The final battle according to Dorn was dreadful, hundreds had died on the side of the slayers and it was due to one individual.
Guilliman.
"You know him lordship, the one who fought against the blackberry boy and defeated him" Dorn seated on a dical bed explained.
He had to report everything that happened to his lord father, without exception. After all, even though he was no longer the strongest person amongst them, he was the one ant to protect this whole army.
"Ohh, yes that makes sense " Guilliman had been the first to arrive before them. Although he seed bruised and beaten with scars running from head to toe, he looked like a leader.
"Such a rash decision, I wonder why you all followed him in the first place" Arthur Valor seed annoyed as he spoke. First of all, his n had apparently been halvled before even reaching the peak, now during the final battle only like 3 of them remained because this rash young man.
Annoyed was an understatent to what he was feeling right now.
"As much as I hate to admit it sire, it was the best possible decision anyone could make.
The situation was really hopeless, he was essentially fighting against the abomination by himself" Dorn for the first ti spoke in Guillimans defense.
His decision to have the fog abandon them and be used against the abomination solely had brought about the dead of hundreds of talented slayers. It was a terrible decision to be made, but was absolutely necessary.
"Yes, that seems to be the case. At least i don't know more than two people that have achieved such a feat. Killing abomination while classes at Yellow. It's a lot " The Blacksteel lord said nodding his head.
He wasn't sure, even with the help of this 'Fog' that he would be able to do the sa in his day.
"But…what about the issue with Thane, you skipped that part" The Blacksteel lord after nodded pulled the conversation back to sothing that worried him.
Thane, his beloved son hadn't co out from the Gate yet, but Dorn assured him that he was alive. It was a strange situation that he did not understand.
"Brace yourself lordship and take this information with an open mind " Dorn sighed.
He had completely his entire report without speaking of what happened to Thane for a reason. He didn't want the Blacksteel lord blowing a gasket and attacking the kid in the dead of night.
So he painted him as the only reason they were able to leave that godforsaken place alive. They owed him a lot, enslaving his sons soul could be forgiven right?

The next morning, the Blacksteel lord asked the builders to disassemble the camp and with a sullen look on his face. It felt like he was holding back a mountain of anger in his chest.
It was quickly done and the slayers whom had braved the canals of ravens keep left the area entirely heading directly to the black steel shelter.
The entire journey was extrely safe unlike last ti when they only had one wayfarer beast. Now they had people stronger than Wayfares.
Whenever a beast of weaker prowess appeared, it would imdiately be sent packing by just one random person in the lords entourage. This was the first ti of them seeing clearly how powerful the higher ups of the shelter were:
Mid journey, they were n with a small group of around 10 all of them wearing white and releasing a awe inspiring aura.
After a brief conversation with the the lord and his n, they joined the group and continued their journey as if nothing had happened.
1 week later,
"Huuu" takining in a massive breath of air guilliman woke up inside a small room, his body exasperated and a look of confusion painted all over it.
"Shit how long was I out for?" Guilliman rubbed his temples angrily.
He thought he could stay awake all through, but at so point he had beco unconscious while standing and with his eyes open. He didn't know this of course, it was when the healers grabbed him and watched him fall to the floor like a statue that they realized that he was fast asleep.
"Whatever, it doesn't matter. Seems like we made it back" After a breath mont Guilliman sighed.
He recognized his room in the Silverstein courtyard. He could finally feel at ease, there was no beast coming after him, no assassin trying to take his life.
Just full on safety and comfort.
"Hmm, I should take a bath first" Guilliman mused, slling
a putrid stench from his very own body. He slt like rotten at for so reason.
So he quickly got up and walked to the door where he slide it open and went to the bath. During his bath he checked his stats once more in a smile of triumph.
[Updating stats

The gains from entering that gate was massive.
He entered as soone barely at Yellow(level 5), and was now at Red (level 11). He also got the chance to improve his Class, though he didn't term it as an impovent much.
The Dark Soul King was still a taboo class amongst his people. Although necessary he terd it as regretful.
[Beast Souls: Ghost, Swordfish….Goliath, Weiming Serpent, Severed Ape tooth, The Black Raven]
He also had massive gains in terms of the beast souls he had acquire from the Gate.
Most especially those from the fog. It wasn't until the last mont that he also realized that the Trihorn beast would made an aweso soul beast. Unfortunately he didn't really have the ti back then.
"Anyway," Guilliman swiped left causing the interfaces to disappear from sight.
He was stronger than he had ever been, although he felt like testing his limits already, his body wanted more than anything to just relax. So he soked into the bath allowing the water to seep in his very being.
anwhile,
"I understand your grievances lord Blacksteel, we really just don't have anyway of punishing Griffon, he's too high in the leadership. But we will give you the opportunity to face him in the next alliance eting " a man in white bowed deeply to the lord Blacksteel in a respectful way.
It wasn't reverence like most of the denizens of the shelter, it was only cordiality. There was a stark difference between a random no body in a shelter and soone of their status.
"So you can't solve my problem, you want
to do it myself? Wow, so efficient. The Stone Titian alliance is getting so much better, I an what rubbish is this? So anyone can conive to kill my children and go away without repacautions?!! How dare you call yourself an organization of justice?" The black steel lord thed in anger gripping the arm of his chair firmly.
He wasn't the only one angry, every single family of prominence was standing by the side feeling the sa.
The false report from the alliance is what led them to believe this was but a Yellow gate. It was what made them send out Slayers capped at yellow.
This was a massive error because even a Red Gate could get them all killed. But this was much worse.
Emrald?!! This was definitely a ploy to endanger their shelter and get the children killed destroying the future of the shelter.
"That's not what we ant, and you know that, the alliance is fair. We will allow you to confront the Griffon, he's the one who gave the report. I'm sure it will be resolved then, if not we can still talk about compensation" The leader of the n in white spoke up.
They were representatives of the Stone Titan alliance, they had infulence over dozens of shelters. But griffon was not soone they could make bow his head for punishnt.
This was an S Rank Slayer for Godsake.
Hearing the words from the representatives, The blacksteel lord could only sneer, if he could get Mr Silverstein to kill Griffon then it would be all peachy. But he hadn't seen the old man for months now.
It was one of the reason she went over to the Gate so abruptly. He wanted to know if the old man was there trying to save his kid.
"Sigh, that's settled then right? Please let's talk more about important things" The leader seeing the blacksteel lord give up on pressuring him for no reason sighed.
He was more concerned about what happened in that gate, he had learned that those kids had been sent to
The legendary Ravens keep. The shelter that had been flattened by Three Great Abominations.
They wanted to know about everything, from when they entered to when they killed that dreadful hallowed beast.
