Chapter 2133: Chapter 2133: The Stolen Manifesto

According to normal procedures, when an Outer Zone player causes trouble in Zone 008, unless they are determined to face the challenge head-on or due to instance restrictions, they should use their tickets to escape before the local player organization and the law enforcent team arrive. When Xu Huo left the underground laboratory, the players encircling him thought the sa, but who could have predicted he wouldn’t leave and even wanted to escalate the situation!

"Kill him!" A player from Kesi Biology gave the order, and several advanced players flew into the air, unleashing various characteristics and props in succession.

"The Fog of Dinsion" had descended, and the "Harmonious Atmosphere" effect hadn’t worn off, which was enough to intercept most characteristics and props. With four or five Rank-A Defense Items on him, Xu Huo completely ignored the attacks from this group. After not receiving an answer to his question, he repeated the words he had said before:

"It seems you still don’t know, then I’ll go ask soone who should know."

As soon as he finished speaking, he disappeared from his original spot. The people from Kesi Biology only felt that he had moved far away, and just as they were about to pursue, they suddenly realized he had vanished completely!

"Alert the others, the attacker is wearing an Advanced Space-ti Artifact, ordinary items can’t interfere with him!" The player who issued the order said to those around him, "Report to the family, classify the event as level A, and defend considering the opponent possesses super props!"

"Understood!" The players gathered near Kesi Biology responded in unison and then all disappeared together.

Not to ntion the impact this incident had on the Tian Family, Kesi Biology, and Qing City. Xu Huo rushed to a nearby large city at the fastest speed, first bombarding one of the Tian Family’s laboratories with a "Big Mushroom Cloud" and then capturing a doctor in charge of the experints to ask the sa question again.

"What’s Brick Tale Town?" The doctor, who researched mutant plants, knew nothing about the outside situation, but Xu Huo wasn’t really looking for an answer. After again repeating that he was going to find soone who should know, he let the person go and headed straight to the station city, landing in front of Tian Family’s Haiyun Technology, again repeating the question about Granny Bai.

This ti, the Tian Family reacted quickly, likely because core mbers lived there. As soon as he appeared, he was surrounded by more than a dozen Rank-A Players. Without any unnecessary words, they blocked his use of teleportation props to leave. Xu Huo had no intention of leaving, instead turned his Ti Ring, blocking so of the people, while dodging attacks and informing the mbers of the Tian Family and the arriving municipal law enforcent team in full view, "I’ll be back tonight to ask again, I hope by then soone can answer my question."

"Boom!" An instrunt exploded in mid-air, with the smaller weapons splitting from it covering almost a thousand ters. Yet, before a second large explosion began, Xu Huo’s figure was nowhere to be seen!

A second later, Xu Huo appeared at the other end of Zone 008, brushed off the tracking device on his body, and then used a spatial ray to shred the few falling instrunts. Only then did he change out of his outfit. He didn’t stop but instead used a spatial teleportation device to move between nearby cities—uncertain if he had completely shaken off the Rank-A Players’ trail, so he couldn’t remain still. However, when he switched cities for the 20th ti, a ga prompt automatically appeared:

[Player Passerby A has t the conditions to trigger the instance "Stolen Declaration," automatically joining this Rank-B instance.]

Xu Huo paused, glancing at the projection of "Hengxing Group Subsidiary Chongming Bird Pharmaceuticals" floating in the distance, his expression slightly darkened — it seed his luck wasn’t on his side.

Since entering the ga, he had used tickets below his Player Level twice; within twelve natural months, low-level tickets could only be used twice. Without a Return Ticket to Zone 008, he had to use a Rank-B ticket to board the train. If luck was on his side and he encountered an instance requiring special conditions to trigger like "Puppet," he wouldn’t be entirely passive. Unexpectedly, he didn’t trigger an instance in the cities where he disembarked but stepped into one in the Chongming Bird Administrative Region, almost halfway across a section. For a mont, he even doubted whether the instances corresponding to the tickets were fixed.

However, triggering an instance might not necessarily be a bad thing.

Once he confird no one was pursuing him, he simply used a pass to enter the Ga Governnt Library, reading the instance introduction in a relatively safe environnt.

The introduction wasn’t very detailed. There was recently a series of bizarre killings in Zone 008. The locations where these killings occurred were random, and the victims’ ages, identities, professions, genders, and life experiences varied. So might have never t each other in their lives, yet they were all killed in the sa way and interrogated before death.

The murderer had extensive counter-surveillance experience. According to case profiles, the first murder probably occurred six months ago, with nearly fifty people killed over the six months, at least eight per month. During the cris, this person left no trace, and extensive surveillance checks found no suspect fitting the criteria. In fact, before the thirtieth person was killed, neither the municipal governnt nor interested player organizations or civilian groups understood why these people were targeted until the thirtieth person.

The thirtieth victim was an ordinary Evolver. After the ga’s appearance, many ordinary people across different zones began taking potions to seek health and longevity. Less disease and robust bodies were standard for ordinary people in Zone 008. While they couldn’t evolve quickly like players or achieve Super Evolution, so might exhibit unique evolutionary traits, like enhanced hearing or superior muscles after taking an Evolution Potion.

This thirtieth person had extraordinarily tenacious vitality. He was actually found breathless and was resuscitated by the arriving law enforcent team, who decided to perform ergency treatnt despite his apparent demise, unexpectedly reviving him for a few seconds before he lapsed into a coma. But those few seconds brought progress to the case because he uttered the word "Declaration."

So curious players were nearby at the ti, so the key information the thirtieth victim revealed wasn’t kept confidential and quickly circulated among those interested in the case. Considering the close to fifty victims showed signs of interrogation, people familiar with the case generally believed the murderer was searching for the "Declaration." What this "Declaration" was remained unclear, as the next twenty-so victims weren’t as lucky and couldn’t be saved by the arriving law enforcent team.

That’s all the instance introduction provided, with no ti limit and two completion tasks.
