Liu Yue stood shyly at the classroom door, a slight blush on her cheeks that hadn’t been there before. Dressed simply in a T-shirt and tight jeans that hugged her thighs, she stood with her legs close together, looking a bit nervous.
When the teacher told her to co in, Liu Yue hesitantly entered. She grew self-conscious upon noticing a few people staring at her.
Only now did Li Qiang and Jiang Chao realize that Liu Yue, who usually seed ordinary, actually had quite a bit of charm. While not exactly beautiful, her figure was impressive.
As Li Qiang put it, her curvy hips swayed with each step, which was undeniably enticing. Today, there was also a subtle change in her deanor.
Jiang Chao, a native of Jinling, couldn’t help himself and whistled at her.
The whistle made the other four guys in their dorm burst into laughter, including Li Qiang.
“Cough!” The teacher, annoyed, gave them a stern look. In his day, whistling at soone like that was practically delinquent behavior.
But Liu Yue didn’t feel offended. In fact, she found the whistle flattering, thinking it ant she was attractive. Her cheeks flushed even redder.
Still, they had no chance with her now.
Liu Yue sat down next to a few friends, a subtle but unmistakable smile of newly discovered love on her face.
Once the class quieted, the teacher continued lecturing.
“Tian Tian, Jing Jing, I won’t be able to join you two for als anymore.” Liu Yue pouted. She wasn’t one to keep secrets and didn’t see anything shaful in dating. If anything, she was a little proud to be the first in her group to find romance.
Yesterday, her senior invited her out for a photoshoot. They started at a nearby park, where he snapped photo after photo with his Canon 800D, which had cost him 6,000 yuan. As he took her pictures, he kept saying, “Good, really good.”
“Yue Yue, you’re the prettiest girl I’ve ever seen,” he told her.
Her senior’s na was Xu Bowen. He wore glasses, had a gentle manner, and was from Jiangsu and Zhejiang, carrying a refined air.
Liu Yue felt shy under his gaze, pouting and saying, “You’re just flattering .”
“Not at all. I think you’re a natural model.”
“Do you know Jia Zhangke? He’s my favorite director, and the lead actress in all his works is his wife. Yue Yue, from the mont I saw you, I knew you were my muse.”
Liu Yue didn’t know who Jia Zhangke was, but Xu Bowen’s words made her blush. She replied, “You’re just making
happy.”
“I’m not making anything up; it’s all true!” he insisted.
When they finished taking photos, Xu Bowen asked her, “Want to co to my place for a bit?”
He rented a small apartnt near campus—just over ten square ters for 500 yuan a month—which he called his studio, complete with a photography backdrop.
“Yue Yue, how about I take so different kinds of photos of you?” Xu Bowen asked, putting his arm around her.
They had only been dating for a week, but he left a good impression on her. Not only was he gentle and caring, but he also wore a faint, pleasant scent. If she knew her fragrances, she’d recognize it as Hermès Terre.
She trusted him, though she still pouted. “I won’t go—you’re just trying to ss with , aren’t you?”
“Co on, I’d never force you if you didn’t want to.” He chuckled.
“Hmph.”
“Alright, my dear,” he said, whispering in her ear.
Liu Yue replied, “Promise we’re only taking photos.”
“Absolutely.”
So she followed him back to his place.
He called it a studio, but really, it was just his small apartnt with a backdrop hanging on the wall, a high stool, a 69-yuan ring light from Taobao, and a laptop.
Liu Yue settled in, and Xu Bowen excitedly showed her so of his previous shots on his computer. After that, he prepared to take more pictures, explaining that he’d edit them with Photoshop to make her look even better and change the background.
“These are all your photos?”
“Yes, aren’t they beautiful?” Liu Yue asked as she looked over the photos, sitting on his single bed. He wrapped his arm around her waist.
“Alright, let
take your picture now, babe.”
“Uh-huh!”
And so he began snapping more photos of her.
*Flash, flash, flash.*
After a few shots, though, he frowned slightly, propping his chin on his hand.
Curious, Liu Yue asked, “What’s wrong?”
“Just feels like sothing’s missing.”
In her eyes, he was a professional, so seeing him frown made her nervous.
After rummaging in his wardrobe, he took out an office-lady outfit—a white shirt, a black pencil skirt, and black stockings.
It was an inexpensive set from Taobao, costing only 79 yuan if you searched “qqny.”
Curiously, Liu Yue looked at the clothes her boyfriend handed her.
“These were left over from a previous Taobao model shoot, worn just once,” he explained, adjusting his glasses. “I figured they’d look great on you, Yue Yue. Why don’t you put these on, and I’ll take so shots?”
“Stockings…” To a girl Liu Yue’s age, stockings still felt a bit special, like sothing only mature won wore with heels in fancy settings. But in reality, she’d rarely seen people dressed like that.
She felt a bit embarrassed but took the stockings from him, wanting to wear them but feeling shy.
“This isn’t a bit too mature for , is it?”
“How could it be? You’ll be wearing similar things once you graduate. Why not try it now, and I’ll get so gorgeous shots of you.”
