Chapter 1082: Space Bandit-4
Anthony stood in silence as he gazed at the gore he had painted with the blood and corpses of the Space Bandits; he simply shook his head slowly and turned around with a calm, indifferent expression. With a re thought, the do that had been protecting the ship shattered instantly, breaking apart like fragile glass under an unseen pressure.
The next instant, Bryan, Rider, Tiara, and Bringer arrived, as they had been watching from a distance with focused gazes. Their feet touched the ship’s floorboard with calm ease as they took in the sight before them; none of them were uncomfortable despite the brutality before them, as they were all thoroughly accustod to such grueso and violent scenes.
They couldn’t help but stare in amazent and awe; they had seen Anthony handle Lilith, they had seen him handle the Origin Mana Ranked assassins, and now they had seen him handle Space Bandits without any visible effort or strain.
They couldn’t believe these Space Bandits were Planetary-level beings; Anthony had handled them just as he had handled the Origin Mana Ranked assassins, with the sa calm, swift, and ruthlessly efficient ease that bordered on absurdity.
’It seems even at the Planetary level, Anthony still kills his enemies with ease; such ridiculous and almost incomprehensible combat prowess,’ Bryan thought to himself, as he could feel the imnse presence and aura still emanating from the littered corpses scattered across the ship.
’Sigh... the more I see it, the more hopeless I feel,’ Rider thought to himself; he was talented, yes, but compared to Anthony, his sense of inadequacy only deepened further with each passing mont.
"No need to worry, as you four are mbers of mid-tier races; when you et people like them, you would be able to do the sa thing. After all, they are just mbers of lower-tier races like octopus, shark, and bird; don’t bother overthinking it unnecessarily," Anthony spoke as he noticed their amazent and lingering shock.
Hearing Anthony’s words, they simply nodded, believing him without doubt, as they had co to understand the Galaxy racial tier classification, which was the reason these Space Bandits had looked down on Anthony and had also wanted to sell them without hesitation.
"Can I keep the corpses?" Bryan asked, his eyes turning toward Anthony with a faint glint of anticipation and curiosity.
Anthony didn’t need to ask to understand; as Bryan was a Dragon, he could consu nutritious beings and gain imnsely from them due to his Dragon physiology and innate absorption capabilities.
"You can, but I will advise you not to eat more than you can handle. Although I killed them easily, these people are still Apexus Mana Rankers; you will simply explode and die if you go overboard," Anthony stated as he advised Bryan with a tone of calm ease and quiet warning.
"I understand," Bryan replied imdiately without missing a beat; although he didn’t know what he would gain, he would definitely try it later when he returned to the Dragon Domain. There, he would shift into his True Dragon form, consu their bodies, and then enter a deep hibernation to fully assimilate their essence and power.
As Bryan walked forward to take their corpses, Tiara acted; with a wave of her hand, every drop of blood within the ship floated into the cosmic air, then flew toward her with controlled precision. Without missing a beat, she brought out a huge bottle into which she carefully transferred the blood with refined control.
Just as Bryan planned to consu the flesh, she planned to consu the blood; she was a Vampire, after all, and she could gain imnse benefits too from such a rare and powerful source. Although she could consu the blood here and now under the supervision of Anthony in order to secure her safety, she didn’t; after all, Anthony had already done so much for her.
He had even given up the blood of an Apexus Mana Ranker, sothing she was never going to acquire in centuries... unless her master gave her one... if she had any at all to begin with.
Bringer and Rider said nothing; they were Titans, they weren’t Dragons or Vampires, so they could only watch as Bryan and Tiara gained sothing tangible and valuable from these Space Bandits without interruption.
"You can ransack the ship; any treasure you find is yours to keep. Even the Space Bandits’ space rings are yours too," Anthony stated as he walked to the side, then floated in space as he had nowhere to sit, his posture relaxed and unbothered.
Bryan and the rest of the crew were stunned; they had thought that Anthony would take the treasures. After all, as Space Bandits, there was an extrely high probability that these individuals were wealthy beyond asure and carried valuable resources.
"Are you sure?" Bringer couldn’t help but ask, his voice laced with disbelief and cautious curiosity.
They didn’t know what resources Apexus Mana Rankers needed, but to them, who weren’t even at that level and were still at the King realm, everything was literally priceless and beyond their usual reach. After all, they could find sothing that could increase their mana ranks imdiately without backlash or long-term consequences.
"Just go; I’m richer than these Space Bandits could ever be," Anthony waved them off as he closed his eyes with a calm, almost indifferent expression, showing no interest in material gains.
Tiara and the rest didn’t hesitate any longer; they didn’t dare waste a single second. There would be nothing like sharing, anything anyone found was theirs to keep without question or dispute. And with that, they all blurred forward as they shot deeper into the ship with speed and excitent.
It was needless to say that the ship was extrely large, containing tens of rooms that were also remarkably imnse in scale and design. The group took almost an hour to go through every single room; they didn’t just search obvious and useless places, they searched every hidden compartnt for anything of value, leaving no corner unchecked.
After almost an hour, they all ca back with huge smiles on their faces; although they didn’t know the exact uses or functions of what they had taken, it didn’t matter. They knew it was valuable, and that was all that mattered; when they got back to their various Domains, they would carefully find out its use and purpose.
They could even sell the ones they didn’t need for resources that were extrely rare for them to acquire through normal ans. For them, coming on this Space Exploration Trip was truly and imnsely rewarding beyond their initial expectations and imagination.
They could already imagine their Mana Ranks skyrocketing far faster than normal when they returned to their respective Domains, surpassing their peers with relative ease.
Truly, having a rich and powerful friend was indeed a necessity in every circle of companions, especially in a vast and competitive universe such as this, where strength and resources determined everything.
