LOBO ARIA’S POV
"Lobo, I have good news for you "Zineb hurriedly spoke when she made the call.
"Speak, "I responded as I felt anxiety kick in.

"Good news "I got out of bed my feet on the floor. "Who are you with?"
"I am with Fridolf, Keith, and Boris," she answered excitingly.
"Great. You did well. Get on the first plane and co back. " I commanded her.
"I can’t. I made a deal to stay behind. "She whispered. " I will have them bring the crystal to you.
" No. Stay put. I will co to you. Let’s et at the airport when I land. " I disconnected the call before she could say another word.
I hurriedly made plans, and in an hour, the jet was airborne and I secretly left Alaska. I had not inford anyone where I was going as excitent ran through my veins.
"You finally found it, "Aria, my wolf, stirred with excitent.
"Yes," I whispered in disbelief.
"What will you do?" He growled.
"Get rid of Lucian Freki and then have Conri as mine," I responded.
"He has the Adora Crystal. He is more powerful now. You need to find a way to trap him and make him bend to your will," Aria stated.
"Yes. The Tabular Crystal’s power works well on a night with no moon. This is in two weeks. With careful planning, we can have Conri in our hands and the Adora Crystal will not be as powerful as. "
"We need to win. I want Dolf as mine, "Aria growled.

I got out of the plane once the captain announced that it was safe to alight. The sight that greeted

A man appeared from the hanger and said "She owes

"Who the fuck is this? " I raised an eyebrow as I felt Aria stand up in defense.
"This is Isamu. One of the guardians of the crystal. He says that we need to get him a Freki white wolf in exchange. They want Luke" Zineb whispered.
"What the fuck are you talking about?" I retorted.
" If not, let
have the crystal back. I have no problem shooting all of you dead, " He responded, and I saw the fear in Fridolf’s eyes for the first ti since I t him. I could tell that this man was dangerous by the way he calmly spoke. Aria, my wolf, tried to read him and ca up blank. The only ti that this happened was when I tried to read Conri Dolf’s cousin.
"It will take so ti. Just let
go back with my sister or else they will never let the boy go," I stated firmly.
The man raised a gun and shot Keith in the leg. Boris yelled while Fridolf never moved an inch. Keith landed on the hangar’s grounds and groaned in pain. Blood imdiately oozed from his leg and he blacked out.
" The bullet is laced with Napella. You can imagine what he will go through in the next few hours. The next bullet is for her," Isamu stated.
"It will take two weeks to get him here," I finally said.
"One week and these three remain behind," Isamu said.
"I need him," I pointed at Fridolf. "He is the only bold one that can get the Freki boy here"
Isamu stared at Fridolf who never blinked and then laughed, "He has a twisted mind, this one. No wonder you trust him. "
"Exactly, "I muttered through gritted teeth.
"One week and while you are at it, can you find out if the sea serpent is hiding amongst your pack? If you can find him, I will give you add you another Tabular crystal" He raised his hand and black masked n appeared in the hangar and took Keith and Boris away. They disappeared in a flash and I turned to climb on the jet as Zineb and Fridolf followed suit.
An hour later, we were airborne and then I walked over and slapped Zineb so hard that she fell from the chair and scread. " How dare you trade the life of Luke? He is your nephew. "
"I had no choice, " She sobbed.
"We can always give them Lucian Freki, " Fridolf smirked.
My body froze, and I felt Aria howl with happiness. " That is a plan. I would have finally gotten rid of Lucian. He has been a thorn in my side."
"We need a good plan. And there is more news for you. Conri’s cousin was in Tokyo with Zaya and another woman. The Yakuza gave a shoot-to-kill alert to him. I have no idea why, but it seems that the Yakuza are fearful of him. " Fridolf stated.
"I could not read him. There is sothing more to him that we need to find. Zineb, this will be your redemption task," I snickered and walked back to my seat, fuming in anger.
We landed in Alaska early morning and headed to my ho. I hit the crystal in the vault and went to bed. Zineb had locked herself in the guest room while Fridolf was in the living room drowning himself in alcohol. My mind flashed through the conversation I had with him before coming to bed.
"My sister is off limits. If you are to stay with us, you need to ensure that you don’t even touch a hair on her head," I growled.
"I am not interested in your sister Lobo Aria," He snickered and then sat down on the couch, staring at
with hazy eyes. The lust I saw in him took
by surprise.
"You are crazy," I whispered.
"Oh Lobo, how foolish do you think I am? I have always wanted you. I have done everything for you. I don’t care if you want Conri for yourself. After all this, I want you" He declared.
"No," I said and turned to leave.
"Yes," He growled back, and I felt his power wash over . I always knew
"Fridolf, I have no feelings towards you," I declared.
"That is your problem, Lobo Aria. You have always belonged to . As delusional as you are about Conri, the sa goes for . You. It has always been you," He asserted.
I rushed to my room and locked it. Getting into bed, I shuddered at the thought.
"We need to kill him, "Aria growled so loud that it rumbled on my chest.
"Yes," I agreed with Aria. "He is a threat to us.
"He is a crazy bastard, " Aria seethed.
"I never realized it," I whispered and closed my eyes.
"He is wacko. Let us not have him close to us anymore. "Aria advised.
I tossed and turned in bed for hours and finally fell asleep after hours.
It was afternoon when I woke up and the sll of food hit my nostrils. I got out of bed, showered, and then went to the kitchen. I found Zineb singing as she cooked.
"You are up," I stated as I leaned on the kitchen door.
"As soon as that freak Fridolf left," she laughed. "Have a sit brother" She pointed at the kitchen table.
I walked over to her and placed my hand on her cheek. " Sorry"
Her eyes widened, and she blinked twice before saying, "It’s fine"
I nodded and sat down. Zineb served the food, and we ate in silence.
"How is Lyal? " She finally asked.
"Enjoying himself in the KODA prison," I laughed.
"He is always extra, but very loyal, " Zineb stated.
"You always defend him, " I retorted.
"That is what family is all about," Zineb smiled.
"Then why did you sell off Luke to the Yakuza?" I demanded and leaned back on the chair.
"I did not. They knew I had a child with the Freki. Soone sold
out and I could not deny it. The Yakuza guardians are made up of vampires, werewolves, and dragons. They are shifters who can sense a lie a mile away," Zineb inford .
"We need to find out how much they know," I nodded. " For our protection.
"Do you think Boris and Keith will be okay?" Zineb asked.
"No idea. That man, Isamu, is too lethal and dangerous. A man of his kind is not to be trifled with," I whispered.
"He is the most feared of the old yakuza guardians. " Zineb responded.
"Why does he want a Freki?’ I asked.
"Because Freki’s have oga blood. It seems that if one is mated to a Freki, they would give birth to immortal wolves. At first, I thought it was Anisha, but the Yakuza clarified the matter that it had to be a true blood-born Freki wolf. "
"What? What the fuck are you saying? " I stood up.
"It seems that even though Lucian is an Alpha, he has Oga genes and can bear pups. Immortal Freki pups that have all the Freki power." Zineb dropped the bombshell.
