Chapter 721: Chapter 335: Bioweapon_3

"What is artificial insertion?" Eve asked.

"Simply put, it’s when soone intervenes in the natural evolution of a bloodline and implants so information that shouldn’t exist."

Ron’s explanation beca deeper and more technical:

"These inserted code segnts often have specific functionalities, like enhancing certain traits or adding special trigger chanisms."

He pointed to a set of data in the report:

"The specin-preserving bloodline is a typical example. According to my analysis, there are at least seventeen distinct artificial insertion segnts in their bloodline structure, which confer great adaptability and compatibility."

"But at the sa ti, they also harbor potential risks."

Ron’s tone beca filled with warning:

"These insertion segnts contain a kind of ’switch chanism’ that might be activated under specific conditions, leading to a fundantal change in the behavior and thinking of the bloodline host."

Eve’s face turned pale: "You an... Franka might lose control?"

"It’s not just as simple as losing control."

Ron calmly stated his analytical findings:

"According to my analysis, the specin-preserving bloodline, when activated, possesses extrely strong erosive ability. They can forcibly assimilate other bloodlines, converting the target into an entity with the sa traits."

He took out a sealed container from a spatial bag, which contained a sample of completely transford Sli Monster tissue:

"I tested it with my own Autophagic Sli Monster, the result nearly cost

this precious experintal assistant. The erosive capability of the specin-preserving bloodline greatly exceeded my expectations."

While speaking, Ron secretly activated the "Hermit’s Knowledge," carefully observing Eve and Franka’s subtle expressions.

Eve’s reaction was pure shock and confusion.

Her pupils slightly enlarged, eyebrows slightly raised, lips slightly parted.

These are instinctive reactions to unexpectedly shocking information.

Clearly, she knew very little about the dangerous traits embedded within the specin-preserving bloodline, perhaps even hearing of it for the first ti.

Franka’s reaction was more complex, also showing surprise, but her focus was obviously different.

She was sowhat incredulous, as if puzzled at how this young Modulator could decipher these deep-seated traits in such a short ti.

At the sa ti, her shoulders slightly sank, a typical reaction upon hearing a truth long suspected yet unwilling to confront.

"How... how is that possible?" Eve’s voice trembled:

"Franka’s bloodline has always been stable, never showing any anomalies."

"Surface stability does not equate to deep safety."

Ron calmly analyzed:

"The specin-preserving bloodline is cleverly designed, usually in a ’locked’ state, with its erosive ability strictly controlled. However, under certain conditions, this lock may be lifted."

Upon hearing this, Franka subconsciously looked at her own hands.

The skin was still smooth and delicate, yet she knew well that beneath this layer of skin, sothing potentially more dangerous than imagined was flowing.

"What do you an by ’specific conditions’?" Eve pursued again, her voice laden with noticeable anxiety.

"Intense emotional fluctuations, severe injuries, or exposure to certain special triggering substances."

Ron enurated possible triggering factors: "The most dangerous aspect is that this trigger chanism might have been artificially designed."

This sentence plunged the living room into imdiate silence.

Eve and Franka were both imrsed in their own silent thoughts about the deeper implications of this information.

Ron observed their reactions, having already reached a preliminary judgnt within his heart.

Eve presumably knew very little about these insider details; she was more like a Princess sheltered within an Ivory Tower, with limited understanding of her family’s true secrets.

Franka, though aware of the uniqueness of her bloodline, was only vaguely aware of the control chanism behind it.

Just then, the air in the room suddenly thickened.

It wasn’t a change in temperature, but rather a fundantal distortion of so physical property.

The suspended dust stopped swaying, and even the passage of ti seed to slow down.

A graceful figure gathered in the corner of the room, like an artwork woven by light and shadow.

Cassandra appeared silently like this.

Her violet eyes surveyed the three people in the room, her lips curling with a aningful smile.

"Do not interrupt your discussion because of my arrival." Her voice was as smooth as silk but with an edge that could not be ignored:

"I’m just interested in your academic exchange, please continue."

Eve’s body instantly stiffened, her breathing grew more rapid.

The sudden appearance of her Mother made her feel extrely nervous, the psychological shadow left by strict control since childhood surged forth.

Franka directly knelt down, her whole body prostrate on the ground, unable to stop trembling.

Such a response was not rely reverence, rather it was a kind of deeply ingrained fear.

Although Ron’s internal alarms rang fiercely, he maintained a calm deanor.

He slowly stood up and gave Cassandra a standard Wizard salute:

"Tower Master, it’s an honor for you to observe our exchange."

"I am the one honored indeed."

Cassandra lazily half-laid on the sofa beside her, her tone teasing:

"To witness the exchange of favors between two geniuses, such an opportunity is indeed rare..."
