Chapter 750: Chapter 750: Bragging Right Off The Bat
Because of the return of the quadruplets, the somber atmosphere was washed away, and the days beca lively again.
Lin Feng now spent all his ti in the kitchen. With twelve people to feed, including several little foodies, he had a lot to prepare. Besides, it wasn’t often that the children ca ho. He made all their favorite dishes, afraid they wouldn’t get enough to eat.
Zhou Cuilan’s livestream had also resud. After explaining her absence to her viewers, she got back to her farming.
Lin Dashan had beco much quieter than before. He wouldn’t even talk back when Zhou Cuilan snapped at him, which nearly drove her to frustration.
"Let’s stream sothing else." In this environnt, Zhou Cuilan didn’t feel like farming; it wasn’t fun anymore. And why wasn’t it fun? Because of a certain soone.
Lin Dashan was taken aback. "Then what can you do?"
His question made Zhou Cuilan so angry she stopped talking and shoved her phone in his face.
"I could film you."
Lin Dashan took an awkward step back. "Stop joking."
In that instant, the cara’s view shifted, and what the viewers saw was a... castle? Who knew this seemingly ordinary grandma was actually a wealthy matriarch!
Irritated, Lin Dashan hurried inside. "I can’t be bothered with you."
The more he acted like this, however, the more Zhou Cuilan felt the urge to pester him. Holding her phone, she followed him. "I really could film you. Don’t you like to exercise and go fishing?"
"I’ll stream that next ti."
As the view changed, the comnt section exploded. Everyone had assud she was just an ordinary grandma living in the countryside and doing livestreams. No one expected her to live in a small castle, surrounded by a group of handso n and beautiful won who were all clearly formidable figures!
The comnt section erupted with excitent. The cara panned across the kitchen, showing Lin Feng and his wife hard at work, and even caught an adorable little sneak thief before swinging back to Lin Dashan!
"Grandma, slow down! Be careful you don’t fall."
San Bao’s voice ca from behind her. The cara captured her makeup-free face in a flawless 360-degree close-up. San Bao blinked, realizing her grandma was live on her channel, "Grandma Wants to Grow So Vegetables." They all knew Grandma had recently fallen in love with livestreaming, so they were careful not to disturb her during her leisure ti.
The comnts went crazy for San Bao, with so fans chiming in for Da Bao and Er Bao too!
San Bao greeted them. "Hi, everyone, I’m San Bao."
Zhou Cuilan, her face full of love and pride, bead at the cara. "Does everyone know her? This is my granddaughter. Isn’t she beautiful?"
Regardless of their children’s accomplishnts, parents always see them as a source of imnse pride. In Zhou Cuilan’s heart, even Lin Feng, who had achieved little for over twenty years, was soone she was proud of. Now, the grandchildren her son and daughter-in-law had given her were each the best of the best. She bragged to anyone who would listen, and when she had bragged enough, she’d start to humblebrag.
Smiling, she shoved the cara in Da Bao’s face.
Perhaps from staying up late so often, Da Bao’s complexion wasn’t perfect, but his overall spirit was excellent. Contrary to the typical image of a researcher, he wasn’t bald, wasn’t overweight, and didn’t wear glasses. He looked clean and neat, and his bearing had an air of quiet authority, his eyes glinting with intelligence. He wore a simple white T-shirt, an expensive watch on one wrist, and a couple’s bracelet on the other. It was hard to imagine such a serious person wearing a bracelet.
He smiled and greeted the cara, his voice deep. "Hello, everyone!"
Zhou Cuilan laughed. "This is my eldest grandson! He’s in scientific research and is very impressive! But don’t even think about it, he already has a girlfriend, and she’s an outstanding young woman!"
Er Bao, who was next to Da Bao, leaned into the shot. "Hello everyone, I’m Er Bao! This is my grandma’s livestream, so I hope you’ll all show her your support!"
You could tell right away she knew how to work a crowd.
Zhou Cuilan smiled at the cara. "This is Er Bao. Many of you might already know her! She’s an amazing strear. She taught
everything and even bought all my equipnt for ! Unfortunately for you, she’s already engaged and is getting married this year! Are you all disappointed?"
It was true that all this livestreaming had made Zhou Cuilan’s personality much more vibrant.
Sitting beside Er Bao was Si Bao, engrossed in a ga on his phone.
Zhou Cuilan’s smile faded slightly. "This is my fourth grandson. He’s decently handso and works as a coach. His favorite thing to do is play video gas. Aside from being a bit lazy, he doesn’t have any other real flaws. I’m not sure if he’s single or not right now, but I’m busy trying to set him up with soone. If any of you like him, feel free to put yourselves forward. As I always say, our family only cares about character, nothing else."
After she finished, she saw that Si Bao hadn’t moved a muscle and prompted him, "Stop playing and say hello to the friends in my livestream."
Without looking up, Si Bao said, "Hey everyone, I’m Si Bao! Ugh, flank him! Go around back! Aw, man, I died."
When he finally looked up, he saw his grandmother staring at him with a disapproving look, just about to speak. Zhou Cuilan pulled the cara away, muttering, "There’s a reason he can’t find a girlfriend!"
Si Bao, seeing that this had nothing to do with him, started a new round.
Zhou Cuilan cheerfully introduced the other mbers of the family.
Shao Yang and Qin Jiang were chatting as they shelled beans. Both of them waved at the cara.
With a beaming smile, Zhou Cuilan said, "These are our two sons-in-law, helping with the chores! This one is San Bao’s, and this one is Er Bao’s!"
Their good looks went without saying. At that mont, both were wearing aprons, looking like the perfect family n, which made the young won in the stream go wild. Faced with such a barrage of handso faces, the comnt section flew into a frenzy.
Everyone was typing, "I’m available! I’m so available!"
Whether they were n or won, they were all putting themselves out there.
Zhou Cuilan, not understanding the slang aning of "I’m available," chuckled and said, "Oh, so you can all shell beans too!"
Tian Tian followed her from behind, eating ice cream, as Zhou Cuilan switched the cara view.
"Tian Tian, co say hello."
Tian Tian tilted his head, waved, and gave a sweet smile. "Hello everyone, I’m Tian Tian!"
He was wearing comfy pajamas and looked impossibly cute and sweet. Zhou Cuilan was particularly fond of Tian Tian. They had spent more ti raising him than they had with the quadruplets, and as they got older, they doted on him even more.
"This is my youngest grandson. He’s an actor and will be starting the fourth grade in the second half of the year!"
Just as Zhou Cuilan was in the middle of her introductions, Lin Feng’s voice called from the kitchen.
"Co help out! It’s ti to eat!"
In the Lin Family, the girls held a higher status. Tian Tian, for example, didn’t have to do a thing. All he had to do was wash his hands and sit down at the table.
As for San Bao and Er Bao, their boyfriends would simply say, "You just sit, I’ll handle things."
And so, the three of them had just sat down when Si Bao also sat, his head still buried in his phone.
Nearby, Da Bao said calmly, "Still playing? Go help."
The eldest brother is like a father, and Da Bao commanded a lot of authority. Everyone listened when he spoke.
Si Bao exited his ga. "You got it!"
