Capítulo 875: Seven Wonders Of The Universe
Aaaninja’s eyes shifted toward Kingsley, who had just spoken. His gaze lingered on the golden-haired, golden-eyed man floating calmly before him, as though attempting to peel away layers that refused to be revealed.
“Personally, I’m more curious about you,” Aaaninja said thoughtfully. “I an, you possess no mana, no other form of energy, or anything else that I can perceive, yet you still release power and explosive physical ability that defies everything this Galaxy is built upon.” His eyes narrowed slightly, not in suspicion, but in genuine intrigue.
Kingsley fell silent.
For the first ti since the conversation began, he seed unsure how to respond. His expression remained neutral, yet the pause itself spoke volus. Fortunately for him, Anthony stepped in at that exact mont, as though he had sensed Kingsley’s discomfort before it could deepen.
“He is an anomaly, Aaaninja,” Anthony said calmly. “And anomalies are ant to be left as they are.” His tone carried a quiet certainty. “I’m sure that if you tried to see any deeper, the River of Ti would have to pay a hefty price just to keep you intact. So you can simply think of Kingsley as one of the Seven Wonders of the Universe.”
The ssage was clear.
Aaaninja imdiately understood Anthony’s cue. He nodded once, smoothly dropping the subject without further questions. Whatever Kingsley was, it clearly existed outside the laws even Ti itself dared not tamper with.
“But I can at least spar with you in hand to hand combat… right?” Aaaninja asked next, his expression calm and composed.
Despite his tone, Aaaninja already knew the answer. When it ca to hand to hand combat, he would lose, without question. Although his own martial prowess was refined, powerful, and versatile, it was nothing compared to Kingsley’s absolute mastery. Kingsley did not rely practice hand to hand combat; he embodied it.
Was Aaaninja bothered by that fact?
Not in the slightest.
His true specialty lay in the sword and Ti magic. Close combat had always been a secondary focus. Besides, if Kingsley surpassed him so overwhelmingly, then learning from him was the logical choice. Aaaninja had never been one to shy away from acknowledging strength greater than his own.
With his natural talent and comprehension, Aaaninja genuinely believed he could eventually catch up to Kingsley’s level in a few weeks or months.
He could not have been more wrong.
The truth was simple and unforgiving: the only being who would ever match or surpass Kingsley in hand to hand combat was Anthony, and Anthony alone. Kingsley’s mastery was not rely the result of effort or experience; it was a specialty bestowed and blessed by the Universe itself. Against that kind of divine alignnt, everyone else stood hopelessly beneath him.
“You are welco to learn from ,” Kingsley stated flatly.
Aaaninja’s lips twitched slightly at those words. He hadn’t chosen that phrasing intentionally, but it seed Kingsley, who sohow understood that Aaaninja wished to learn from him, had missed the subtlety entirely.
‘Learning everything he has to offer in a few days will be the best payback,’ Aaaninja mused inwardly, indulging in yet another quietly delusional thought.
Anthony watched Aaaninja with a small, knowing smile. He didn’t need any mystical or ntal ability to read Aaaninja’s thoughts; the expression alone on Aaaninja’s face made it obvious. Yet Anthony said nothing. Watching Aaaninja fail spectacularly in his self-imposed mission would be far more entertaining.
For now, Anthony simply observed, content in his role as a silent witness to what promised to be an amusing spectacle.
“Anthony, I have to say,” Lucian’s voice suddenly ca from the side, breaking Anthony’s train of thought, “you always seem to have the best things among all of us.”
Lucian’s comnt snapped Anthony back to the present. “What do you an?” Anthony asked, arching an eyebrow in genuine confusion.
“I an your girlfriend,” Lucian clarified with a sigh. “Even though she isn’t at the Apexus mana rank, she already possesses Planetary-level prowess. anwhile, my girlfriend and Aaaninja’s had to retreat.”
A proud smile appeared simultaneously on Anthony’s and Vega’s lips.
“What can I say?” Anthony replied smoothly. “I only date the best.”
“You can stop smiling now,” Lucian said dryly, shaking his head. “We already know Vega is powerful.”
Anthony chuckled softly. Lucian had brought the topic up himself, only to dismiss it the mont it no longer favored him or his partner.
“Anyway,” Aaaninja interjected, shifting the topic, “how powerful is your Blue Planet to birth the three of you?” His gaze flicked between Anthony, Vega, and Kingsley. “I an, Anthony just turned twenty recently, Vega is the sa age, and Kingsley is only just over a century old. All three of you are significantly younger than Lucian and myself.”
Anthony smiled calmly.
“That has nothing to do with our planet,” he said. “If planets were responsible for distributing talent and power at birth or awakening, then powerhouses like your parents would have already found ways to amplify yours even further.” His tone remained casual, yet confident.
As Lucian prepared to respond, a calm, lodic voice echoed from above.
“Everyone seems to be having a fun chat without .”
All eyes snapped upward.
Floating effortlessly in the void was Aura, her sky-blue eyes shimring softly, her long sky-blue hair flowing down her back as it danced gently with the cosmic currents. Her presence alone brought a subtle shift in the atmosphere.
“Where have you been?” Vega asked, her purple eyes eting Aura’s blue ones.
Aura sighed lightly. “Long story short, I lost Akira and had to go find her.”
As she descended to join the group, Vega nodded without pressing further. Perched atop Aura’s head was Akira, her small form peeking curiously at everyone as though they were legendary figures. She had clearly enjoyed watching their battles.
“So,” Aura continued with a playful smile, “what were you all talking about before I arrived? I hope you weren’t gossiping using my na.”
“Nothing much,” Vega replied calmly. “Just random topics. Though I suppose now the discussion will naturally shift to you, since you’re already here.”
The group remained floating within the endless cosmos, their casual conversation standing in stark contrast to the imnse power each of them carried, power capable of shaking solar system, yet restrained by familiarity, humor, and camaraderie.
