Chapter 143: Chapter 143 Soone’s Sabotage_1

In Yantai city, at the entrance of a neighbourhood, under a big tree.

A young man, once he saw Zhang Xian and the others leave, took out his phone and dialed a number, "Boss, the plan failed."

"What happened? Why did it fail?"

The youngster said: "A guy nad Zhang Xian saw through our sche, and the people I hired got beaten up. Now, they have gone to the hospital. What should we do next?"

After pondering for a while, the voice on the phone said, "Proceed with the second plan, this ti there must be no mistakes."

After acknowledging, the young man hung up the phone, turned his gaze towards the direction where Zhang Xian and the others had disappeared, and a treacherous smile spread across his face.

...

Yantai City, Central Hospital.

When Zhang Xian and the others arrived at the inpatient departnt, a doctor hurried over, asking, "Who here is a relative of Hong Hua?"

The middle-aged man leading the group asked, "I am. What’s the matter?"

The doctor looked at him, pushed up his glasses, and said, "The patient’s condition suddenly worsened, and she is having difficulty breathing. We are trying to save her. Please prepare yourself."

"What?" The middle-aged man stared in shock, grabbing the doctor’s hand, asking, "Why? Why is this happening?"

The doctor moved his hand away, straightened his clothes, and said annoyingly, "Sir, please control your emotions. The product developed by Zhu Pharmaceuticals contained a new type of poison. Our hospital has never encountered it before, nor has it been reported elsewhere. If a patient’s condition suddenly worsens, it is naturally difficult for us to control. Please understand our difficulties."

"You ..." The middle-aged man suddenly grabbed Zhang Xian’s collar and snarled, "If anything happens to Hong Hua, I will make sure your entire Zhu family pays for it."

Zhang Xian frowned and said, "Big brother, don’t be impulsive. The results aren’t out yet. What we need to do is be patient and wait, not make a fuss here and cause trouble for the doctors."

The doctor looked at Zhang Xian, then at the middle-aged man, and said, "Yes, your job now is to be patient and wait, not to make a disturbance."

The middle-aged man gritted his teeth, let go of Zhang Xian, and ran towards the ergency room with red eyes.

The rest of them followed him full of worries. Given that they were affected by the sa poison, if Hong Hua’s condition suddenly worsened, their loved ones could also be at risk.

"Qingqing, let’s go check it out." Zhang Xian pulled Zhu Qing’s small hand and followed the others’ pace.

...

Outside the ergency room, the middle-aged man was in tears.

When he first arrived in Yantai with Hong Hua, they were full of hope for the future. However, in such a short amount of ti, this tragedy had occurred.

If anything were to happen to Hong Hua, he would never forgive himself, let alone Zhu Pharmaceuticals.

Zhang Xian stepped forward, patting the man’s shoulder to console him, "Don’t worry, big brother, Hong Hua will be fine."

The middle-aged man pushed Zhang Xian away and said coldly, "Don’t touch . If anything happens to Hong Hua, you and your Zhu family are done for."

Zhang Xian smiled bitterly and said no more.

Zhu Qing stepped forward, holding Zhang Xian’s hand, "Zhang Xian, what are we going to do?"

"Wait..." Zhang Xian leaned against the wall, "If the doctors can’t do anything, I’ll save her."

Zhu Qing knew Zhang Xian was capable of this and leaned against the wall quietly waiting.

Suddenly, the door of the ergency room burst open, and a young nurse rushed out.

Zhang Xian approached and grabbed the nurse’s arm, asking, "Nurse, how is the patient doing?"

"Ah, what are you doing?" The nurse was surprised, trying to shake off Zhang Xian’s hand, but she was unable to, "Let go of , I need to get sothing."

Zhang Xian looked at the nurse coldly, saying, "Answer ."

The nurse was stunned, and almost unconsciously, she replied, "The patient’s condition is not good. The only solution now is a blood transfusion, in the hope that it can save a life."

"You don’t need to go anymore." Zhang Xian let go of the nurse and went straight into the ergency room.

Inside, two doctors were busy. Seeing a stranger walk in, one doctor was taken aback and imdiately yelled, "You... how did you get in here? Can you just co in here?"

"Everyone out." Zhang Xian stated.

The doctor’s mouth twitched unnaturally several tis as he scolded, "Young man, are you insane? Can’t you see we’re trying to save a life? Who let you in?"

Zhang Xian’s gaze turned cold, he grabbed the doctors and tossed them out of the ergency room, then unceremoniously shut the door behind him.

It wasn’t that he had a grudge against the doctors, but the current situation didn’t allow for any idle chatter. After sweeping his spiritual sense around the room, he saw that the poison was spreading rapidly towards Hong Hua’s heart through her blood vessels.

"You..." The two nurses left inside stared in shock.

Zhang Xian glanced at them and walked forward, grabbing Hong Hua’s wrist. A surge of powerful spiritual energy flowed into her, rushing along her blood vessels.

One of the nurses looked at Zhang Xian in confusion, intending to open the door and let the doctors in. They were responsible for handling Hong Hua’s ergency, and if there were any mishaps, they would be to bla.

It was crucial to note that this wasn’t a case of natural death, but a man-made one, and they would shoulder a considerable part of the bla.

