Now that Terrance has proven totem aura can be granted to other Pokémon, both we at Team Rocket and those guys in the League will be able to replicate it perfectly. "Understood, Boss Giovanni," Matori replied, surprised.

Top Breeder Victor’s specialty was precisely in the field of genetic inheritance. With Team Rocket’s resources, creating an artificial Legendary Pokémon would not be easy, and for the plan to be proceeding so smoothly now, it likely ant that many top-level researchers and research teams were involved in deals that couldn’t be exposed on the surface.
Regarding this guess, Matori dared not ask further. After all, it involved a top-tier master. And once Boss Giovanni determined that the appearance of the "totem aura" wasn’t of particular importance, Matori quietly took her leave.
But it wasn’t just Team Rocket, even International Police Looker wore a grave expression when he received the news.
