Chapter 81: Chapter 64: Bigger Than Anyone (Part 2)

Mo Xingzhi’s expression changed, his face showing anger, "Oh, great! I’ve flown across the entire State Prefecture looking for them, only to find out that these two have always been active nearby, perhaps even right under our noses."

His cousin listened in confusion and quickly asked, "Are you talking about those two cultivators who hijacked the boat?"

Mo Xingzhi nodded and recounted the events that happened on the boat that day.

After listening, his cousin was incredulous, looking at Han Yu and exclaid, "Then didn’t you seriously injure a Divine Gaze Realm cultivator today?"

This was even more outrageous than Han Yu getting beaten up so badly. How long has it been? They scarcely parted ways in Shuzhou City half a month ago, and back then, the three of them were fleeing in panic from a Divine Gaze Realm cultivator.

So how could Han Yu now manage to fight a Divine Gaze Realm cultivator?

If Han Yu were to recount the Qin Family’s battle results as well, it would truly leave him dumbfounded.

Han Yu felt uncomfortable lying down, so he propped himself up, sitting. He was sowhat surprised, estimating that with such heavy injuries he would need so ti to recuperate, but didn’t expect that after a day’s sleep he would be mostly healed.

"Humph! Ping used the energy feedback from those two pills to repair your body."

The Little Artifact Spirit seed quite displeased.

But Han Yu was sowhat skeptical. Although the pills consud provided considerable energy feedback to him, even his divine techniques originated this way, the Ping’s feedback was always slight and imperceptible.

How could two pills’ feedback possibly heal him?

"Because Ping also deducted my share to aid your recovery," the Little Artifact Spirit huffed angrily.

That made sense. When refining pills, feedback was traditionally three-fold; the Ping and the Artifact Spirit would contest over the larger contribution, while Han Yu was the one rely getting the leftovers.

Unexpectedly, Ping was generous enough to use Little Glass’s share for his recovery, which moved him. Seeing Han Yu moved, the Little Artifact Spirit was even more peeved, "You must find Young Master Lin tomorrow to sell my pills."

Ah yes, the Pills!

When the Artifact Spirit ntioned it, Han Yu suddenly rembered that, in the ergency situation back then, there was one pill he hadn’t managed to administer. He frantically searched his clothes only to find them empty, his complexion suddenly changing.

Lost?

Then it’s over. According to the rules, if it’s not recovered in ti, the side effects will linger on himself.

The first pill he administered was the Inverted Dragon and Phoenix, the second the Love Token Pill.

The third was the Extre Vision Pill...

If it isn’t recovered, he’d be blind in a few days.

Thinking of this made Han Yu’s face turn ghostly pale.

"Are you looking for your pills?"

The cousin watched Han Yu searching himself and asked.

"Yes! Why aren’t they on ?"

Han Yu even prepared to turn over the quilt, but the cousin quickly spoke up to stop him, "Did you forget? Your entire body was burned black back then. Where could you have found clothes to hold the pills?"

Upon hearing this, Han Yu’s face fell completely.

If they were burned away, then it truly was over.

Han Yu looked as if he was about to cry but couldn’t shed tears.

anwhile, his cousin found it both funny and annoying, "Can you let

finish? Your clothes were burned away, but you held the pills tightly in your hand, and I took them for you."

Han Yu shivered, quickly raised his head to glance at him, and said with a peculiar expression, "You didn’t eat them, did you?"

The cousin rolled his eyes at him. Who would dare eat his dicine? How many tis have commoners been warned not to eat a pharmacist’s pills, even if given for free? They’re poisonous.

"Nice try. I’ve told the commoners, no matter what, don’t ever eat your pills. Here! It’s right here."

The cousin teased with a joking tone, then pulled out a small pellet from his bosom and tossed it over to Han Yu. Han Yu caught it quickly and attempted to communicate with his Sea of Consciousness. Only when the information belonging to the Extre Vision Pill reerged did Han Yu let out a true sigh of relief.

After chatting for a while longer, the cousin and Mo Xingzhi left.

Once they were outside, the two turned and entered Mo Xingzhi’s room. Inside, aside from the butler Qiu Yin, there were ten mbers of the Profound Wind Tribe gathered around a large table, so dismantling a compass while others reassembled its structure.

It seed like a complicated task, as there were already seven or eight discarded compasses piled in a corner.

Mo Xingzhi frowned slightly, walked over to take a few glances, and then spoke, "Isn’t this one of our family’s modified compasses? These are used for designing tomb chambers. What are you doing with it?"

The cousin approached the table, carefully observing the structure installation being carried out by several clan brothers, and slowly spoke, "I redesigned it to react to areas dense in Spiritual Qi, allowing us to find that ship’s Spirit Stones."

Mo Xingzhi was dumbfounded, feeling as if he was hearing a fairy tale. He asked in disbelief, "Are you sure this contraption of yours isn’t just a toy?"

The cousin’s face was filled with confidence as he firmly nodded and said, "It will definitely work, though the expected range is small and can only sense within a radius of one mile. Thus, making just one isn’t enough. Several need to be made, and then each family brother can take one, so we can search separately."

That was impressive already. Mo Xingzhi gulped, feeling a surge of emotion. What kind of genius was his elder brother to birth a prodigy like this? His elder brother didn’t appear to have any exceptional traits, yet this youngster was alarmingly gifted.

If everything went smoothly and they truly realized this creation, the Mo Family would never lack Spirit Stones again.

"Actually, this compass has another function."

The cousin suddenly said thoughtfully.
