“You devil, becoming more and more outrageous, but I like it.” Tang Feng looked at Lin Yunqiu, who was still dressed elegantly, a smile forming on his lips.
Won who know how to please n are always more morable, for n, excitent is the pursuit of the other shore.
Doing sothing out of line in her office was sothing he had never thought of before, but he greatly admired Lin Yunqiu’s openness and boldness.
Only when truly in love with soone would one ignore the environnt, perhaps in Lin Yunqiu’s eyes, this space was her world.
Here she could let go of everything, she had been very busy this past half-month, going everywhere, finding old leaders, just about every connection, and with the elections less than two months away, she was the most popular candidate.
But as everything has its surprises, she dared not relax a bit, and Tang Feng was undoubtedly her biggest concern when she had spare ti, as well as her source of strength.
She saw herself as Tang Feng’s woman, yet had never demanded anything, she liked the path she was on now, and it would be hard to give it up, especially when her life’s efforts were in this job.
This job was a supre challenge for her and also filled with limitless passion, serving the public to realize her life’s value.
Seeing her people well-fed and living happily gave her a great sense of achievent.
All she could give Tang Feng was spiritual and physical pleasure.
The rest, she did not care about.
So she could be very wild, if those subordinates knew that their usually dignified, strict, noble, and cold boss could be so indulgent, they would probably be scared to death.
The phone in the office rang; if not for that, Lin Yunqiu still didn’t want to leave.
This is a woman’s combat power, ah, ten days of build-up had to be dealt with in one day, luckily, Tang Feng’s combat power was astounding, or else he might have run away in a rout out of fear.
After finishing the call, Lin Yunqiu helplessly shook her head, “I can’t be with you now, I have an important guest to entertain.”
“Will you have ti tonight?” Tang Feng asked.
“Sorry, I’m a bit tired from today’s work,” Lin Yunqiu appeared sowhat languid.
“Alright then, change of plan, take good care of yourself and open your mouth, take this Elixir,” Tang Feng took out a low-level Gathering Spirit Pill and put it into her mouth, then left the office.
Lin Yunqiu looked affectionately at the departing lover, this was care, and he wasn’t demanding, being with him felt no pressure, rather she was asking for more.
She knew the magic of the Elixir, her illness was cured by the Elixirs he gave, and now she felt unprecedentedly well, spirited, fatigue swept away.
She adjusted her clothes and spritzed a little perfu, then finally pressed Liao Qingyan’s pager.
Not long after, the two left the office, heading to the reception hall for a major investnt negotiation, and if successful, she would undoubtedly beco the Chief of Nandu.
As Tang Feng just stepped out of the elevator, Liu Guangming imdiately ca up to him, his expression making Tang Feng puzzled, what was going on, addicted to being hit?
“Isn’t this Director Liu?
What’s this about?” Tang Feng looked interestedly at the hefty man before him.
“Young Master Tang, I apologize for my previous mistake,” he said.
“Er, I hit you before, you don’t hate ?”
“Young Master Tang is joking, I’ve forgotten all about the past,” Liu Guangming said with a smile.
“Is that so, I thought you were prepared to deal with , well, I accept your apology,” Tang Feng nodded and did not wish to linger.
“Dare not, dare not, may I ask if Young Master Tang has so ti, I’d like to invite you to dinner,” Liu Guangming hurriedly followed up.
“No need for dinner, you know what to do regarding Secretary Liao from now on,” Tang Feng said.
“Understood, rest assured, I will definitely try hard to cooperate,” Liu Guangming hurriedly nodded in promise.
“No need to see
off, let’s call it even with the past,” Tang Feng knew he had to say this or else the hefty man probably wouldn’t be able to sleep.
After leaving, Tang Feng waited at the street corner for a taxi, not heading straight back to the villa.
When he saw a taxi approaching, he extended his hand to hail it, but a sports car stopped beside him instead.
The window rolled down, and Tang Feng saw the beautiful woman he had encountered before.
“Young man, where are you headed?
I can give you a lift.”
“Thank you, ma’am, but I will take the taxi back.” Tang Feng was sowhat surprised; she couldn’t have been waiting for him all this ti, could she?
“Get in.
Surely you don’t think there’s poison in my car,” she teased, and her provocation eventually got Tang Feng into the car.
Refusing a beautiful woman’s kindness could shorten one’s life; the first refusal was just for show, and getting in right after being asked would seem too reckless.
“Where to?
Why not join
for a cup of coffee instead?” the beautiful woman invited.
“Sure,” Tang Feng wanted to see what this woman was up to.
He certainly didn’t think a re collision would spark her interest.
This was Shangdu again; Tang Feng had been here four tis already, but he had never entered a café before.
“You’re still a student, aren’t you?” the woman asked eagerly as soon as they sat down.
“Senior year.”
“What should I call you?”
“Tang Feng.”
“The surna Tang, that’s a good na.
I’m called Qi Yun; you can call
Sister Yun.”
“Sister Yun, you must have sothing you want to tell ,” remarked Tang Feng, who was naturally perceptive from his vast age.
Qi Yun didn’t beat around the bush and directly handed a photo to Tang Feng.
“Who is this?” Tang Feng was stunned; could soone really look so similar to him?
He was sure the person in the photo resembled him closely.
What was going on?
“This is my younger brother, who left
two years ago,” the woman said, her eyes instantly misting over as she looked at Tang Feng.
“I see, he does look a lot like ,” Tang Feng couldn’t help but marvel at the wonders of the world.
If it weren’t for them being from entirely different families, he might have thought they were brothers.
“Could I perhaps et you more often from now on?” the woman asked with anticipation.
“Sister Yun, I am not really your brother, but still, if I have the ti, I can keep you company for a chat,” Tang Feng sympathized with the woman and could see that she had a deep affection for her brother.
“Really?
That would be wonderful!
Here, let
have your phone number,” Qi Yun was overjoyed, feeling in this mont as if she truly regarded Tang Feng as her own brother.
“Sister Yun, it appears you have so health issues, right?” Tang Feng observed as he looked at the woman.
“Those are lingering issues from the year my brother left.
They can’t be cured,” she had severe myocardial infarction, damaged seriously despite appearing normal, but Tang Feng could tell by the darkened complexion between her brows.
“Try to be happier; your condition isn’t incurable,” Tang Feng produced a bottle of pills and slid it across to Qi Yun.
“What is this?”
“If you believe in it, take one a day,” Tang Feng instructed.
“Alright, I’ll listen to you,” Qi Yun believed Tang Feng had no reason to deceive her, though she didn’t take it completely to heart.
Tang Feng didn’t talk with Qi Yun for very long; after a little over half an hour, they left, and she dropped him off at the school gates.
Qi Yun left reluctantly, having already co to rely on Tang Feng as a source of emotional support in such a short ti.
Life always brings surprises, and fate is always so miraculous.
