Because aside from sustaining mana, increasing intelligence does not have much use; the amount of healing primarily depends on the skill level.

For example, if a level one healing spell has a healing amount of 500, even if the Priest's spell power reaches 1000, the healing effect is still 500. This mechanism is irreversible.

Some may argue that in a one-on-one match, what use is a Priest's fixed output mechanism? Can healing the opponent lead to victory?

Clearly, pared to ordinary Priests, the fixed healing mechanism is not useful in one-on-one matches. However, it does have its effects for the Evangelist.
