He had originally assud Terrance would handle Vikavolt in so other way, but unexpectedly, Terrance chose the most difficult path—confronting it head-on using the sa thod.

Although Totem Vikavolt was once again blasted away, Nanu knew that Vikavolt's flying maneuvers had yet to be fully revealed.

Now that Beautifly had successfully perford a Quiver Dance once, it beca more energized, its speed greatly increased, and its sensitivity to air currents beca much sharper. Terrance let out a sigh of relief.

Later on, during the battle between Totem Vikavolt and Beautifly, none of Vikavolt's underlings attacked. At first, Terrance guessed that the Charjabugs were afraid of accidentally injuring Vikavolt, but when he saw Vikavolt floating back over again, Terrance realized he was wrong.

It held the Charjabug in its claws and began a massive "Discharge," as if it was releasing all of its stored electricity. Golden flashes flickered, and Totem Vikavolt then entered the "Charging" status, absorbing all the electricity released by the Charjabug. It then released its claws and dropped the Charjabug, casually spitting out three electric beams that were thicker than before. The speed of the electric beams was countless tis faster than earlier, easily shattering Beautifly's wind blades and continuing to shoot toward Beautifly.

Totem Vikavolt's transformation stunned Terrance for a mont, but then he grew even more excited.

In that case, things were getting even more interesting.

A massive web was woven into shape and shot out. Facing such a wide-range move, Totem Vikavolt had no choice but to use its wind blades to slice through Electroweb.

"Keep going," Terrance reminded.

At the sa ti, Beautifly unleashed a follow-up Silver Wind. The powdery scales scattered, aiming to collide directly with the tailspinning Totem Vikavolt.

But just then, sothing changed again. Totem Vikavolt's speed suddenly increased by several fold, and the golden whirlwind from the tailspin grew even fiercer. The Silver Wind's powdery scales were instantly devoured upon contact with the whirlwind, not leaving a single trace.

Facing the incoming Vikavolt, Beautifly wanted to dodge, but Totem Vikavolt was too fast. Terrance and Beautifly had rarely encountered such a situation in battles. Fleeing in panic was no longer an option—it had to neutralize it head-on and find an opening. Terrance made a quick judgnt, and Beautifly responded instantly, releasing a powerful gust of wind straight toward the charging Vikavolt. However, it had no offensive power and Vikavolt completely ignored it.

But it was that very powerless gust that allowed Beautifly to borrow the montum of the air currents and rapidly retreat, forcibly widening the distance between itself and the charging Vikavolt. Although the opponent was still closing in fast, this small window was enough for Beautifly to make full preparations.

While retreating, Beautifly flapped its wings at high speed, releasing powerful soundwaves through the vibrations. Faced with a move that could cause violent oscillation of surrounding particles and deal fine damage, Totem Vikavolt finally gave up trying to take the hit head-on.

Terrance took a deep breath and looked toward where Beautifly had fallen. Morning Sun was flickering there—clearly, Beautifly was restoring its stamina.