To be honest, she felt quite excited, imagining how she’d look all dressed up in the outfit, and she could just picture showing it off to Ma Tian and Li Jing in the dorm. They’d definitely be jealous.
“Alright, I’ll go change in the bathroom.”
“Okay!”
“No peeking!”
“Haha, of course not. Go on!” he said, giving her a playful pat on the rear.
Liu Yue let out a little squeal and pouted, playfully annoyed.
Once Liu Yue was in the bathroom, Xu Bowen started adjusting the photos he’d taken earlier, occasionally chatting with his roommates on his phone.
About ten minutes later, the bathroom door clicked open.
When he looked up and saw Liu Yue, he froze.
“Isn’t this skirt a bit too short?” Liu Yue asked shyly, one hand covering her chest while the other tugged the skirt down.
In so ways, she looked a bit unsophisticated, but she had a great figure. Her slim fra filled out the semi-sheer blouse and fitted black skirt perfectly.
Her legs, wrapped in black stockings, contrasted her youthful face, creating a striking look.
Xu Bowen was genuinely stunned by how beautiful she looked.
Seeing his reaction, Liu Yue felt pleased. “What are you staring at?”
“Oh, uh, nothing,” he stamred, walking over to her.
“Yue Yue, you’re gorgeous,” he said, wrapping his arms around her and leaning in for a kiss.
“Mm~”
At first, Liu Yue didn’t think much of it, but as he started moving his hands, she felt uncomfortable and pushed him away, pouting. “What are you doing? Aren’t we here to take pictures?”
“Right, right, of course!” He gave her a goofy smile.
So, he continued snapping photos of her.
*Flash, flash, flash.*
Still, sothing seed off. After so thought, he pulled a pair of heels from under his bed.
“Why do you have all this stuff?”
“I’m a professional!”
“These aren’t from your ex-girlfriend, are they?”
“No way!”
“Hmph!”
With the heels on, Liu Yue looked even more radiant. With a bit of styling, any ordinary girl could reach a solid seven out of ten, and the addition of stockings only enhanced her look.
She sat on the high stool, and Xu Bowen took more photos.
After a while, though, he still seed dissatisfied.
Thinking it over, he approached her, gently adjusting her leg so that one rested on the stool, and he positioned himself to hold both of her legs.
“Place this leg here, and this one a bit higher.” As he moved her legs, his hands drifted to her inner thigh.
Only then did Liu Yue realize sothing was off. She subtly pushed him back.
Seeing her wary expression, he laughed, asking, “What? Don’t you trust ?”
“No… Maybe we should stop here for today.” She didn’t know why, but she was starting to feel uncomfortable.
“Oh, don’t go. You’re finally here—why not stay a bit longer?” he urged.
“Fine, but I’m going to change back.” The outfit made her feel exposed, and she was eager to get out of it.
But he wouldn’t let her.
Holding her hand, he coaxed, “I love seeing you in this.”
“Yue Yue, do you know how beautiful you are in this?” he murmured, pulling her over to sit on his lap.
He wrapped one arm around her waist, resting his other hand on her leg.
Without saying anything, he tilted his head up and kissed her.
Uncertain whether to respond, she hesitated but eventually closed her eyes, accepting his kiss.
As Xu Bowen began unbuttoning her blouse, Liu Yue hesitated, her hand instinctively moving to stop him. But he leaned closer, whispering, “Yue Yue, I really, really like you. I want you… trust , alright?”
Caught up in the mont, Liu Yue wasn’t sure what to do. She’d never been in such a situation before. She liked him, and her heart was racing, yet sothing still felt uneasy.
Seeing her hesitation, Xu Bowen softened his expression. “We don’t have to do anything you’re uncomfortable with, okay? I just want to be close to you. Let
hold you.”
Liu Yue looked into his eyes and saw sincerity—or at least what seed like sincerity. His gentle gaze and reassuring tone started to calm her, and she felt her guard lowering.
“Okay… but let’s just… take it slow,” she murmured, her voice almost a whisper.
Xu Bowen smiled, nodded, and wrapped his arms around her, resting his chin on her shoulder. They sat like that for a while, quietly holding each other, with Liu Yue slowly feeling more comfortable.
After a few monts, she gently pulled back and adjusted her blouse, her cheeks flushed. “I think I should go back to the dorm now. It’s getting late, and my roommates are probably wondering where I am.”
Xu Bowen smiled warmly and nodded. “Of course, I’ll walk you back.”
They left his small apartnt, walking slowly through the quiet campus under the evening sky. The streetlights cast a warm glow, and as they walked, he held her hand, gently swinging it back and forth. For a mont, everything felt perfect.
As they neared her dorm, Xu Bowen stopped, turning to face her. “Yue Yue… thank you for today. I really enjoyed spending ti with you.”
Liu Yue smiled, her cheeks still pink. “ too… I’ll see you tomorrow?”
He nodded. “Definitely.”
With one last, gentle hug, they said their goodbyes, and Liu Yue returned to her dorm with a contented smile.
