Chapter 220: AWAKE FROM THE COMA
LOBO ARIA’S POV
" What the fuck " I cursed from the seering pain that hit my head as my body felt like I had been with a brick as I slowly got off the bed and sat on the chair next to the window. My mind was fuzzy but Aria whined in pain too.
I tried to recall what happened when we were in the ballroom, and my last mory was of Conri and Adora pushing Tabular out of my body. I could feel the way Tabular screamt as Adora took over and then the power of Conri the king of wolves was embedding in my body and Aria collapsed. My wolf could not handle all the power that Dolf was using to suppress him.
But what had awakened ?

" What the hell?" I growled.
" No one killed him. It seems that he relinquished the power himself" Aria announced.
" What ?" I responded.
" That is the only way to explain it. Lyal gave up his shifter powers and so of it is what made us co back from the coma we are in" Aria explained.
" What the hell is going on ?" I rubbed my face feeling so frustrated from the news.
The door of the room opened and Zineb stepped into the room with tears in her eyes. I stood up and she rushed over and embraced . My hand went around her just as Isamu walked right in. Her sobs were so loud and uncontrolled that Isamu hissed at .
" Calm down. I am not dead yet and if you keep this up Isamu will snap my neck " I rubbed her back and then pulled her from the embrace and took a step back.
" I was so worried. I can’t explain this feeling that one of us is dead. " Zineb hiccuped so loudly.
" Lyal is dead" I responded in hushed tones.
Zineb froze for a mont and then whispered " So that was it ? I felt shifter powers enter into my body and then it was all quiet. "

She scratched her head for a minute and then her eyes widened and she yelled "Luke"
" What do you an? " I demanded.
" It can only be Luke. If he was in danger, then Lyal would give up his life for his son" Zineb urged.

" That fool " Zineb cursed and then walked to the window and growled.
" There are two more people that the power went into," Aria stated.
" What ?" I gasped
" What is it ?" Zineb asked.

" What the fuck does that an? " Zineb whispered and then her phone rang. She answered it hurriedly and put the phone on speaker and said " You better have so good news for "
" I have both good news and bad news. ’’ A woman’s voice spoke on the other side of the phone.
" Go ahead " Zineb instructed her and Isamu moved closer to listen in.
" Lyal is dead. The spy I sent to check on him says that Conri and Lucian went to take him from the prison because Luke was in a coma. To save his life, they perford a spell and then Lyal gave up his shifter powers to Luke. It seems that Luke’s wolf was rejecting the Freki blood" The woman stated as my eyes almost popped out of the sockets as we listened in.
" And?" Zineb demanded as she sniffed sadly.
" Alpha Luna organized the funeral and all the pack mbers were in attendance. And then your brother appeared at the funeral" The woman narrated.
" He did ?" Zineb asked in shock.
" Yes. He is a spitting image of Lobo Aria. He wanted to be part of the funeral but Luke held his ground that he was the one to bury his father. Your brother inford Alpha Luna and the crowd that he was your stepbrother and the bond you shared alerted him that Lyal had passed away by giving out his shifter powers."
" What else? " Zineb swallowed hard.
" His na is Lovota and he lives in Baranof Island with his mother and grandmother" The woman whispered and then we heard a commotion before soone yelled" She is a traitor" And the line went dead.
" Wow," Isamu whispered.
"Our father was a bastard. He was cruel and cold hearted." Zineb snickered.
" I celebrated the day he died. " Lobo said.
" Step brother? " Isamu raised his eyebrow
" We had no idea, " Zineb said. " " I feel sorry for Lyal"
" But I will not allow his son to be raised by Conri and Lucian" I seethed.
" I agree," Zineb nodded.
" But it will not be easy to get him back, " Isamu warned us.
" How are you feeling ?" Zineb placed her hand on my arm.
" My body feels like a car ran over . But I am glad Aria is now awake. I should be thankful to Lyal or else I would still be in a coma. His shifter powers awakened Lyal" I stated.
" We took a blow this ti," Isamu nodded.
" Where the fuck is that Elder Kanji? How could he be fooled so easily" I growled
" Calm down. We are already in agreent with the Yakuza elders. I asked them to take over for now as Isamu takes a rest." Zineb stated
" Zineb has the yakuza under her palm. She even managed to make Kata and Sayuri back off from the delusional marriage arrangent. I am so proud of her" Isamu bead.
" You never disappoint " I chuckled and Zineb grinned.
" The Yakuza doctor will be here to check on you. I suggest you take a shower and rest more. Gain your energy so that we can have a eting tomorrow" Isamu said.
" That is fine. Zineb, do you have another contact who can tell her where Luke is ?"
" I will make a few calls. " Zineb nodded.
" What about this so-called brother ?" Isamu raised an eyebrow at .
" SInce he showed up, he must have wanted sothing. We better wait for him. I have a feeling he is coming to Tochigi soon. He must have gone to Chugach to get intel on our whereabouts and by now, he has all the information. "

that father had another woman in his life. A witch for that matter" Zineb whispered.
" I also heard the rumors but because of the way father was we all never wanted to investigate or get into his bad books. But I saw him once with a woman, deep in the mountains, she had blue eyes and gray hair. They conversed for a long ti before she left and when father ca back to the pack, he drank the whole night in sorrow"
" You had a rough childhood" Isamu pointed out.
" The worst." Zineb whispered.
" My ho is your ho. The Yakuza have accepted Zineb as my mate. You have a place in Tochigi and no harm will co to you both as long as I am alive" Isamu vowed.
" That is good news. I am happy to hear that. I am glad Zineb had you. You have not failed , Isamu. And now I can call you brother. " I placed a hand on his shoulder. " Thank you so much for not giving up on

cry " Zineb stated and rushed out of the room.
" She has been emotional since she ca back," Isamu chuckled.
" You even managed to get her back to Tochigi," I pointed out.
" Sayuri and Kata rescued her. But they got hurt in the process and Zineb helped them to co back ho safely. Since then they have ford a good friendship and now we are in harmony. " Isamu inford
" That is good" We walked to the window and stood staring at the yard that was filled with snow.
" I know I would be selfish to say this but I felt the power of Conri Dolf. At first I was skeptical when you said that he was powerful. How can a wolf have that much power?It made
crave for it and since then I am afraid that I feel guilty towards Zineb. " Isamu whispered as he confessed.
I chuckled and turned to him " I am glad you understand . I have been on this path for so many years that it drove
crazy. Everyone wondered what it was that I saw and felt for him. But Aria has always been obsessed with Dolf and the power they portray is too sweet to turn away from"
" I now understand, " Isamu nodded.
" I also felt the power of the Freki wolf. Lucian has a different kind of power. I could sense it as it protected Dolf’s mind. Those two must have been harnessing power as they mated. They are formidable opponents and will not be easy to take down"
" Everyone has a weakness Lobo" Isamu smirked.
" That is true.And that is the only way to defeat them. I want them dead. " I declare. " You are going to help

" Deal" Isamu extended his hand and I raised mine as we shook hands and then laughed and embraced each other.
