Murray drove back to Moonlight Mansion with lissa.
"Mr. Gibson, Ms. Eugen, welco ho." Clara bead happily at the sight of the lovers.
Because of her injury, lissa stayed in the hospital for a few days. Clara had seen in the past few days how much Murray cared about lissa.
When lissa was in a coma, Murray had no appetite for food at all, even if Clara made his favourite dishes.
Good thing that Ms. Eugen is fine, and that she ca ho with Mr. Gibson. Clara thought.
lissa went into her room to pack up her stuff, but Murray hugged her. "You just recovered from the injury. Take a rest."
"However..."
Before lissa finished speaking, Murray had lifted her up.
"Have a good rest. Don’t move," Murray said as he carefully placed lissa on the bed.
"Alright..." lissa was speechless.
lissa had planned to prepare for the coming design competition in Laville.
Now, I have to work after Murray leaves.
lissa took out her phone and read the news habitually.
A piece of news popped up on her phone screen.
"The police have arrested so gangsters, and a lot of illegal businesses such as casinos have shut down."
There was a picture of Nolan attached to the news.
"Is it you who made this happen?" lissa looked up at Murray.
"Of course." Murray raised his eyebrows.
Murray thought of what had happened that night, and a sinister light flashed past his deep eyes. "As I said, whoever dares to ss up with my woman must be tired of living!"

lissa rolled her eyes at Murray. "Who is your woman? How shaless!"
Murray approached lissa and chuckled. "You will be soon."
This sudden intimacy made lissa blush, and she quickly turned her face away.
lissa looked down at her watch. "It’s getting late. You had better go to work now..."
"I will stay to keep you company." Murray was worried about lissa.
"I’m fine. You haven’t gone to work for days. Hurry up, and go to work now!" lissa pushed Murray out of the door.
Murray was speechless.

I just saved her and have taken good care of her in the hospital for so many days!

if you need anything," Murray said in a low voice.
"Okay!" lissa nodded.
After Murray left, lissa breathed a sigh of relief. Then, she turned on her computer and studied the materials for the design competition from Nina.
lissa watched a video, and it was an interview about Susan.
In the video, Susan was arrogant and belittled Loe from ti to ti. It seed Susan was very confident about this design competition.
lissa sneered.

You are nothing but my defeated rival.

After dinner, lissa checked her watch. It was ti for her to pick up Nina at the airport.
lissa went downstairs. Suddenly, a familiar Rolls-Royce stopped in front of lissa.
The car door was opened, and a tall figure got out of the car.
It was Murray.
"li, get in the car!" Murray walked straight to lissa and said.
"Murray, why are you here?" lissa was surprised.
Murray reached out his big hand and wrapped lissa around her slender waist with it. Murray led lissa into the car and looked sideways at her. "Aren’t you going to the airport to pick up Nina? I’ll send you there."

Murray didn’t say anything more. He reached for the safety belt to help lissa fasten it.
lissa also reached for her seat belt.
Therefore, the two hands touched each other.
The warmth passed from Murray’s palm to lissa’s fingertip. lissa went crimson and quickly put her hand down.
Murray smiled at the shyness lissa showed and helped her fasten her seat belt.
The two remained silent all the way to the airport.
"You may get out of the car now," Murray tilted his head, looked at lissa, and said.
lissa checked her watch. Nina’s plane would land half an hour later.
"I’m going to the bathroom," lissa said to Murray.
"Okay," Murray responded indifferently.
lissa felt that soone was tailing her all the way.
However, she saw nobody when she looked back.
Am I paranoid? lissa wondered.
lissa frowned slightly and thought, Anaya has disappeared for days, and nobody can find her.
lissa rembered how crazy Anaya was. Therefore, she was convinced that Anaya would attempt to kill her again.
lissa was waiting for Anaya.
As long as Anaya appears, I will bring her to justice for sure.

"What are you thinking about?" Murray couldn’t help but ask when he saw the serious look on lissa’s face.
lissa ca back to her senses and said with a frown, "I was thinking where Anaya would be, and when she would attack
again."
"li, don’t worry. I am here, I will protect you." Murray held lissa by the shoulders. His low voice echoed in lissa’s ears.
Murray’s voice made lissa feel inexplicably at ease.
Right then, Nina appeared. Soon, she found Murray and lissa, the most outstanding people in the crowd.
"Hi, li!" Nina waved at lissa.
lissa hurriedly pushed Murray away and kept a distance away from him.
Nina blinked at lissa and teased, "Sis, do I beco the third wheel? A very unwelco one?"
"Don’t talk nonsense." lissa pursed her lips and looked a little embarrassed.
Murray wore a faint smile.
He drove Nina to a hotel.
"li, it’s too late today. I’ll discuss the design competition with you tomorrow," Nina said to lissa with a smile.
"Okay." lissa nodded.
It was a cloudy day the next day.
lissa urged Murray to go to work early in the morning. "Nina is coming. Please leave as soon as possible."

at all?
"li, why are you anxious to drive
out?" Murray pursed his lips tightly to show his displeasure.
lissa pushed Murray out of the door. "I would like to chat with my bestie. What can you do here?"
Murray realised that he was the third wheel now.
Murray was speechless. He went to the Gibson Corporation with a straight face.
lissa had waited for a long ti, but Nina didn’t appear.
Can it be that Nina is tired from the journey yesterday and has not woken up yet? lissa wondered.
