Unlike when district governnts apply to pause a player’s identity or grey players, when an instance holder cos out of the dungeon venue, the number of missed instances accumulates.

Unlike random instances that naturally appear with entry dia like Little Pink Hat, where the entrance allows players wherever it goes, Little Pink Hat usually only operates at one wormhole point according to her. For Xu Huo personally, his instance moves wherever he goes, without causing trouble, but Little Pink Hat said random instances could change districts and wormhole points. You just need to accumulate a certain number of instances, so movent might not need tickets. Why would the Skinning Artisan want a Temporary Pass then?

Is his instance different, or is it a ga rule targeting holders that appears only after accumulating random instances?
