Viktor, Jessie, and Liza continued the hunt. After defeating a pack of direwolves, they encountered ordinary mutant monsters; such as the lynx, long-tailed goral, Siberian tiger and bear. For Viktor, they not only gave enough spirit essence to increase his stats, but they also gave the three, so teamwork and battle experience.
On their way to hunt monsters, they arrived at the Siberian valley area. The hills range was vast and tall and in the middle was a small frozen river that divided them. The sky began to turn dark, signalling that night was coming. Viktor decided to set up camp.
From his storage ring, Viktor took out two ergency tents that had been prepared previously. Viktor only took out two tents as Liza wishes to sleep with Jessie.
After the tent was up, they gathered sticks of wood around to make a bonfire. Thanks to Jessie's Lightning elent, a bonfire was created in seconds. Viktor then took out a beef tenderloin and cooked dinner. While waiting for the food to finish, Jessie cleaned Liza's body, which was covered in blood from monster hunting.
After thirty-five minutes, the Roast Beef Tenderloin was ready.
"Uuu~ Young Master is indeed multitalented. Not only fighting and managing a business, but cooking is also one of his skills." Even though Jessie was praising, it sounded like she was seducing him. While Viktor just smiled casually, he enjoyed Jessie's talk.
Liza's eyes were wide open watching Viktor's cooking. Then she took a piece of at and chewed it.
Viktor, who watched Liza who was enjoying her dinner said, "How is it, Liza?"
Liza nodded happily
Even though he already knew Liza's answer, Viktor still smiled with satisfaction. They then ate dinner that night.
"Viktor, how long are we going to hunt these monsters for?" Jessie asked curiously.
"Two weeks," Viktor replied curtly.
Jessie was so shocked that she choked. While Liza looked cool with it, chewing her at.
"We're going to wander the Siberian wilderness for two weeks? During the apocalypse?"
Two weeks did not feel long when compared to the long journey with Viktor in the last two months. But still, After everything they had been through, it just didn't feel right.
Viktor, who saw Jessie's reaction, then added. "It can be faster if we hunt enough monsters,"
Another reason that Viktor didn't reveal anything was that he was currently being chased by a quest. He wanted to make the most of this mont so he could advance to the next stage.
anwhile, Jessie seed to be frowning. A few things were bothering her at the mont. One of them was the problem when facing a large number of monsters, such as the direwolf they fought before. Viktor would of course have no trouble, considering he took out the orc warrior alone. But Jessie had a hard ti fighting them off without help.
"Viktor, it looks like we need a combination of moves," said Jessie.
Viktor's eyes narrowed, he was quite curious about Jessie's words. "You an?"
"I know you are strong enough to fight a herd of monsters in the hundreds by yourself. Liza might just be the sa. But not for . Since there are only three of us right now. So we need effective combination skills to kill a large number of monsters. At least to cripple them."
Victor nodded. "Right. But how?"
Jessie smiled. "A combination of elents. Your elental power is focused on defence, while mine is more offensive."
Viktor was very interested in Jessie's idea. Then Jessie went on with her idea.
"You know, every elent has its supporting and opposing properties. Like the Fire elent, which will be very strong if hit by Wind, but will be weak if hit by Water. We will use this property to strengthen our spell. And our elents match perfectly. I'm lightning, and you're tal. tal can conduct electricity."
Viktor's eyes opened wide. "That's right."
The two of them then discussed the combination of their moves. anwhile, Liza just watched them while enjoying her dinner.
After a long discussion and their stomachs full, they decided to sleep.
The sun rose and its light penetrated the pine forest. Viktor woke up quickly. When they ca out of the tent, Jessie and Liza looked ready.
"Did you sleep well,?"
They were still waiting for Viktor to wake up, Jessie didn't want to wake him up to make sure that Viktor would be in his best condition.
They continued to explore the Siberian wilderness. After walking for about 3 miles, Djinn's voice sounded in Viktor's head.
Jessie seed to be biting her lip, worried about Viktor fighting alone. anwhile, Liza was itching to enter the battle.
It wasn't long before the sound of ice and tal clashing stopped. Viktor quickly jumped high. The herd of Drakes who watched Viktor float through the air quickly sprayed him with dozens more ice crystals. But Viktor quickly dove and swung his two axes at one of the drakes. As a result, a drake was cut into three parts.
[You have received the spirit energy of drake]
[You have received 1 point on Strength]
[You have received 1 point on Agility]
A notification popped up in Viktor's head. He didn't rush to finish them off, because he still wanted to try out his new technique with Jessie.
Viktor dodged every ice crystal that was aiming at him, and his two axes parried every drake's attack. After attacking Viktor for a long ti with a blast of ice crystals, the drakes turned furious. They started baring their fangs and chased after Viktor.
Viktor's lips smiled at their response. "Hehe, great! Co after !"
A hundred drakes chased Viktor, but Viktor was too fast for them to catch up. After they were quite far apart, Viktor cast [tal Wall]. A large tal wall appeared in front of Viktor. Instantly a hundred drakes hit the tal wall.
Bam!
The drakes were getting mad, they were trying to break the tal wall. Even though the [tal Walls] were strong, they couldn't last long. But this was where Viktor's plans began.
"Jessie, now!"
"Okay!"
Suddenly the sky turned dark, and then a huge lightning bolt struck the tal wall.
Blast!
The lightning stream then propagated to the drake that was hitting the tal wall and it further connected to other drakes that were in contact. Thus one hundred drakes got electrocuted by the high voltage.
