Chen Jin continued, “The last phase will be the all-knowing phase. When we reached this phase, Xing Hai Technologies can announce to the public that we had all the knowledge in this world and our ‘All-Knowing Learning Machine’ or ‘All-Knowing Program’ will be bringing an earth-shaking change to our world!
