Chapter 520: Chapter 520: That driver has a loose mouth, and told

a little about what’s going on.

Chapter 520

Tristan Collins furrowed his brow: "School’s over, and she’s not going ho?"

"Maybe she’s busy studying. Final exams are coming up soon," said the Secretary.

"Mr. Collins... Why don’t you give Young Lady a call, and she’ll co out..."

Before he could finish, Tristan’s cold gaze shot at him.

The Secretary didn’t dare to say more.

Tristan took out his phone, found Chloe Collins’s number, and dialed it.

Soon, he heard the familiar automated female voice again.

That’s right, his number had been blocked by Chloe long ago.

He had tried calling once before, but it never went through.

Only later did he realize that hearing the automated female voice ant his number had been blocked by the other party.

Rembering this, Tristan was infuriated: "Let’s go."

Secretary: "But Young Lady..."

"Enough, let’s go," Tristan insisted.

He originally wanted to talk with her and make her give up on going to the Taylors.

Now, he felt that there was no need for this extra effort. The Taylors were no match for the Collinses!

-

That evening, at the Collins’s residence.

Tessa Collins inford Tristan of the results of her visit to the Taylors today: "Madam is really good at feigning ignorance. She denied everything, saying it wouldn’t happen. When I asked her why she has been so close with Chloe recently, she couldn’t give an answer. It was obvious she’s lying."

Tristan was not surprised by this outco.

In his opinion, the Taylor family was just a minor player and not worth ntioning.

What mattered most was Chloe’s thoughts. If she insisted on staying at the Taylors’, it would reflect badly on the Collinses.

"Big sister, why don’t you try to find out what the child is thinking tomorrow?" he asked.

Tessa hesitated: "Why didn’t you go today?"

Tristan: "I’m busy with my career."

Tessa snorted: "I don’t really want to go. You know she doesn’t like . Last ti I saw her, she slapped

in the face. If I go this ti, she might not even see . Why should I put myself in this awkward situation?"

Tristan was speechless.

Rembering sothing, Tessa said: "Oh, I t a driver today, and he’s quite a talker. He told

sothing."

Tristan: "About who?"

"Of course, it’s about Chloe since we’re discussing her."

Tessa slowly said: "The driver said that a few days ago, Chloe was called to the Taylors by Madam without even eating. She didn’t look close to her at all. And what’s more, Chloe already knew about the incident from back then, so she must hold a grudge against Madam."

Tristan’s eyes flickered: "The incident from back then?"

"Yes, the driver said that at the ti, he drove Chloe back to the Fosters and talked with her about it for a long ti. I think since she’s so close to Joy Taylor, even if it’s for her mother’s sake, she definitely won’t forgive Madam."

"What’s strange is that after that, she sent people to the Taylors. According to the driver, two n in suits went there. After they arrived, they talked with Madam, Reginald Taylor, and his two sons for half an hour, and no outsider was allowed to approach during that ti."

Tristan’s face turned serious: "n in suits?"

"Yes, that’s what the driver said. I wonder what Chloe sent them to talk about. Does going back to the Taylors require such negotiation?"

Tristan thought for a mont and said: "I’ll have soone look into this matter. You don’t have to worry about it."

Tessa said indifferently: "I couldn’t care less about these things. I’m just curious. By the way, have you taken back those properties from Joy?"

Tristan’s sharp eyes looked at her and asked: "Why are you suddenly asking about this?"
