When she heard this, Jiao Lizhi suddenly thought of a secret project she participated in back in the Tarakam Civilization. She looked at him with surprise and asked, "Great Commander, you are not talking about Project Utopia, are you?"

Jiang Ziyi sighed and explained, "Project Utopia is a system created by 10 Great Commanders not long after the Tarakam Civilization was built."
