Chu Ge released Han Wanwan’s hand and said.
"How do you two know each other?"
Mu Bingtong asked curiously.
"She’s a celebrity. She was shooting a scene on the street, and I didn’t know, so I bumped into her, causing so misunderstanding."

Chu Ge gently shook his head, "This person won’t appreciate it. She would only repay kindness with enmity!"
Rembering their past encounters in the hospital, he couldn’t help but feel a chilly sneer in his heart.
Mu Bingtong was still a bit worried. Seeing her reluctance to leave, Chu Ge sighed helplessly, "Alright, let’s wait here until she wakes up."

Chu Ge said hauntingly.
Han Wanwan’s face turned even redder. She sat up and finally realized there was nothing unusual about her body.
Considering her situation, Han Wanwan’s gaze gradually turned vicious.
Mu Bingtong looked at her and softly asked, "Are you alright? Did you offend soone, and that’s why they treated you this way?"

Mu Bingtong assud there was so misunderstanding between them and just smiled without saying anything.
After realizing she was alright, Han Wanwan looked at Chu Ge suspiciously, "Did you save ?"
Chu Ge nodded lightly.
"With this drugging situation, how did you save ?"
That’s what she was most concerned about.
Since he hadn’t touched her, how did he give her an antidote?
Chu Ge just smiled, "That’s my secret. I can’t tell you."
"You!"
Han Wanwan rose angrily, and only then did she realize her legs were fine and that the injuries from her previous car accident had also improved.

She called out to Chu Ge, "Can I borrow your phone?"
Chu Ge obliged, handing her the phone.
Han Wanwan dialed a series of numbers. Fortunately, she had a good mory and rembered a few important contacts.
After making the call, she noticed that Chu Ge’s phone had the director’s number stored in it and that the director had called him multiple tis.
This truly surprised her.
"Why did the director call you?" Han Wanwan asked curiously.
Chu Ge raised an eyebrow, "What do you think? What would he want by calling ?"
Surely, it was for acting; he wanted Chu Ge to fill a position temporarily.
Han Wanwan acknowledged and was about to speak when she heard the director’s voice coming through the receiver.
"Mr. Chu, have you thought it over?"
The director’s voice ca through the phone.
Han Wanwan hesitated for a mont before explaining, "Director, it’s , Han Wanwan."
The director paused briefly, "Han Wanwan? Why are you using Mr. Chu’s phone? Are you with him?"
Han Wanwan agreed and then said, "I can shoot my scenes this afternoon, so you don’t need to postpone them."
"Weren’t you hospitalized?"
The director asked, puzzled.
"I’m discharged now."
Though she didn’t know how Chu Ge helped her, she felt fine and could resu work.
In Han Wanwan’s eyes, work always ca first, above everything else.
Chu Ge was also a bit surprised to see Han Wanwan’s eagerness for work. Given what he knew about her, he didn’t think she lacked money to this extent, especially since the Han Family was part of the Six Major Families of the Capital City. Saying they lacked money would only be a joke.
Her dedication to her work surprised him. Although she had quite a temper, he had to admire her work ethic.

Mu Bingtong was equally curious about Chu Ge. She asked him quietly, "Chu Ge, have you acted before?"
Chu Ge shook his head lightly, "I just filled in as a stand-in, not really acting."
Mu Bingtong seed a bit dissatisfied, "I’ve never seen you act. When there’s a chance, let
see it?"
Chu Ge laughed as he looked at her, "Do you really want to see
act that badly?"
Mu Bingtong nodded, "I do. I want to see how TV dramas are fild."
