Chapter 1284: Chapter 1297

"Did you have another nightmare?" Chu Ge looked worriedly at Mu Bingtong, noticing her sowhat dazed look. He gently tucked the hair on her forehead behind her ear.

Mu Bingtong was gasping for air. It took her a while to regain her composure.

She nodded slightly and then said, "I feel like I had that dream again, like it truly exists. It feels as real as if it happened around ."

Chu Ge frowned at her, "What did you dream about?"

Mu Bingtong shook her head gently, "I’ve had dreams like that before, but the dreams from before and the one from today are distinctly different. I don’t know what’s happening; I can actually personally feel the emotions of the people in the dream."

Chu Ge tightened his brow. He hadn’t been dreaming lately, but seeing Mu Bingtong so troubled by her dreams, he was concerned.

"I understand, take it easy. It’s just a dream, it won’t beco real. Don’t worry, it won’t beco real."

Mu Bingtong nodded lightly. The hand under the covers was clenched, feeling a surge of guilt in her heart.

In the dream, she had married another man, and now facing Chu Ge, she couldn’t shake off the guilt, unable to face him.

After a long while, Chu Ge finally asked, "Can you tell

what happened in your dream?"

Mu Bingtong glanced at Chu Ge, hesitated for a mont, then said, "In my dream, I got married, but the groom wasn’t you."

Chu Ge understood this was the Mu Bingtong from a parallel universe, so he wasn’t particularly upset, "And then?"

"Then..." Mu Bingtong slowly recalled, noticing that even though both dreams were about marriage, the scenarios were different each ti.

"I’ve dreamt of getting married twice, and the content was different each ti."

Mu Bingtong furrowed her eyebrows tightly. She didn’t understand what was happening, but she felt deeply connected, as if the events truly happened to her.

"It’s okay, don’t dwell on it. I know what’s happening but can’t explain it clearly. However, don’t worry, it’s not a bad thing. Knowing there’s another version of yourself in the world and receiving mories related to them is actually quite nice, isn’t it?"

Mu Bingtong looked at Chu Ge, puzzled, "You know?"

Chu Ge nodded, "I know a little."

He knew everything, but he couldn’t tell Mu Bingtong. Even if he did, it would only add to her worry and fear.

"So you don’t bla ?"

Mu Bingtong asked cautiously.

Chu Ge looked at her, amused, and asked, "Why would I bla you? Besides, you didn’t do anything to hurt , so why would I bla you?"

"But today I clearly..."

Mu Bingtong felt guilty about dreaming of marrying soone else.

"That person wasn’t you; they just had the sa face. So there’s no need to dwell on it, really, don’t dwell on it. Don’t feel you owe

anything; it’s no big deal."

Chu Ge comforted Mu Bingtong.

He comforted her for a while before she slowly nodded, "I understand."

"It’s still early; go back to sleep for a bit."

Mu Bingtong nodded, said nothing more, and lay back down to sleep.

Chu Ge left Mu Bingtong’s room, not returning to his, but directly heading out of the courtyard.

Mu Bingtong had the sa dream twice, with different events, indicating only one thing: the Ti-Space Mirror had been tampered with again.

Ti and space had beco entangled, changing both sides’ life trajectories.

Who could it be?

Chu Ge pondered with so doubt, who had tampered with the Ti-Space Mirror?

Now that Zun Di was still in the Capital City, he had allied with those Shadow Warriors, and it seed he would not stop until he achieved his goal.

During the day, Chu Ge received a call from Yuwen Kangli, which surprised him.

Yuwen Kangli told Chu Ge he invited him to hang out on South Long Street. Initially, he didn’t want to go, but then he was told, in passing, they would visit the Han Family.

The Han Family...

Chu Ge thought for a mont; among the Six Major Families of Kyoto, he had only not had dealings with the Han Family.

Before, they had superficial transactions because of the Earth Ganoderma, but no deep connections.

With this in mind, Chu Ge didn’t hesitate any longer and agreed.

"Alright, I understand."

...

The curtain of night slowly fell, the colorful city exuded peace and tranquility, familiar joyful tunes lingered in the air, and people walking the streets were smiling with happiness.

"Move aside! Move aside!"

Suddenly, a shout pierced the night sky, capturing everyone’s attention. A bustling street instantly cleared a path.

Several strong n were wielding batons, running, and shouting, "Stop! Don’t run!"

Their shouts didn’t stop the girl desperately sprinting ahead, nor did they prompt anyone nearby to intervene.

Her high ponytail was a chaotic swirl in the air, her hand clutching a wallet freshly stolen from a wealthy person’s pocket. She glanced back and waved her prize, as if showing off.

The pursuers were panting heavily, "Damn, how can this thief run so fast!"

Seeing the girl slow down ahead, they also reduced speed, seizing the chance for a breath and rest.

But in a blink, like an uncaged wild horse, the girl accelerated suddenly, and the n chasing her sighed, speeding up to give chase.

"Move aside, move aside!" Han Wanwan shot through the human-clogged street like a gust of wind, but...

"Move! I’m talking to you! Pretty boy!" Han Wanwan pointed at the man who suddenly appeared in her path, her attractive brows furrowed. Where on earth did this guy co from?

Confused, sticking to her professional decorum, she said her undertone words out loud, even though the man blocking her way wasn’t pale, and his rugged, taut features didn’t quite match the term "pretty boy."

Just as Han Wanwan was about to collide with him, she heard a sudden "click!" near her ear.

Han Wanwan stopped a ter away from the man abruptly, glaring at him angrily. Damn it, where did this big-head idiot co from? Made her run all this way for nothing again!

The strong n following her, upon hearing the click, collapsed onto the ground, gasping for air, giving Han Wanwan a thumbs-up. It seed their image of Han Wanwan had grown taller in their minds, overtaken by a spirited young girl.
