Chapter 1104: Six Domain Rulers
Anthony turned his eyes to the side where he could sense a battle happening a few light-years away; he could clearly see Beru toying with his Vampire prey, as the Ant, Beru, seed to deliberately refuse to kill his enemy and simply be done with it. Igris was locked in a relentless battle of speed and daggers with his own opponent, their movents blurring through space, while Bellion was rely standing off to the side, seemingly chilling with his eyes closed as though none of it concerned him in the slightest.
’Well, they are all carrying out my orders regardless of how they execute them,’ Anthony thought to himself; he didn’t make any move to fly towards them, his eyes simply turning towards the Blue Planet instead, and with a booming sound that echoed through the void, he shot forward as he raced towards the Vampire Domain.
He was certain that this wasn’t the only Apexus Mana Rank the Vampire Domain possessed; after all, they must have left a few behind to defend their Domain, after all, what if the Titans or Dragons decided to use this perfect opportunity to invade while their forces were spread thin?
Within re seconds, Anthony had already arrived within the Blue Planet, his eyes calmly shifting towards the Vampire Domain below, his gaze locking onto the Apexus Mana Rank Vampires that floated above the Vampire Domain as though they had been waiting for his arrival all along.
As they laid their eyes upon Anthony, their presence didn’t detonate outward, nor did they scream any useless or dramatic battle cry, as they simply stared at him in complete silence, almost as though they were patiently waiting for him to speak first.
After a prolonged mont of silence between everyone present, Anthony finally spoke, "Aren’t you going to attack? After all, I killed your Queen, and I’m quite sure you all sensed it a while ago," Anthony asked with a flat, almost indifferent expression resting on his face.
One of the Vampires slowly floated forward. "We wish not to fight with you, Null Anthony," he stated, his tone respectful, yet Anthony could effortlessly sense the hidden fear that was carefully layered beneath that forced respect.
Hearing those words, Anthony sighed ntally; it seed there was no real fun to be had anymore. The Vampire Queen who had boldly spoken about the entire Vampire Domain rushing to kill him after her death couldn’t have been more wrong, if she knew how things would turn out, she would probably vomit blood from sheer frustration... the irony of it all was almost amusing.
"And here I was, thinking you all were loyal followers of the Blood Queen," Anthony couldn’t help but retort, a faint trace of sarcasm subtly woven into his tone.
Another Vampire imdiately stepped forward and intoned, "We aren’t loyal to the Vampire Queen," he corrected in a composed and asured manner, "we are loyal to the Blood Royal Family and to the Vampire Domain itself. The Blood Queen, while undeniably a wise ruler, is dead, and so is her son; we cannot afford to waste our n and resources in a manner that could ultimately lead to the complete annihilation of our Domain," he spoke as though he had once been so kind of lawyer in his past life, soone who knew exactly how to twist logic and reasoning to suit his own advantage.
Anthony didn’t say anything in response, as he couldn’t exactly argue against such reasoning; besides, it wasn’t as though he made a habit of going around fighting people who clearly didn’t want to fight him in the first place.
’It seems the fun I was expecting the Vampire Domain to bring was nothing more than wishful thinking,’ Anthony thought to himself as he shook his head lightly. ’But admittedly, this entire sequence of events has been far more entertaining than I could have ever imagined or anticipated,’ he continued inwardly, a faint, almost amused smile forming on his lips.
After all, he had originally co here with nothing more than the intention of talking and gisting with his old friends, only for him to end up encountering a group of assassins, then crossing paths with so rather bold space bandits, and now, on top of all that, he had even battled the Vampire Queen, it was almost absurd how things had unfolded so unpredictably.
’Maybe I should enter seclusion after this,’ he mused quietly within his mind, his thoughts briefly shifting towards the Vampire Planetary Rankers, but just as he was about to say sothing, he suddenly sensed nurous powerful presences rushing towards the Vampire Domain at incredible speeds.
Anthony wasn’t the only one who sensed it, the Apexus Mana Rank Vampires also picked up on it, their expressions imdiately twisting into a mixture of horror and restrained anger as one of them spoke out, "Are they daring to invade now that the Blood Queen is dead?"
No one gave a reply, but it was already painfully obvious which individuals were rapidly approaching the Vampire Domain.
Iserios Von Deathwrath of the Dragon Domain, Aeltharion Moonwhisper, King of the Elf Domain, Gorath Storm, the patriarch of the Titan race, Baldor Ironhamr, Ruler of the Dwarf Domain, Aurelius Ignis, the Phoenix King, and lastly, Kaelen Wildhart, Ruler of the Demi Human race, all six of them were making their way towards the Vampire Domain with an undeniable and oppressive presence.
"Return to your hos. Even if these six intended to do sothing, I’m certain you are well aware that you can do absolutely nothing to stop them, especially with the death of the Blood Queen," Anthony stated calmly, his expression remaining completely unreadable.
The Apexus Mana Rank Vampires wanted to argue against his words, but they simply couldn’t. While they themselves were also at the Planetary level, they stood no chance against these six Rulers who all possessed Royal Grade Bloodlines and terrifying, imnse power; besides, from their perspective, it almost seed as though Anthony was trying to protect them.
But... they couldn’t have been more mistaken. Why would Anthony ever go out of his way to protect them? He had literally co here earlier with the intention of destroying the Vampire Domain if a fight had broken out. He had no reason whatsoever to save them, he was rely sending them away because they had no right, no authority, and no place existing within the sa space as the beings that were about to arrive.
Almost imdiately, the six Rulers of their respective Domains arrived, their presence bearing down heavily upon the Vampire Domain as their eyes slowly scanned their surroundings; but in the very next instant, the mont their gazes landed upon Anthony, their presence seed to vanish completely, as though it had never existed at all.
"Null Anthony," the Elf King, Aeltharion Moonwhisper, spoke in a calm and gentle tone, as he hadn’t truly had the opportunity to et Anthony one on one since the conclusion of the Starborn Tournant.
"To what do I owe the honor of the gathering of all six of you?" Anthony stated coolly, his tone indifferent, as he completely ignored the Elf King who had called out his na.
