Chapter 247: Chapter 247 Ella Stark

Chapter 247

She was stunned.

Looking back, she gazed at the man pouring water.

"You’re opening a shop?"

Alexander Foster smiled slightly without a word.

She turned back, continued walking in, and slowly strolled around.

Although she had thought about doing such a thing, she had been too busy to put it into practice.

Suddenly, she bumped into sothing, which shook slightly.

Looking down, she picked it up, and it turned out to be a shop na: Chlo-Chlo’s Candy House.

Her heart tightened, and she suddenly felt soft inside.

Delicious food had always been her favorite; sotis it was even healing just to look at it without eating.

She loved candy, sour and sweet, which was perfect for passing the ti and enjoying the taste.

So, this candy shop really fulfilled her fantasies.

She casually opened a drawer, and the candies inside were all high-quality and very fragrant.

Taking out the orange lollipop she had just eaten, she looked back and asked, "Can I just eat whatever?"

As Alex drank water and walked over, he said, "It was originally prepared for you, so of course, you can eat whatever you want."

Her face changed, and she turned her head away.

Alex looked at her seemingly blushing ears, and his satisfaction surged.

"Do you want to check out the other rooms?"

Chloe Collins shook her head, looking down at the candies, "Don’t bother

for an hour."

Alex smiled softly.

"Take your ti."

He walked out.

Chloe nodded, her eyes fixed on the candy-related introductions, reading them word by word, very focused.

While reading, she stuffed candies into her mouth, her cheeks bulging slightly.

"So this is how candy is made." She looked at the production instructions and muttered.

Continuing to walk to the side, she saw sothing even cuter —

A giant candy music box on a cake stand, with a little princess inside dancing the Swan Lake.

She looked carefully, marveling at the exquisite craftsmanship and the excellent handling of the details. It was impossible to tell it was made of candy at first glance.

It was so beautiful that she managed to suppress the urge to take a bite.

After lingering in the candy shop for more than ten minutes, she reluctantly walked out.

Candy fragrance lingered all over her body.

Turning her head, she noticed Alexander Foster fiddling with a few large boxes at the staircase entrance. She walked over curiously, "What are you doing?"

Alex opened the box and took out the contents.

Although the packaging hadn’t been completely removed, Chloe had already guessed what it was — a painting.

She had a habit of collecting paintings, whether famous or not, as long as they moved her heart.

Of course, since she loved them, she would occasionally create so small works of her own.

When the final layer of packaging was removed, an ink painting appeared before her eyes.

Chloe’s eyes deepened, turning the anticipation in them into sothing unspeakable.

With a asured tone, Alex said, "This is Ella Stark’s work. A lot of people want it; do you like it?"

Her face looked a bit unnatural, "I like it a lot."

Seeing her strange expression, Foster lowered his gaze and looked at the painting again.

Could it be that the information was wrong?

During the last video call with Charles Carrington, Charles ntioned an unknown hobby of hers — collecting paintings — after claiming that he knew her.

Charles said that he had seen paintings signed by Ella Stark at her place.

Unfortunately, the painter was not well known, and her works were few.

This ti, he had put in so effort to find these.

But now, judging by her expression, she didn’t seem too thrilled.

Seeing the confusion in his eyes, Chloe quickly composed herself and said, "Thank you for giving

so many things."

His face relaxed, and he stood up, "As long as you like it."

He then unwrapped the remaining two paintings.

One ink painting, two oil paintings.
