Charlie smiled faintly, unable to hide his joy as he looked at the sheet in his hand.
This increase could only be described as impressive.
All attributes increased by four digits! Even the protagonist in the original work wasn't this strong.

Unlike other Isekai worlds with RPG ga thes, where one can level up simply by hunting monsters to gain EXP, the Danmachi world has stricter rules.
To level up in the Danmachi world, adventurers must have enough Excelia to reach D rank in one of the statistics in their basic abilities, then they need "high-quality" Excelia, which ans they must have a very significant and impressive achievent.
Defeating or killing stronger monsters and other opponents is usually the way adventurers and combat-oriented people level up, and sotis they do it in a group. While non-combat-oriented people like healers, crafters, fishern, and so others can still level up, they usually take longer than adventurers because they don't usually gain as much Excelia.
Getting Excelia isn't exactly the sa as getting EXP like in other RPG-genre gas and worlds, and so on. Basically, adventurers need sothing related to their statistics to increase them. For example, getting hit will increase Endurance, running will increase Agility, using magic will increase Magic Power, and so on.
"When I was still at Level 2, I survived an assassination attempt by a Level 6 woman and defeated the Green Dragon that had Level 4 strength. Just one achievent alone was enough for an adventurer to level up."
Charlie felt that those two events were the most likely to be recognized as major achievents.
"Hopefully, I'll awaken a new Skill."
With hope, he didn't want to delay any longer.
Just like before, he dripped Hera's divine blood onto his forehead and activated the Chosen Savior Skill.

During the Falna process of drawing that experience into strength, Charlie felt a powerful flow of energy. It felt like sparks of lightning were rushing through his veins, echoing to his fingertips. His body felt lighter, yet sturdier, as if every muscle, every fiber in his body was recharged and strengthened.
Then, he was faced with two choices for his new Developnt Ability.
"Mystery and Hunter, huh... Which one should I choose?"
Charlie knew the information about the Mystery and Hunter Developnt Abilities.
The Hunter Developnt Ability would enhance the ability to fight monsters that the user had previously encountered and gained Excelia from. Normally, this could only be obtained at Level 2 and required the user to kill many monsters in a short amount of ti, making it difficult to obtain.
The Mystery Developnt Ability allowed the user to activate miracles and create magic items. This was so rare that not even five people in Orario possessed it.
"No need to think about it. There are many adventurers with the Hunter Developnt Ability, while the owners of the Mystery Developnt Ability don't exceed single digits."
Charlie chose Mystery as his second Developnt Ability without hesitation.

After the Sacred Text on his back stopped emitting light and the feeling of ecstasy disappeared, he knew the leveling up process was complete.

Before Charlie could put the parchnt on his back, Aishia's voice startled him.

Aishia shook her head, indicating that she wasn't bothered by the commotion caused by Charlie while leveling up.
"Then what did you an by what you said?" Charlie asked while only wearing pants.
"It's an endless supply, so it's limitless. If Charlie's Essence was previously a bucket of water, then your Essence now is like a large, endless lake that can never dry up." Aishia said, using a taphor to explain the scale of Charlie's Essence/Mana.
"That's true, I feel like the amount of Essence in my body is tens... No, hundreds or thousands tis greater than before. Why does Aishia know how much Essence I have?"
Charlie imdiately felt the change in Essence/Mana after leveling up to Level 3. He was surprised that Aishia already knew about this before he could check it himself.
"Spirits can tell how much Essence soone has by diving into it. Charlie and I are connected by a spiritual path, so I can read your Essence more accurately than I can with others. Even so, I can't see the limit."
"So that's it. There are still many things I don't know about you, Aishia."
"Charlie can ask
anything."
Aishia tilted her head, showing a confused expression on her beautiful but expressionless face.
"Glad to hear it. Please help
put this on my back."
"Mm."
