“I can’t go alone,” Wen Zhi said to Xie Jinyi.
Xie Jinyi’s expression changed slightly, “What do you an?”
The smile faded from Wen Zhi’s face, and her tone was indifferent, “I want to take Shang Jing with .”
Xie Jinyi’s face darkened imdiately, “Are you trying to offend

“I know, you are Xie Jinyi, a famous celebrity, I’ve already said that earlier,” Wen Zhi slowly walked towards Xie Jinyi.
The bodyguard imdiately raised his hand to stop Wen Zhi from getting closer to Xie Jinyi.

Wen Zhi enunciated each word clearly, “Before I ca up, I had already called your sister and told her about the scene you made today; she’s on her way here and should arrive at the hotel soon.”
Upon hearing that, Xie Jinyi’s face went pale, “Are you trying to scare ? How could you possibly have my sister’s phone number?”
“I know her,” Wen Zhi said earnestly; whenever she played dumb to catch the wise, she always looked so serious.
“Bullshit, I don’t believe your lies!” Xie Jinyi hadn’t suffered a loss at Wen Zhi’s hands before and stubbornly disbelieved her, even instructing the bodyguard to kick Wen Zhi out.
The bodyguard stepped forward, and Wen Zhi backed away, “No need to kick
out, I’ll leave on my own. But I’ll be downstairs. Once your sister takes you away, I’ll co back up for Shang Jing.”
Xie Jinyi’s heart raced.
She had been willful since childhood, acting rashly and fearlessly, except when it ca to her own sister—Xie Weiyue.

As Wen Zhi turned to leave, she still kindly reminded Xie Jinyi, “Rember, you chose not to believe.”

Just then, the sound of the elevator reaching the floor rang out, and at the ‘ding,’ Xie Jinyi’s body shuddered violently. When she saw a group of people coming around the corner, led by Sister Weiyue, Xie Jinyi’s face turned deathly pale.

Approaching head-on, Sister Weiyue’s gaze lingered on Wen Zhi, and then she stopped, “Was it you who called ?”
Wen Zhi pushed her glasses up the bridge of her nose and smiled faintly, “It was .”
Sister Weiyue scrutinized Wen Zhi, searching her mory like a web, eventually confirming, “We have t.”
They had indeed t, but Wen Zhi barely rembered what Sister Weiyue looked like.

Wen Zhi casually replied, “Shang Jing gave it to .”
Before getting on the elevator, Wen Zhi had already explained the whole situation over the phone to Sister Weiyue.

Wen Zhi affird, “Yes.”
Sister Weiyue asked further, “When did you move in?”
Wen Zhi replied, “It’s been a while.”

wouldn’t catch his eye.”
“Then he lacks vision,” Sister Weiyue looked deeply into Wen Zhi’s eyes, “You didn’t look like this before, and because I have seen what you used to look like, I have a lasting impression.”
Wen Zhi hadn’t expected Sister Weiyue to rember her for that reason.

Shang Jing nodded; he didn’t look at Xie Jinyi but said to Sister Weiyue, “I am really sorry to have disturbed you with this.”
Sister Weiyue responded, “To say that is to see
as an outsider.”
Shang Jing scratched the back of his head, agreeing, “That’s true, perhaps soon we’ll be family, you and my brother…”
