"So, what do you think? Should we get out of the car now?" Victor Grant looked at the brightly lit Morgan Family house and turned to ask May Morgan for her opinion.

They were already here, so of course, they had to go in, especially since Vincent Vance was still inside.

"Of course, but you need to be careful. There might be an ambush inside."

Victor Grant was here for her safety in the middle of the night, and no matter how dubious things got, necessary warnings still had to be given.

Victor Grant furrowed his brow, looked at May Morgan with confusion, and asked, "What do you an? Aren’t we busting soone for cheating?"

Victor Grant wasn’t dumb. If they were really here to catch soone cheating, why would there be an ambush? What did an ambush imply? That there was prior preparation inside?

At this point, May Morgan couldn’t hide anything from Victor Grant, so she explained honestly: "In fact, bringing you to catch him cheating is true, and those photos are real. However, it’s a plot by my sister. You know, she’s in cahoots with Arthur Vance. She intentionally sent the photos of her with Vincent Vance. I’m afraid she’s trying to lure out and then eliminate ."

"Understood." Victor Grant smiled generously without a hint of bla towards May Morgan. "As long as it’s about your safety, I’ll be there whenever you call. No complaints whatsoever!"

His words made May Morgan feel embarrassed, and she quickly apologized to him, "I didn’t an to fool you, I just..."

Before she could finish her eager explanation, Victor Grant suddenly extended a finger and gently touched her rosy lips, signaling her not to speak further.

"You don’t need to explain to . I’ve said it before, whenever it’s your affair in the future, I’m at your service, free of charge."

Victor Grant looked at May Morgan with affection and spoke softly.

This made May Morgan feel very awkward, and she quickly avoided his affectionate gaze, changing the subject: "So, shall we go in now?"

Victor Grant also knew May Morgan was avoiding him, so he quickly gathered his focus and held down May Morgan’s hand that was about to open the door, instructing her, "Since there’s danger inside, you shouldn’t go down. Let and my n check the situation first."

May Morgan couldn’t avoid going in; Vincent Vance was inside. Besides, it was her matter; wasn’t having Victor Grant take risks for her rather unreasonable?

"I think I should go in. After all, the man inside is mine."

May Morgan sighed slightly, pulled her hand back from Victor Grant’s grasp, and then quickly opened the car door and got out.

Seeing this, Victor Grant hurriedly opened his door too and got out with May Morgan. The people in the other two cars saw their boss getting out and quickly opened their doors as well, getting out together with Victor Grant.

"Once we’re inside, everyone stay alert. There might be an ambush inside, understand?" Victor Grant quickly instructed his n before going in.

The subordinates he brought were all experienced. Hearing Victor Grant say this, they didn’t waste any ti and directly took their handguns from their waists.

May Morgan saw this and quickly told them, "Don’t take out your guns. What if soone accuses you of ard robbery? Put them away."

The n looked at each other, finally looking at Victor Grant for his opinion.

Seeing this, Victor Grant scolded them in a low voice, "Why are you looking at ? Listen to May Morgan."

Since the boss had spoken, the n dared not hesitate, quickly tucking their guns back in their waists and hiding them.

"You wait here, I’ll go knock on the door." Victor Grant pulled May Morgan behind him, signaling his subordinates to guard her, and then took the initiative to go knock on the Morgan Family’s door.

There was a doorbell on the Morgan’s front door, actually, but he was too lazy to press it and felt its sound was not imposing enough, so he went up and kicked it: "Open the door, open the door for !"

As soon as his foot landed, there was instant response from inside the house, and Housekeeper Warren quickly shouted in the yard, "Coming, coming, who is it? It’s so late!"

Housekeeper Warren soon opened the iron gate. She hadn’t seen Victor Grant before, but judging from the aura of the man before her, she knew he wasn’t soone to be trifled with.

"Whom are you looking for?" Housekeeper Warren asked cautiously.

Victor Grant looked up at the Morgan’s yard. Apart from seeing Vincent Vance’s two bodyguards standing at the villa door, he saw no other suspicious persons.

"I’m looking for your family mbers!"

Victor Grant casually said, waving his big hand, shoving Housekeeper Warren, who was standing in the doorway, aside with a swipe. His strength was so great that Housekeeper Warren was directly pushed to the ground.

"Help, who are you? Soone has broken in!" Housekeeper Warren saw the intruder was hostile, so she sat on the ground and shouted loudly.

Vincent Vance’s two bodyguards were standing at the villa door and, hearing Housekeeper Warren call out, quickly rushed to the main door, blocking Victor Grant.

"Victor Grant, why are you at the Morgan Family so late?" The two bodyguards blocked Victor Grant and rudely questioned him.

Victor Grant sneered, not answering but instead asking, "Then why are you guys at the Morgan Family so late? Hmm?"

"This..." The two exchanged glances, with one clever man deliberately lying, "This is our young madam’s family ho. Why wouldn’t our young master co here?"

"Yeah, this is my family ho, why didn’t he bring ? Why is he sneaking here in the middle of the night?"

In the midst of the confrontation, May Morgan suddenly stepped out from behind Victor Grant and said coldly.

The two bodyguards were unprepared for May Morgan’s sudden late-night appearance and were a bit stunned at that mont. Wasn’t the young madam grounded by the young master? How could she co out?

"Young madam, why are you here? Didn’t the young master say you weren’t allowed to co?" One of the bodyguards asked May Morgan with a puzzled expression.

To ensure smooth entry, May Morgan lied, "Of course, Vincent Vance called to co. Why else would I be here in the middle of the night?"

"This..."

The two exchanged glances yet again, montarily unsure of what to do.

Seeing their hesitation, May Morgan resolutely raised her voice and scolded them: "Are you doubting my words?"

"No, we wouldn’t dare." Although puzzled by May Morgan bringing Victor Grant, they knew her position in Vincent Vance’s heart. If she gave an order, who would dare say otherwise?

"Then step aside, I want to see Vincent Vance." May Morgan pushed the bodyguard blocking her way and signaled back to Victor Grant: "Would you kindly co in with ?"

"Sure!" Victor Grant didn’t waste words and decisively led his n into the Morgan Family’s living room.

lody White, however, sat calmly on the sofa, still applying ointnt while looking into a mirror. When she saw May Morgan arrive, she glanced at her sideways and nonchalantly asked, "What brings you here so late?"
