her only source of him but when she refused to take any action, Mia was stunned.
Soon the officer present approached Jennifer and thanked her.
" Thank you for your help, Miss Jennifer. If not for your cooperation, we wouldn’t have found her" Those words from the officer snapped Mia’s attention towards their interactions and when for s fleeting mont her eyes crossed Jennifer’s, she saw sothing she didn’t expect to see.
"It’s my pleasure officer. After all a culprit should be behind bars" She said moving her eyes from Mia to the officer.
On their way to the house, Jennifer disclosed Mia’s identity to the cops. They had been trying to find the person who was behind those fake articles published on social dia, defaming Ashley Knight’s image discreetly.
However, when they received a call from Jennifer, she inford them about Mia putting all the bla on her.
Jennifer safeguarded herself in such a way that when the officers ca looking for Mia, they found her in an apartnt she owned doing illegal jobs.
Yes, Jennifer changed her na from the owner of the apartnt by putting Mia’s na on it so that when she tries to drag her down, there won’t be any proof against her.
Jennifer’s words pulled Mia back to reality and she realized Jennifer had tricked her badly.
All those clueless acts she put was to make her fall for her lies.
’Such a dumbass girl you are Mia’
Mia lost her mind and let out a disgusting chuckle. She was a fool and that too from Jennifer’s and no matter how much she tried to justify, there was no use.
Mia could see it through her eyes. One way or the other, his life was going to get ruined and this ti he was none other than Jennifer.
As Mia kept glaring at Jennifer’s way, she watched her smirk and soon the cops dragged her away.
"One down one to go" Saying with a victorious smile Jennifer’s stepped into her new apartnt which was right next to her old one.

News about Mia’s arrest soon reached Ashley and Tristan, however, it didn’t weave them a bit.
"She thought she would be able to fool , huh!" Ashley spoke breaking the ice-cold silence inside the room.
Sandra might have thought by using an artificial mask she could trap them, but she forgot to conceal her habit.
Ashley rembered once Tristan telling about Sandra’s having a habit of tapping her legs constantly. However, when he asked her why she does so, she answered it’s habitual and she couldn’t stay still whenever seated. Her legs would keep tapping anyway.
It was then sothing clicked in her mind and she quickly went through the sequence of the picture Marco clicked for her. It was then she noticed the movent by pressing back and forth and she realized it was none other than Sandra who disguised Mia as wearing an artificial mask.
"Now that she is here, we need to alert our n. Her presence itself is an indication that it is ti for action" Tristan declared.
Ashley sensed the severity of his words and agreed with him.
Sandra had smartly stepped her feet inside the city and yet they weren’t able to sense a hint. They could now understand how powerful the support she was gaining from her sponsor and before they could reach them, they had to get them first.

After joining hands with Karl, Ryan was determined to destroy Linda. Everything she did to him wasn’t sothing he could forget or forgive. She played him badly and now it was his turn to get back with her.
It had been a day since he had been following Linda and watching her tired look gave him imnse satisfaction.
After losing their shares, Linda was trying her best to regain their strength back in the business world. The Ac Group had suffered imnse loss after the Knights withdrew from the ongoing project and now they were looking for new investors who would fund them for their loss.
After failing for another day, Linda stopped her car in front of the bar. She needed to breathe and consuming alcohol was the only way for her to withdraw from reality.
Gulping two shots of vodka, Linda pulled out her phone and dialed Karl’s number.
’The number you are trying to call is unreachable’ the voice inside said and she tossed her phone aside before running her palm over her face.
"Need company" a voice snapped her attention and saw Ryan taking the seat next to her on the couch.
Linda was surprised to see Ryan after so many days, but instead of showing her displeasure, his presence did give her a sense of Deja vu and she let out a smile.
"How co you manage to afford to enter such a lavishing bar" she taunted gulping another shot, and turned to face him with her arm resting on the backrest of the couch.
Her eyes silently observed the man she once loved, however, her love for him vanished after she lost her child, the last hope for her to keep loving him despite his poor background.
Her words stabbed like a knife into Ryan’s heart, but he didn’t let that discomfort appear on his face.
Ryan had finally started to see the real Linda. So many years of togetherness were nothing to her that she kept the loss of their child from him and tossed him out of her life once she felt he was useless.
"I can ask you the sa, after all, who does know the loss Ac Group has been going through" his words dropped the taunting smile on her face but the words he said further caught her by surprise.
"I hope my child isn’t the one suffering" Ryan pointed at the drink she ordered for herself.
"Too much alcohol can harm my child" Linda’s face lost all its color when suddenly Ryan decreased the space between them and leaned closer.
"Or you so eager to regain your position that you don’t mind killing my child"
