Ding Yao dodged and looked at the shoe that was lying on the floor. Her expression turned dark as she turned to look at her father who was holding the other shoe and was looking at her angrily.
"What is the aning of this daddy?" Even though Ding Yao was foolishly filial, she also had a temper. She just suffered so much at the barn and did not even take a sip of water when she returned ho.
No one asked her how she was feeling or was she alright, instead hurled a shoe on her face.
How could she not be angry?
"You still have the cheek to ask such a thing?" Daddy Ding screeched. He pointed at Ding Yao and cursed at her angrily, "Everyone in the village now knows that you ate the fodder of the cow and were chased by it, even lost your dignity together with our face!"
When Ding Yao heard the words of Daddy Ding, she understood sothing. She raised her head and looked at Gu Mo. Explore hidden tales at .C??m
The r who was smiling smugly lowered his head imdiately.
Seeing this what else Ding Yao did not understand?
Gu Mo was a r who liked to dress up and gossip. He only knew how to sway his waist and hips, while hooking up with won. Even though he did not cross the line, he would flirt with the won and even tease them.
This r never stayed at ho and dressed like a fox spirit all day long and when he returned ho, he would stir up trouble.
Her sister was also a fool. Even though Gu Mo was like this, she was still bewitched by him. She wouldn’t let anyone say an extra word to Gu Mo and even if they did, she would fight tooth and nail with them.
She had also slapped her brothers-in-law many tis because of this r who stirred trouble.
And when she tried to avenge her husbands, her parents ca in between and protected Ding Xuelan. They called her a child and promised that she wouldn’t do it again but Ding Xuelan who was protected by their parents did it again. Anyway, she wouldn’t be beaten up, so why would she hold back?
"Maybe if I had eaten a bowl of rice and at instead of drinking rice soup then I wouldn’t have to steal the fodder of the cow!" Ding Yao was in pain and the actions of her father disappointed her.
He knew that she was smashed by a cow two tis but instead of taking care of her, he was hitting her.
"You..what did you say?" Daddy Ding did not expect that his daughter who was mute like a cow would end up retorting him, he was so angry that he said, "Am I biased? Who asked you to give birth to six money-losing goods? Your sister is so good and Nuannuan is lucky as well! Compared to them what are you!?"
His words hurt Ding Yao’s heart. She glared at him and shouted, "So what if I gave birth to six money-losing things? I am the one who earns in this house! Even if I give birth to twelve rs, I can raise them! What about your precious daughter? She still needs her elder sister to raise her husband and daughter!"
"And if you are so embarrassed you can leave! And look for another village to settle in, the house is under my na and not yours!"
After speaking Ding Yao walked away leaving a trembling Old Master Ding behind. Gu Mo who was standing behind his father-in-law did not know whether to put his arm and leg.
He just wanted to see Ding Yao getting embarrassed never thought that she would embarrass him like this!
"Look at her! Just look at her! Our family is now relying on Nuannuan to keep the family alive and she is saying such harsh words!" Daddy Ding was really angry when he repeated the things that Ding Yao said to him.
Leave the house and village? Where would he go? Even if Daddy Ding did not like his eldest daughter, he had to admit that she was the one who had the ans to earn money as she was hard working.
If he left the house in his anger, where would he go? With his youngest daughter’s skill, he could forget about living in a decent house. Even though the house that Ding Yao bought was old and the walls were yellowish brown, it was still livable.
However, he had gotten up on the back of the tiger and did not know whether to get down or continue riding.
Gu Mo was also worried that his sister in law might really ask them to leave the house. He knew that even if his sister-in-law was easy to bully, she was not that simple of a person.
If he pushed her too much then who knows how would they react?
The only reason her sister-in-law was keeping mum was because his daughter was born with fairy luck!
"Daddy, there is no need to get angry with sister-in-law." Gu Mo pulled back, Daddy Ding. "She must be hurt and embarrassed, why are you getting angry at her? Let brothers-in-law treat her, you can talk with her later on."
Seeing that Gu Mo was giving him a way out, Daddy Ding snorted and then turned to walk inside the house.
On the other side, Yue Ming was wiping his tears as he applied ointnt on the broken skin of Ding Yao’s bottom and back. Though the injuries were not serious, his heart ached for his wife.
While Xu Shuhua kept muttering angrily, "The entire family eats at and rice and we eat northwest wind. Yet when you get injured this is how they treat you! I told you to leave those people behind, but you just have to bring them along with us. Now see, it is good! They all despite following us are bullying us from day to night."
