Ai Changyuan kept standing there, nonplussed, uncaring of the electric discharge around.

None thought it out of the ordinary. The Transcendent’s descendant had the right. In his previous nine fights, he relied solely on martial arts to win in one strike. His grasp of power was beyond subli.

The casual stance amidst the raging thunderstorm was as if he was in the eye of the storm. No matter how much it raged, it could never unbalance him.

Wu Shiqin shot from the front, coming out of the lightning curtain with a fist.

Ai Changyuan did a casual block.

Wu Shiqin broke apart, a construct of electromagnetic spiritual power.

More Wu Shiqins rushed him with kicks and punches from all directions. Ai Changyuan kept his eyes closed all this ti, his hands moving around to block a third of the attacks, while the other two-thirds he let them hit.

The attacks he blocked turned into an electromagnetic spiritual power from the force, while the ones he ignored were nothing but images. Under the onslaught of attacks, he discerned each attack’s nature. Such judgnt was incredible!

Ai Changyuan took a leisured step back. He reached out to grab a pale wrist that remained solid all this ti. Ai Changyuan leaned back a bit and pulled Wu Shiqin out of the electric maelstrom.

“Damn!” As her feet left the ground, Wu Shiqin cried out. Ai Changyuan’s insights into chanics were beyond hers. Letting him get close would an her loss. She didn’t hesitate in waving her other hand, collapsing the vortex field and turning the charged air’s electricity into a dragon, directing it at her opponent.

Ai Changyuan let go and fell back. The electric dragon didn’t follow in its attack but rose in the air and returned to being a field again.

Albeit a smaller one.

Wu Shiqin was again hiding among the flashing electricity, ready for her next attack.

Ai Changyuan sighed. His eyes had been closed since the start of the match. With his hands behind him, the teenager posed the violent electromagnetic field a question. “Don’t you find it strange how I picked out which attack to block despite how you masked your position in terms of sound and light?”

Wu Shiqin started, for Ai Changyuan was facing her exact position.

[What is going on? Coincidence?]

Ai Changyuan had absolute confidence as he explained. “The Celestial Hymn Odyssey you train in refers to one of the Four Heaven-opening Forces. You should have given the other three forces’ cultivation thods a glance as well, right?”

On the sidelines, Zhen Chanzi, with his shallowest knowledge, asked, “What are the Four Heaven-opening Forces?”

He was focused on the match as well. The Great Ascension cultivator learned about modern cultivation alongside Wang Qi to switch in the future, but this advanced concept went right over his head.

“The four fundantal forces that lay the foundation to the world when the heavens opened.” Wang Qi explained. “They are electromagnetism, gravitation, strong interaction, uh,

strong flux and weak flux.

“And Celestial Hymn Odyssey is a cultivation thod that directly refers to the essence of electromagnetism?”

Wang Qi nodded. Even in the quantum physics era, Maxwell’s equations were the best explanation of how electromagnetism was expressed. Celestial Elent Series, with its most basic form, the Celestial Hymn Odyssey, was ford with them at the core, pointing at ‘the essence of electromagnetism.’

As for another cultivation thod that referred to the Four Heaven-opening Forces…

Hidden among the lightning, Wu Shiqin winced at a certain possibility. At this mont Ai Changyuan spoke up. “Any two masses are attracted to each other by a force along the line connecting their center. The gravitational force is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.”

[The law of gravity! His cultivation thod leverages gravity!]

Ai Changyuan explained. “Light particles have zero mass, while electrical particle’s mass is negligible. Even with all of them gathered in one place, it still won’t reach your forty…”

“Shut up!” A powerful electromagnetic field erupted and all of it was sucked in Wu Shiqin’s body. The girl gnashed her teeth. “I don’t care what you’re cultivating. You must die!”

“Uh, sorry.” Ai Changyuan didn’t open his eyes still, his tone insincere. “I don’t know why, but for so reason, Qianqian did tell

not to divulge exact numbers.”

Lu Qianqian held her face outside the arena. “I knew this would happen.” Wang Qi whistled at the side, “To piss off that butch ans the number has a sway on her. How surprising.”

“I told you Shiqin is a girl at heart. Of course she’d care, nya!” Mao Zimiao was annoyed as well. “Also, what the hell is he talking about?”

“His cultivation thod.” Wang Qi made faces.

“That much I could tell. My question is why, nya?”

Ai Changyuan’s fake apology pissed Wu Shiqin off more. The girl was out for blood. Feeling the chill coming off her, Ai Changyuan opened his eyes. “That’s more like it. The cultivation thod refers to the Four Heaven-opening Forces, so why settle for illusions?”

“From how you say it, it sounds like you use a Four Heaven-opening Forces cultivation thod as well. This ans your fundantal cultivation thod can’t be Heaven Origin Revelation, but Universal Pull!”

Rage didn’t rob Wu Shiqin of reason, working to improve her thinking instead.

Ai Changyuan laughed heartedly, “Well said.”

“This cultivation thod shouldn’t have a Qi Refining Realm part, and can only be started at the Foundation Establishnt Realm.”

Ai Changyuan looked at the audience and pouted. “Hey, isn’t there another case here as well? Grand Ripple Enigma was also practiced in the Qi Refining Realm, no?”

Ai Changyuan hinted at a guy Mao Zimiao pestered about Universal Pull. Wang Qi’s weird face looked as if he was straining not to laugh.

[Holly shit, I can’t stop myself from seeing this guy pulling an ‘Almighty Push’ at any mont.](Tamon: Naruto references.)