"Don’t open the door." Zhang Xian said coldly.

The nurse started and instinctively pulled back her hand. However, she soon reached out to open the door again.

"Bang..."

Suddenly, a scalpel ca flying and lodged itself on the door.

"Ah..."

The nurse scread, stepping back in terror.

Zhang Xian glanced at the nurse and said, "Ladies, I’m trying to save a life here. Could you maybe not make my job any harder? I’m actually very patient."

The nurses nodded quickly, thoroughly terrified.

Zhang Xian chuckled, ignoring the two nurses. He then took out a packet of Golden Needles and quickly inserted them into Hong Hua.

The nurses watched in shocked silence, their eyes wide open.

"What the hell is he doing? Trying to show off? The patient needs a blood transfusion imdiately. There’s no ti to waste. And here he is, jabbing away with a fine needle. What does he think he’s doing?"

However, his speed was incredible. His needle movents were a blur, almost magical, far too fast for them to understand.

Zhang Xian ignored the shock of the two nurses and got right down to detoxifying Hong Hua after he finished disguising his procedure with acupuncture.

"What is he doing?" a nurse with short hair asked.

"I don’t know." The nurse with long hair shook her head and asked, "What do we do now? Just watch?"

The short-haired nurse hesitated and said, "Wait! I think... I think he knows what he’s doing."

The nurse with long hair asked, "How can you tell?"

"He’s extrely quick with the needles."

The nurse with long hair rolled her eyes and said, "Sis, we’re dealing with a life and death situation here! I think we should tell soone on the outside."

"How are you going to inform them? Besides, once this door is locked from the inside, it cannot be opened from the outside."

"Oh, right." The nurse with long hair nodded, "And, we don’t have any ways to communicate with the outside world."

Zhang Xian ignored the nurses’ discussion. After he successfully eliminated the poison in Hong Hua’s body, he finally breathed a sigh of relief. Now, Hong Hua had recovered and could be discharged after she wakes up.

Although the person was saved, the problem was far from simple. Earlier, he found two types of toxins in Hong Hua’s body.

If she was poisoned by dication, it should have been one type. The sudden and unknown ailnts Hong Hua had, combined with the presence of two types of new toxins that the hospital had never seen before, made it clear that soone was trying to harm her.

Darn it, the perpetrator was ruthless, ready to take a life just to ruin Zhu Pharmaceutical.

"Hey, what are you doing?" The short-haired nurse asked.

"Uh... well..." Zhang Xian chuckled and said, "The patient is fine now. Take her out."

The two nurses froze in surprise and asked, "What? She’s fine now?"

Zhang Xian nodded, "She’s all fine."

The two nurses didn’t believe him and hurriedly went to the bedside.

Seeing that the patient’s face had returned to its normal color and the slight blackness had disappeared, they were dumbfounded. Had he used acupuncture to cleanse the new toxins in Hong Hua’s body?

Zhang Xian ignored the surprise of the two nurses and walked to the door to leave, but he couldn’t open it.

"Pff..." Seeing Zhang Xian fumbling at the door without being able to open it, the nurse with short hair couldn’t help but giggled and ran over to open the door within seconds.

Zhang Xian’s mouth twitched unnaturally on the corners, making an awkward exit with embarrassnt on his face.

"Damn it, kid, what the hell were you trying to do earlier? Were you trying to kill the patient?"

The two doctors who had been kicked out earlier saw Zhang Xian coming out with fury in their faces. One of them grabbed Zhang Xian and said harshly, "Tell us, what did you do to the patient?"

A middle-aged man rushed up to him and punched Zhang Xian in the face, "Damn it, today I’ll kill you, you heartless bastard!"

"Uh!" Although Zhang Xian could dodge, he didn’t, and took the punch directly, "Brother, I understand your feelings, but Hong Hua is already fine. I hope you can calm down."

The middle-aged man wanted to rush up again. Hearing Zhang Xian’s words, he froze.

The two doctors also froze.

What does this guy an? Hong Hua is fine already?

Zhang Xian rubbed his face and said, "I have eliminated the poison in Hong Hua’s body. I will gradually eliminate the poison in the others, you can find

at Liu Xiaowen’s house."

The middle-aged man rushed up to Zhang Xian and asked, "Are...are you lying to ? Is Hong Hua really all right?"

At this mont, the two nurses pushed Hong Hua out of the ergency room, one in the front and one in the back.

Turning their heads, the two doctors saw that the color on Hong Hua’s face had returned to normal, even showing a bit of rosiness. They were dumbfounded.

What the hell? They had checked several tis before and found a new type of toxin lurking in Hong Hua’s blood. She needed an imdiate blood transfusion. How could she be fine now?

"Qingqing, let’s go." Zhang Xian had no intention of staying in the hospital. He took Zhu Qing’s hand and walked out.

He had used a cultivator’s thods to save a life, which was a miracle to others. He didn’t want to stay here and beco the subject of discussions. He also didn’t want to attract unnecessary trouble.

Zhu Qing held Zhang Xian’s hand and said with joy, "Zhang Xian, you’re amazing."

Zhang Xian smiled and said, "Don’t celebrate too soon. This case is not over yet. The condition with Hong Hua was not due to a disease, but soone deliberately poisoned her."
