Chapter 207: Chapter 206: Strong Counterkill

However, as they stared at the cornered Ye Fan, the three Kings suddenly felt a savage, bloodthirsty power. Although formless, this power already exerted an imnse pressure upon them.

"Not good! What is this power?" the trio exclaid, suddenly realizing it emanated from Ye Fan. "Fall back, quickly!"

As Kings, they had instantly detected this dangerous and volatile aura. It was a power that crushed them with a sense of utter despair, and they retreated without hesitation.

At that mont, Ye Fan’s eyes snapped open, revealing crimson irises that radiated sheer, terrifying despair. The instant the Kings t his gaze, they felt their strength abandon them. These were truly horrifying eyes.

Ye Fan, who had seemingly exhausted his options, had unexpectedly unleashed his strongest power. Boundlessly terrifying, he struck with blinding speed. His sharp Dragon Claw Hand beca a symbol of horror itself.

"ROAR!"

With a furious bellow, Ye Fan attacked. The Dragon Claw Hand, brimming with imnse Magic Power, slashed into the chanical King’s body.

"AH!" the chanical King shrieked.

His wounds were beyond grievous. His body was nearly torn in two, and as he staggered, Ye Fan’s hand plunged into his chest and seized his heart. With a single squeeze, the organ instantly burst into pieces.

The chanical King fell, consud by terror. His defense was impressive—he was the chanical King, after all—but unfortunately, he had encountered a demonically possessed Ye Fan. At this mont, not even his ultimate defense could withstand Ye Fan’s power.

At the chanical King’s death, the two remaining Kings were terrified beyond asure. They knew exactly what a one-hit kill signified. For this reason, they hastily fell back.

However, Ye Fan was upon them in the blink of an eye. The Slaughter Blade King hastily defended himself, his Gang Yuan flaring out, but his strength was completely insufficient against Ye Fan’s overwhelming Magic Power.

In a re instant, Ye Fan seized his hands. Then, with a brutal exertion of force, he tore the Slaughter Blade King’s body apart. His defenses were inferior to the chanical King’s, so Ye Fan dispatched him even more quickly and thoroughly. Such was the power of Ye Fan.

But it wasn’t over. Seeing both his comrades killed in a single move, the Rashamon King knew he was no match for Ye Fan. He imdiately chose to flee, sinking into the sand and disappearing from sight.

"Where do you think you’re going!" Ye Fan shouted hoarsely, his voice as shrill as a demon’s shriek.

He leaped into the sand after him, and two large plus of sand began to churn violently. A mont later, a severed hand flew out from the sand, imdiately followed by a spray of blood. When the swirling sand finally settled, Ye Fan erged, holding a dripping head in his hand. It was the head of the Rashamon King.

Ye Fan’s eyes fluttered weakly open. He dropped the Rashamon King’s head and staggered forward, his body shaking with every step.

"I... I cannot die!" he said, his voice heavy with effort.

But as soon as the words left his lips, the searing pain in his legs beca unbearable. He collapsed onto the desert floor, the unforgiving yellow earth threatening to swallow him whole.

Just then, a woman arrived in the desolate wasteland—the Dark Night Demon Queen. After examining Ye Fan’s injuries, she shook her head helplessly. She knew that he had been forced to use *that* move in the end. It was his most terrifying power, and once used, it exacted a heavy price. The Dark Night Demon Queen knew Ye Fan was now suffering the consequences. She gently lifted him into her arms and vanished into the swirling dust.

anwhile, King Hall erupted in cheers. They had repelled the allied forces of the three Kings. For King Hall, this was a true rebirth, like a phoenix rising from the ashes. In their most desperate hour, they had finally triumphed. After this battle, they had completely swept away their opposition on the African battlefield, leaving no enemies who could challenge them.

When the Dark Night Demon Queen brought Ye Fan back, Qin Yanran was on the verge of tears. Ye Fan remained in a deep coma for three consecutive days.

On the fourth day, the Dark Night Demon Queen checked Ye Fan’s injuries again and breathed a sigh of relief. She turned to Qin Yanran and Qin ngyao, who were watching over him, and said, "He will wake up soon."

"I need to leave now."

"Why don’t you wait for him to wake up before you go?" Qin Yanran asked.

The Dark Night Demon Queen replied, "It’s better to maintain so distance in certain matters. Farewell."

She took her subordinates and the reinforcents from the Green Emperor Sect and departed for North Arica. Things were far from calm there, but she also had another urgent reason to return: she planned to relocate her forces to Europe. While North Arica was a good place, it was crowded with too many factions. The Dark Night Demon Queen intended to cede her territory there to the Green Emperor Sect, while she would lead her own people to establish a new base in Europe.

With several of the world’s Kings now dead, the news would spread like wildfire through the global underworld, likely heralding another bloody storm of conflict. Whether the Dark Night Demon Queen and her faction could advance to the next level depended entirely on how they navigated this imminent, violent reshuffling of power. Therefore, once she confird Ye Fan was out of danger, she had to leave.

The Dark Night Demon Queen departed under the two won’s puzzled gazes. They didn’t understand the complex history of grudges and affections between her and Ye Fan, nor did they know about their lodramatic past. All they knew was that there was sothing between the two of them.

anwhile, inside King Hall, Lei Kai, who had been detained by Chui Feng, was released. When he learned everything that had happened, he was overco with sorrow, but that sorrow was followed by joy. The sorrow was for having blindly followed Chui Feng’s orders; the joy was that King Hall had ultimately erged victorious.

He wanted to find Ye Fan personally to atone for his actions, but with Ye Fan still in a coma, he didn’t dare disturb him. Instead, he spotted Huo Yun, who was limping heavily. Though gravely injured, Huo Yun’s condition had stabilized.

"How’s the boss?" Lei Kai asked.

"He should be waking up soon," Huo Yun replied imdiately.

"I’ve never been able to understand why Chui Feng betrayed King Hall," Lei Kai said, voicing the question that had plagued him for days. "He was the absolute Controller of King Hall. Why would he do sothing so unnecessary? What did he stand to gain? Why was he so foolish?"

Huo Yun explained, "Because as long as the boss is alive, King Hall never truly belonged to him. He may have controlled the organization, but it was only an empty shell.

"He wanted absolute power, and that ambition festered in his heart! That ambition nearly destroyed all of King Hall."

The re ntion of Chui Feng made Huo Yun’s anger flare. The man who was once his brother had beco his greatest enemy.

At this, Lei Kai finally seed to understand. He said with conviction, "King Hall can only have one master, and that is the boss! Perhaps this crisis was a necessary part of King Hall’s growth. It’s just a sha I missed the war," he added with regret.

Huo Yun nodded. "King Hall has just been baptized by fire and is slowly recovering. As for its future direction, we’ll have to wait for the boss to wake up and decide."

Indeed, Ye Fan was the backbone of King Hall. Even as it was being rebuilt, he was the only true decision-maker. Chui Feng’s betrayal had taught them all a serious lesson: no one could ever try to take Ye Fan’s place. Otherwise, King Hall would be dood to repeat its past mistakes.
