Zorvax’s eyes scanned the desolate landscape, tracing the path the humans had taken with Ophelia. His mind was a whirlwind of thoughts, trying to guess where they might have taken her.

He then turned to the man who lay defeated on the ground, a flicker of recognition lighting up in his eyes. "I know you," Zorvax muttered under his breath. A mory flashed in his mind – this was the sa man whose ID he had swiped to sneak into the human camp.

A deep frown etched itself across Zorvax’s brow as he stood over the defeated man. He knelt down, his eyes studying the man’s powerful physique. "How did you get this strong?" he mumbled to himself, his voice tinged with both curiosity and suspicion.

He gently prodded the man’s arm with the tip of his weapon, noting the unusual firmness. "They’ve been experinting on you, haven’t they?" he whispered, more to himself than to the unconscious man. The thought sent a chill down his spine. If the humans had started experinting on their own kind to this extent, it would have been a significant escalation.

His gaze then shifted to the fla sword lying discarded beside the man. He reached out, running his fingers along the sleek, high-tech design. "This isn’t your average human gear," Zorvax remarked, a hint of respect in his tone. He recognized it as a model usually wielded by level 3 zombies, known for their formidable strength.

Zorvax stood up, his mind racing. "They’re really pushing the limits, aren’t they?" he thought aloud. "Before, it was just level 2 zombies they ssed with. Now they’re stepping up to level 3..." His voice trailed off as he considered the implications. The humans were getting bolder, more desperate, perhaps even more dangerous.

A sense of urgency gripped him. If the humans were indeed experinting with level 3 zombies, what did that an for Ophelia and him? He knew they had to be more cautious now, more prepared for what lay ahead.

Shaking his head, Zorvax straightened his posture, his expression turning from contemplation to resolve. "Ti’s wasting," he muttered, picking up his weapons. With a last look at the man, he turned and strode off, his steps quick and determined, his mind filled with plans and strategies for what was to co.

Zorvax marched forward, his mind set on the place where he believed Ophelia had been taken. His steps were determined, echoing slightly on the cracked pavent. But suddenly, he stopped dead in his tracks. A new idea had sparked in his mind, a possible shortcut in this desperate situation. "Hold on..." he whispered to himself, his eyes lighting up with a faint glimr of hope.

He brought up his system interface, a holographic screen materializing in the air before him. His fingers danced over the virtual keys with practised ease, fueled by a mix of anxiety and a sliver of hope. He navigated to the summoning section with swift, precise movents. There, amidst the list of nas and functions, was Ophelia’s na – a shining beacon in his troubled mind.

Zorvax’s voice softened, a rare tenderness seeping through his usually stern deanor. "Ophelia, I need you here," he murmured, almost as if speaking to her directly. He tapped her na, initiating the summoning process.

[The target was too far away]

The ssage flashed on the screen, its blunt words slicing through his fleeting hope. Zorvax stared at the words, feeling a surge of frustration building inside him. His hands ford fists, knuckles whitening as he fought to keep his emotions in check.

"Damn it!" he shouted, the words bouncing off the abandoned buildings around him. A blazing fire of determination quickly replaced the fleeting warmth in his eyes. He couldn’t let this setback defeat him.

Taking a deep, steadying breath, Zorvax attempted to calm the storm within him. Ti was slipping away, and with each passing second, Ophelia was getting farther from his reach. He straightened up, his posture rigid with resolve.

"I’ll find you, Ophelia. Hang in there," he spoke into the void, as if hoping his words would sohow reach her. With renewed purpose, he started moving again, each step a testant to his unwavering determination. The desolate streets lay before him, a silent witness to his solitary quest. His shadow stretched long and solitary in the fading light, a lone figure against the backdrop of a world in ruins.

As Zorvax made his way swiftly towards his destination, his mind was abuzz with a flurry of thoughts and plans. He was acutely aware of the daunting challenge ahead: confronting level 3 bionic humans while he was still at level 2.

A deep sigh rolled off his lips, his brow furrowed in thought. He had two evolution paths unlocked, yet he had deliberately held off on choosing either. Pausing, he looked up at the gray, cloud-strewn sky, murmuring to himself, "No rush, no rush at all."

The mory of his recent encounter, where he had surprisingly overpowered a level 3 human, flickered in his mind. A small smile tugged at his lips. "Maybe I’m doing just fine without evolving," he thought, pride evident in his tone. This unexpected victory had given him a boost of confidence, making him reassess the urgency of evolving.

Zorvax had always aid for excellence. To him, evolving was not just about gaining strength; it was about transforming into the ultimate version of himself. Staring at his hands, he softly uttered, "The perfect zombie," his eyes reflecting a fierce determination.

With each determined step, his conviction solidified. "I’ll wait," he spoke aloud, as if to convince himself. "I’ll fight with what I am now. And if it gets too tough... then, and only then, will I evolve." This approach was more than a strategy; it was a testant to his current strength and a challenge to his own limits.

Zorvax’s pace quickened, his eyes fixed on the path ahead. His body moved with a graceful yet powerful gait, a symbol of a being not just enduring in a chaotic world, but mastering it. The wind whipped through his hair as he moved, his coat billowing behind him like a dark flag.

In the distance, the desolate landscape stretched out, broken buildings and abandoned cars telling the tale of a world forever changed. Yet, in this setting of despair, Zorvax stood out as a beacon of strength and resilience, a lone warrior against the odds.
