On the court—

Kaijō's mont still wasn't over.

From opposite ends of the arena, fans of both teams shouted at the top of their lungs, trying to drown each other out with cheers for their own side.

Kise's replication was complete. He seed to radiate golden light—blinding and brilliant.

He had broken through his limits and now truly stood shoulder-to-shoulder with the Generation of Miracles.

"Little Tendou!"

"Tch!"

Tendou had long given up trying to correct their annoying habit of yelling everything.

He charged toward Kise without hesitation.

At this mont, Kise's range spanned the entire court. He had to be guarded tightly at all tis.

Seeing no chance for a three, Kise transford into a streak of golden light, driving forward.

Tendou chased him, pressing relentlessly.

The pressure was imnse.

Not just for Kise—the entire Kaijō squad, especially their captain, could feel it.

The sheer force coming from Tendou felt like it was crushing them from above.

Three seconds passed.

Kise held his ground—no turnovers. His offense, far from stalling, only grew sharper.

"He didn't lose the ball!"

"Kise is… too good…!"

"It's the Emperor Eye!" Midorima called out the answer.

Officially, there had only ever been one captain of Teikō: Tendou Kageyoshi.

But the rest of the Generation of Miracles knew the truth—

Tendou was captain in na, but he didn't actually handle managent.

Most of the ti, the one truly overseeing things was Akashi.

So even though Teikō didn't formally appoint a vice-captain, Akashi was the one they all regarded as the real backbone.

Tendou was the soul.

Akashi, the structure that held the body together.

For example—when it ca ti to cast out Haizaki, the disruptive parasite—that had been Akashi's call.

There was no solid proof, but every mber of the Generation of Miracles understood.

Because each of them had a unique set of eyes.

"In fact, the Emperor Eye might even perceive details more precisely than the Six Eyes," Midorima added.

Down to the pores.

Down to the flow of blood.

It could neutralize an opponent's every action, make offense and defense aningless, and overwhelm them with raw superiority.

"But it's not the real Emperor Eye," Midorima continued.

"Kise is probably only simulating one person at a ti right now."

He was right.

Currently, Kise couldn't see what anyone else on the court was doing.

To battle Tendou, he had to focus all his ntal processing on one opponent.

Even with his hyper-evolved brain, it felt like his head was bursting from data overload.

Step. Step. Step. Step. Step…

Once three seconds passed, he had to constantly simulate—

Put himself in Tendou's shoes.

Reverse-engineer every action.

Only then could he keep up.

"Zzzt!"

Still that sa thunderous dribbling.

With a burst of special effects, golden lightning surged down Kise's arms—his movents nearly doubling in speed.

Tendou's "Cleave" remained impossible to copy—it ca with that intangible "sword-saint" pressure.

But Kise had found an alternative.

Thunder dribbling paired with chaotic footwork gave his drive just as much bite as Tendou's.

Tendou went for the steal—but Kise dodged him cleanly.

"He even copied Aomine's feel for the ball?!"

"Is… is that possible?"

It didn't seem impossible.

In the Last Ga movie, Kise had used Aomine's instincts to force open the gates of the Zone.

"Well then, at this point, no use overthinking it," Tendou grinned.

The smile on his face resembled that of the monster he so often manifested.

"Whoosh!"

White light burst out from Tendou's body, wrapped in black streaks, as he clashed head-on with the seemingly unstoppable Kise.

They battled their way into the paint.

Kise gathered the ball and soared—

His body spun mid-air, both hands gripping the ball tightly, then slamd it toward the rim as if trying to break the hoop.

The Hamr of Destruction.

A move straight out of Murasakibara's playbook.

Simple in theory—generate rotational force through mid-air spins to amplify the dunk's impact.

Murasakibara once used this in middle school to collapse an entire hoop.

But—

"BANG!"

Tendou jumped with him—

Palm crashing against the ball.

His Six Eyes flared brilliantly, focusing all his power into a single point.

SLAM!

In an instant, the explosive collision was shattered.

The ball was smacked out of Kise's hands and sent flying back toward half court.

"He stopped even that?!?"

The Seirin players were floored.

That kind of brute force felt unstoppable—and yet it had been blocked?

"Tendou-kun can control every part of his body," Kuroko explained.

"If he wants, he can explode with Aomine-kun's speed, Midorima-kun's accuracy, Murasakibara-kun's power—even Akashi-kun's vertical control."

The Seirin players were speechless.

Six Eyes had completely surpassed their understanding.

"Monster…"

Takeuchi Genta couldn't contain himself.

His fists pounded the bench.

The players weren't panicking—he was.

Down 21 points.

If they couldn't score—how were they ever going to catch up?

...

On the court—

Kasamatsu Yukio and the others rushed toward the loose ball.

But Tendou unleashed Aomine's speed again, beating everyone to the punch and securing it.

Still, he didn't attack right away.

He slowed the pace once more, forcing the ga back into a half-court battle.

Calm. Dominant. Calculating.

Those three traits defined Tendou perfectly.

If he kept playing this way—even if Kaijō didn't panic, they'd be forced into it eventually.

Like a hunter, he waited quietly for Kise or soone else to make a mistake.

Just like before, he waited until the clock showed six seconds.

Enough ti for his attack, but not enough for Kaijō to counter.

Kise went all out.

If he could stop this six-second burst—he could win this duel.

But Tendou stepped it up.

"Release."

The word ca like a whisper from hell.

Tendou's dribble frequency skyrocketed—

He stord forward like a typhoon, assaulting Kise's defense with rciless force.

Kise's ntal load skyrocketed.

His brain couldn't keep up.

Front, back, left, right—

The ball danced wildly, like it had lost control—

Sharper and more unpredictable than even Aomine's freestyle.

His nerves snapped under the strain.

He could no longer compute Tendou's actions.

Tendou had already seen it.

He'd read Kise's future.

Three false steps blew past him—

Tendou soared again.

They couldn't stop him!

It's over!

So Kaijō fans were already covering their eyes, unable to bear what ca next.

But then—

"Little Tendou!!" Kise roared.

He reached out—his right arm lashed out and slapped the ball hard.

In that mont, the crowd saw it—

A glimpse of Murasakibara in Kise's form.

A massive hand blocked the sky, shielding the rim and ball.

Kise countered Tendou's dunk with one of his own.

He returned fire.

And the battle was still on.
