"Rebellion?"
Bi Luoyue frowned slightly, surprised that the Supre Elder accused her as soon as he arrived. When her master was poisoned and she was imprisoned, the Supre Elder turned a blind eye, yet now, as they pursued Saffron, he stands in their way.
"Supre Elder, regarding the matter with my master, you should be well aware that was true rebellion. Saffron and Zi Qian are the murderers responsible for my master's death. Today, no matter what Luoyue says, I must avenge my master, so please hand over Saffron to us."
Bi Luoyue's delicate face remained cold as she spoke.
"Haha, very well, little Luoyue, I can't believe you dare co here demanding soone from . However, if you have the ability, co and get them."
The elder in the blue robe had a hint of mockery in his eyes and laughed disdainfully.
"Let's go, no need to waste words with this old man. Since he's siding with Saffron, we'll resolve them together."
Qin Yang turned to Bi Luoyue and stated directly.
Hearing this, Bi Luoyue's beautiful eyes blinked once, then she nodded. When her master was poisoned, the Supre Elder, though not directly involved, was certainly complicit.
Qin Yang flashed and stood on a wooden stake, followed in sequence by Bi Luoyue, White Crane, Xing He, Zhao Hui, and others.
"Tut-tut, co on over. There'll be a surprise waiting in the middle of the pond."
Watching Qin Yang and the others already standing on the stakes, Saffron, hidden under a black robe, eyes gleaming coldly, laughed darkly.
The elder in the blue robe stood with hands behind his back, composed as though anticipating their approach.
After thirty to forty ters, Qin Yang suddenly frowned, sensing an inexplicable feeling of danger, sothing that wasn't baseless.
He glanced down at the pond water by his feet.
In the pond, a few erald leaves gently floated on the surface, revealing an unusual calm.
"There's sothing strange about how calm this pond is."
Qin Yang's gaze sharpened as he spoke in a deep tone, being a cultivator, he had so ability to sense danger.
"Celestial Eye, activate!"
Qin Yang commanded silently in his heart, and a faint blue hue surged in his eyes as he scanned beneath the pond.
However, the next mont, upon seeing what lay hidden beneath the pond, his expression drastically changed.
"Oh? You've discovered it?"
Seeing this, the elder in the middle of the pond raised an eyebrow with so surprise, then chuckled indifferently, "Discovered it already? So be it."
"Haha, my little darlings, co on out. There's a feast arriving."
The elder in the blue robe laughed heartily.
Glug! Glug!
As his words fell, ripples violently disturbed the previously calm pond surface in hundreds of places as sothing rapidly surfaced, bathing the entire pond in a faint violet glow.
"Everyone, fall back!"
Qin Yang's face turned stern, shouting sharply.
Upon hearing his command, everyone imdiately retreated.
However, the creatures in the pond had already surfaced.
"Those are... crocodiles!"
Wang Hu gazed at the massive head and spine of a crocodile erging not far from his feet, and despite his strong ntal resilience as a special forces soldier, he couldn't help but be startled.
The crocodile was no ordinary one; it was two to three tis the size of typical crocodiles, its skin a pale violet, with purple lightning arcs dancing along its back.
Splish!
The crocodile locked eyes with Wang Hu and suddenly leapt out of the water, biting into his shoulder.
