Ti Ray, like Spatial Ray, does not actually exist as an entity to Super Evolvers but rather as a sensation. The linear perceptual form is entirely due to the individual enlightennt of the Super Evolver. No one knows if they have a form or what their true form might be.
Xu Huo stepped into the threshold of ti Super Evolution in the Chaotic Space. Yet, he can only perceive the Ti Ray. To manipulate it, he needs the assistance of "Angel’s Eye," that is, special item or Prival Stone. Connecting to different Ti Rays in other spaces in Chaotic Space to destroy objects or kill people is another realm altogether. Let alone achieving it, he hasn’t even touched a trace.
Therefore, the Ti Rays he sees may not be real. In fact, he is completely unaware of why he suddenly sees "Ti Rays," as these lines should only exist in his imagination, yet they appear.

The city was still the sa as before, unchanged. Little lissa, sitting in Chang Shoujie’s arms, was still fully ard, wrapped tightly, unable to say more words, continuously calling "uncle" under Gao Dawei’s teasing.
Before long, the banquet began. As those who greatly helped the people of Zone 010, Xu Huo and others naturally sat at the VIP table. Gan Feng and others took turns toasting, expressing their gratitude and inviting them to return to Zone 010. By their next visit, Zone 010 would definitely not be the sa as now.

If this is a form of ti force, then it triggers passively, as he didn’t have any evolutionary catalyst at the ti, more like experiencing a hallucination.
